We were looking forward to eating ce it had been awhile that we had eaten at wienerschnitzel, there was 3 customers eating, we came in waited about 7 mins to order another 15 mins to get our food as we were eating 2 other customers came in we noticed they waited about 15 mins to order the lady behind the counter took one guys order n walked away he had ordered his food and a cup of water, the customer asked can I have the cup of water no response, the lady gave him his food 20 mins later she gave him his order n a cup of water. The second customer walked out because he didn't have enough money to buy his food. My sister walked out n offered to buy thw man his food n she did but as my sister was paying the lady behind the counter told her not to give the man the receipt. As I was watching and listening I couldn't understand why she would tell my sister that well tur s out the receipt had a free item . I didn't appreciate her comment. I gave the man the receipt n told him he had every right to get the free item for my sister had PAID for his food. I can't understand when did we lose our empathy our humanity our respect for those who are down on their luck. All I can say is that I will never go back to this particular place. And one day she too will fall down on her luck.

The location was clean and AC was great. I ordered and then my son did. He got 2 chillie dogs and a shake... when we got our food they for got to add in son's chillie dogs...we got it bit later after i told them. Food wasnt bad it was just as expected.. im still not a fan .. but overall a good spot for people who like their chillie...

I walked in nobody else was there. I ordered a sundae. About 10 minutes later I got my sundae. It was absolutely delicious. But I can't help wonder how long it would have taken them to get it ready had they actually been busy at that time.

They forgot to package my corn dogs and they threw the package of ketchup and mustard on top of them very disgusting.They weren't even covered.I've been trying to call wiener thitzel, but the number that they give me says it's not in service.I need my money back

When I brought my seizure service dog, they told me to leave because animals weren't allowed inside. I really felt hurt b/c I can't drive so they kicked me out for my service dog who takes care of me when I fall and shake on the floor.

Crappy service. I pulled up to the drive-thru 20 min. before closing for a drink. Sat at the speaker for almost 5 min. calling out for someone to take my order. I pull up to the window and the guy turns off the light and walks to the back. Still 15 min. Before close. No "sorry we're closing early", no "register is closed". Not even a lie about the machines being broken or being cleaned. Next time turn off your lights if you want to ditch work early.

When you order a chilli dog and get less then a tablespoon of chilli............... Especially when all you were really craving was THE chilli. Not happy.
