We just moved to Pilot Point and have been here twice. Both times I’ve had an interaction with the GM, she is the sweetest lady! She cares about the customers and the actual quality of the food! She let us know they’ll be remodeling soon and we are very excited to have a nearby pizza place that is well managed!

Pizza was great! But service was better! Cordie who is the new GM and her service couldnt be beat!! We will for sure be back!

Went there for lunch and it reminded me of the one I used to go to as a kid, but that one had a buffet. It was really clean and staff was nice. I will definitely be going back. And they have beer.

We just visited this location after quite some time, and it was even better than we remembered! The service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Every dish arrived hot, fresh, and flavorful. Truly delicious! The manager, Kim, went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed, like part of the family. We’re already looking forward to coming back again and again. Highly recommended!

We ordered from the wrong Pizza Hut and came here. When we found out it was the wrong one she helped us immediately. Then proceeded to make 4 for a UNT Pizza Party. They made it quickly and t was delicious. Thank you Pizza Hut Denton on 380 — University Drive.

Had the new pizza melts and they were phenomenal! Wish they'd keep them on the menu. I love in Sanger but I only ever order pizza hut when I am in Pilot Point. Our location isn't very good, but Pilot Point is insane. Love the staff, love the quality. This is always my go to place.

Update! 8-25-2023 HURRAY! Dancing on FIVE STARS here. (Just deleted problematic review.) OUR FAV PIZZA HUT IS BACK IN GREAT FORM! PERFECT pizza! PERFECT service! THANK YOU FOR LISTENING… FIVE STAR *PLUS* SERVICE IS BACK and this restaurant ROCKS again! Old review: After years and years and who knows how many pizzas, we can honestly say we have never been disappointed! Great teamwork and excellent food - try the giant cookie, it’s better than homemade! ♥️☺️

I’ve been going to the Pilot Point Hut for a few years. The pizza & service has always been great! The very few times of a minor mishaps the management (Del) & all the staff has always stepped up to make things right. Because of the consistency of food & service this will always be my Hut of choice.

Pizza was surprisingly better than most other places and even better than dominos honestly. Pesto Margherita pizza was the best among the lot! Veggie lovers pizza was great too. Both pizzas were juicy with right amount of sauces and generous toppings!

Has really great mozzarella sticks but they just always forget the marinara sauce when it’s supposed to come with one. Then having to pay ¢.70 just to make sure I get one is ridiculous. Has had this problem more than once. I would just like to get what it says that is included on the app/website. But they were very helpful on the phone and had the driver bring me the missing sauce. Would have left a better review just the missing sauce has happened more than once.

Maybe it's just the economy, but these pizzas are getting a tad too pricey for me. It would be one thing if they tasted so flippin' good that I walked around with a smile for 24 hours, but honestly....they don't REALLY taste any better than a Red Baron pizza from the grocery store. And the price of the Red Baron pizza makes it taste 4 times better than Pizza Hut....I'm just sayin' .😀

It would be one thing if they tasted so flippin' good that I walked around with a smile for 24 hours, but honestly....they don't REALLY taste any better than a Red Baron pizza from the grocery store. And the price of the Red Baron pizza makes it taste 4 times better than Pizza Hut....I'm just sayin' .😀

I order delivery for the convenience of it.. there have been at least 5 times now that the driver has forgotten an item and had to drive back to the store just to get a coke or a DP.... Like why can't you get it together when you're there... I wouldn't care if it was like one or 2 times, but 5 times ... Come on man.... Pizza is 70/30... Meaning 70% of your pizzas will be good, the other 30 is burnt or squished when you receive it.. again, I ain't picky, but come on....
