I only have done a pick up of my items. The place is clean. There was great service. Pick-up is available quickly, so don't order and think you will wait 30 minutes. The prices are affordable. Fast and great service.

I had the Greek Goddess Salad and black bean soup. So yummy. They also have a nice variety of drinks. I always go for the cold teas.

Love this place, pretty chill and relax. Ordered a hot coffee & a muffin. That was a good start for enjoy a day. Would like to come here often with sunshine. Highly recommend to visit!

I have done several catering orders over the past few months. I have worked specifically with Colette who is amazing. The team makes catering easy. Its ready to go when I pick up and has everything nicely packed and ready to serve.

We had a quick lunch and it was good. Food was fresh, service was great, and the cafe was comfortable.

The soup and sandwich were fresh and tasty, and the place felt clean and comfortable. Overall a reliable spot for quick meal.

This Panera was the site of a quick dinner on the way back from a San-Fran day trip. This was back in May, but I do remember having a kind server. And really good views at sunset! Props to the Bay Area, I definitely want to come back! (To the city)

Once I entered the door she was really patient with me and said hi once I walked in the door. I told her I didn't know what to order and she told me to let her know when I was ready. She understood me when I was struggling to figure out what my family wanted to eat so I could order it. The rest of my family came in, I spilled my drink on accident because I was trying to help my baby cousin and she was Super understanding and considerate. I told her about the spill and I apologized because I felt so bad and they went to help finish picking it up. She was so nice even at the very end. Thank you so much for your customer service we need more people like you in the world. Hope to see you soon again 🤗♥️

Their signature salads, especially the Mediterranean Veggie, are a delicious and healthy option. The ambiance is warm and cozy, making it the perfect environment for dining alone or with a group. It’s not too loud, and the lighting gives it a soothing, welcoming vibe. Panera is my favorite place to grab a satisfying meal in a relaxing setting!

This Panera bread is great! I always get the broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl or the Mac and cheese and it does it every time. The workers could be a little more patient and welcoming and the lines can be long waiting for orders. The wait was kind of long, but, the food was good enough to not worry about the wait.

The food was good. However the place looked very run down. Carpets were dirty. Tables were not wiped down. Graffiti on the upholstery. I haven't eaten there in over 20 years. Might be another 20 before I return.

Love the Strawberry salad! The corn chowder is pretty damn good also. Wish the pastries were enclosed they are just wide open laying there all day. Waiting in the back for our food watching them as its being prepared really wish people would refrain from touching and adjusting their masks while doing so. The guy had gloves on for the food but kept adjusting his mask..

This is one of our go-to places for dinner. The food is great, and the rapid pickup option is convenient and pretty much always on time. But remember to always check your bag... Especially if you ordered a pastry via rapid pick up. Other than that, this is a great Panera location!

The cash register person asked me if I wanted chips, bread or an apple & what kind of drink I wanted. Again I informed her, I just wanted 2 half sandwiches and two soups. For dine-in, she informed me that it comes with my order, so I said chips for one and bread bun for the other and ice water for both. I was charged $32. A few minutes later after receiving my food, I noticed they had a pick-2 menu for $12. less than the price that I paid. The Sandwiches and Soups were Excellent, and came very quickly. The atmosphere was good, the restaurant was about a 1/4 full. My wife informed me that the cashier was new and the manager was overseeing her, but remaking an order for a customer that had the wrong order & busy. My main complaint was that the register person could have informed me of the pick 2 option. All in all it was a good experience, although a bit pricey this day...

Pricey but I love their salads and some of their sandwiches too. The store is clean but it can take a while for the food to be ready. big parking area, bathrooms and wheelchair access. The staff members are busy sharing their personal life with each other and can care less about the costumers.

This is a great place is many ways. The food is great and if you select your items carefully, it can be healthy as well (for a "fast food" type place). And in addition the menus have a pretty good selection. The employees are mostly very friendly and helpful. However as others have mentioned the place can get pretty overcrowded with kids running around and creating chaos. Not great if you're trying to get some work done on a laptop or read. So why did I give only 3 stars out of 5? The WiFi is the WORST I have seen anywhere. It is so incredibly slow making it essentially unusable!! This is obviously not the employees fault, but whoever owns the place. One other area they are seriously lacking, is keeping the counters and the restroom well stocked. There is CONSISTENTLY something or the other missing on the counters: coffee, sugars, napkins etc. and many times the restroom will be missing paper towels etc.

Sandwich and salad were pretty meh: best part of the sandwich was the bread. The rest was lackluster. There wasn't enough filling in the sandwich. The salad was disappointing too. The chicken felt soft and kind of slimy. The romaine was ok but not that fresh.

They have messed up our orders since we moved here. Gave them another try for the first time in a long time, and they included only half our food in our to-go bag with no indication that there was ever a second bag. I had to come back in full Christmas shopping traffic to pick up the rest. And they're completely sold out of most soups and sandwiches because their catering orders were too much to handle. They blame a skeletal crew. Fat chance I'll ever come back.

The purpose of this comment is to highlight that the lady in gray ( who appeared to look like a supervisor) intentionally disregarded the (1) long line where customers were waiting outside to place their orders and (2) only having one cashier. It was disappointing to see the manager talked to someone behind the register and not taking orders for the entire time that I waited for my food. Instead of helping her staff. I would recommend that employee to have their side conversation away from the cash wrap so that it doesn’t give the people in line a false hope that she is going to take people’s orders.

I told the cashier I picked up my own curbside order, even though it has a policy, but no one was doing it! I ordered one Kitchen Sink cookie, $3.99. First impression, why was the bag not sealed (as showed in one of my pictures)? Luckily, it had a smaller sealed bag. However, the cookie was dry and hard. It was worse than the ones from grocery store, where I can get much more cookies. Should it be warm for rapid pickup? I ended up put in my microwave and reheated it for 10 seconds. Very disappointed with the order!

The food was horrible. My husband and I both had a sandwich that included sautéed peppers n onions, they tasted like they had been mixed with sugar, way too sweet. No hot sauce, no Tabasco... they were out of ciabatta bread. My mother-in-law wanted to order the special cup of soup and half sandwich but you could only order a few types of sandwiches and you had to have whatever soup flavor they came with. God forbid you want a cup of tomato soup instead of cream of chicken. This place is going to go bankrupt any day because they stink.

i am currently sick and ordered 3 chicken noodle soups from panera. i received 3 broccoli cheddar soups. i can see on the ticket that my order was correct but the stuff in the bag was completely wrong. i called the location 2x and no one answered/ there was no option for a voicemail. submitted a complaint through uber but its not uber or the driver’s fault and i don’t really want my money back i want the food that i ordered. if you could not fulfill my order as written you should’ve contacted me i would have cancelled it.

Absolutely horrible, no good experience!! I ordered here excited to try something new. Never ate at a Panera and was excited to try it. Placed an order through the app. Once the order was ready, following the instructions in the text they sent; I went inside looking for the "Rapid Pickup Counter" However nothing had the term pick up. Figuring a sign might have just fallen down, I tried to ask for help. When i tried getting the attention of one of the store employees, the looked at me and then walked away! Like what? Under no circumstance do you ever deliberately ignore a customer! Because of this experience, I never got the food I paid for. Because of this experience I will NEVER eat at any Panera ever again. I fully regret deciding to try panera today!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!

Poor customer service. They gave me the wrong soup. Didn't offer refund. Told me to come back and get the soup, if not today then tomorrow. My son just had surgery this was all he wanted to eat. Don't have time to go back. So thanks for that. The cashier's routinely don't pay attention. I prefer all other locations I've been to except this one. Trying to crack a joke with me doesn't fix it.

This place would be so awesome if they actually ever had anything in stock. This weekend alone they didn't have any salads or soups available at all. Alot of times the bread is also sold out by 5pm. When they aren't out of a certain food item they are out of a ingredient for said food, like cheese, peppers etc. It's really frustrating to go here because you might get something or walk out completely empty handed. The only good thing about here is the workers are really nice, but to no use when you can't actually eat here!

Well the cashier was very unfriendly. Then when I got home with my sandwich it was not wrapped properly and almost fell out on the floor when I took it out of the bag. Not going back.

Says ‘store hours SATURDAY 7:00am to 9:30pm’ and it is not open at 9:40am. What is wrong with them? No communication to its customers about the hours or anything. I see few people waiting in their car as they realized it is still not open. Even the Panera app itself says it is opened at 9:00Am. What am I supposed to believe?
