This location is excellent! Delicious, fresh, and very well made every time. I got the PB&J protein shakes and the Recovery juice. So good y'all, and I usually go to Smoothie King. They will be gaining my business going forward. Ice cream was SO SO GOOD, with no dairy! Valeria & Jayden were AMAZING! They were very knowledgeable & answered all of our long winded questions. Excellent service guys, well done. 10/10 experience.

After driving by this location several times, today I decided to stop in for a quick breakfast on my way to work. I am glad I did, I ordered the protein power bowl, it was delicious. The store was clean and cute, they were getting in to the Halloween spirit. Maddie was knowledgeable and friendly to talk to.

I frequent this establishment often, however on Wednesday it was the worst experience I’ve had there. I’m not sure what caused the delay, but the employees were slow and seemed inexperienced. For ONE medium-sized $13 drink it took 27 minutes to make!!! They never apologized for the delay & also was charged for the added whey protein and was told as they were making it, they were out. I plan on going to a different location moving forward.

Their smoothies are good but their service is terrible. Employees are not friendly and have attitude and roll their eyes. One lady is always with her ear piece in her ear talking on the phone. This lady today looked like she had an attitude when she saw I was waiting for them to open and sitting in my car outside. I actually have no intention on coming back here. I normally try to give places a shot I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times, would of been a loyal customer however I prefer a friendlier environment it seems like the employees don’t even want to be there and their service is a reflection of that. One morning I tried to be proactive and order ahead of time and when I got there the employee said they didn’t have my order she had me go get my phone from the car just to show her that I placed the order for pick up by 7:15am I had to wait 15 minutes extra for my order cause she had to make it and for some reason hadn’t gotten it. The reason why people order ahead is because they may not have time to place an order in person I ended up being late to work. I am nice so I wasn’t rude but service is terrible.

If you have 30 mins to wait on a simple green juice. This place is for you. If you want good service fast results and great personalities this place ain’t for you. I’ll just buy the shit and make it myself in 1/10 the time.

Bowl was pretty bad. Paid $18 for not enough fruit. Wasn’t even cut properly. Just full of base and not enough toppings

When I walked into the store to pick up my $30 fruit bowl order that I added a 30% tip to, the girl just looked at me without speaking a word. After I told her I needed to pick up an order, she gathered it up, sat it on the counter and walked away. No “thank you”, nada. Your employees should show some gratitude when someone gives them their hard earned money. This chick needs an attitude check from Management. I refuse to give my money to anyone who doesn’t appreciate it. I’ll never go back.

Sorry for the harshness but y’all are my new favorite spot in a world we’re every things going to crap I need this yummy consistency in my life please thank you. I think what’s killing the drink today is zero apple taste or any kinda sweet balance at all like it usually does hope this helps I’m broke this was my breakfast wanted it to taste good like always sorry again for rant love y’all
