the pizza came quickly. and delivery was transfer by doordash. dasher made a stop between store and my home while i monitored gps. he say he was picking up other order. they didnt stay there long. but i dont trust doordash after tempering video i watch from youtube because of tip. so i was very insecure about order any delivery food. Pizza was okay when i check the pizza in the box but there was no sticker to show it wasnt open. i was disappointed when i found no sticker. can you please have papa john delivery not doordash and a sticker so i can feel secure that dasher have not open the box. Next time if I order again. thank you. this is first time order but not going to order again after driver transfer over to doordash.

Giving 2 stars because the pizza was delivered on time (during the estimated time) however the pizza looked awful. We typically order just cheese pizza original crust but this time we wanted to try the epic stuffed crust (which costs about $3 more) and I received what looked like they ran out of cheese on the pizza when they stuffed the crust? It was floppy and burned underneath and just sad. I know we are going through awful times and it’s hard to keep workers but hopefully you can find someone that can make a better looking and tastier pizza than what I received yesterday. I could have spent that $50 on going out to eat instead.

i ordered these online........ this is what papa johns considered as boneless wings . i ordered buffalo flavored which you can see they couldn't care to put enough sauce on them to make them anything...also pictured is the bbq flavored which does have more sauce BUT CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW TINY MOST OF THOSE WERE ....i kid you not ....thats how they came.... i am shocked and very disappointed i didnt order pizza because i honestly do not like their pizza AND from the ' boneless wings' i got from Papa johns i will never order anything from them again... the audacity of the employee to actually place those tiny boneless wings in that container and count it as one should be fired, because im sure they arent completely brainless,,, or are they???. im done with papa john...

Completely messed up order and gave me a box of pepperocini instead of chicken bites and on hold for 30 min with store and no one answered. Absolutely gross 🤮

This place can’t even get an order correct. I’ve had many issues with this place and decide to try them again tonight. I order the epic stuffed crust pizza only to get a regular pizza delivered. I placed the order on DoorDash, they only refund me $19.77 in credit. The pizza cost $21 on the app. Ridiculous! This place and DoorDash are garbage!!!

Whoever made the pizza left about 2.5 to 3 inches of crust, meaning that they did not spread the pizza ingredients on the pizza. I also asked for it "well done" and it was not. They were not that busy from what I could tell and even if they were its still not an excuse for poor service. Not going back to this location.

Pizza was ordered for carry out. I ordered a large and medium pizza. The medium hand tossed pepperoni and beef pizza was just ok. The problem was with large Hawaiian with bacon pizza. I had papa size to large from a medium, but there was no bacon on thr pizza and the crust on it was so thick at edge that it might as well just ordered medium pizza. Save your money and order medium instead.

Try not to order from here. They guy who was cashier told me he been working more than 5 years with this company and he know there is extra cheese if yall think there is extra cheese in this two pizza then please let me know. I had to waste my time and my friends have to wait when i know they were hungry. Secondly show some respect and apologize. If you cant then just close down your store.

Opened my pizza , Large Pepperoni with bacon, and there’s deadass 5 pieces of pepperoni and no barely any bacon. Not one to be picky but these folks got their thumb up their but.

I rarely leave food reviews unless it was really bad sad to say, but this was honestly THE WORST tasting papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. And i had the BOGO deal so i had two nasty pizzas 😭 tasted like they used old ingredients, the cheese was so stiff, the sauce tasted weird, just everything about it was disgusting. Nasty after taste. I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it in the trash when i should asked for my money back.not sure if they changed their ingredients or if this location just sucks but i can’t believe they thought that was okay to serve to someone. I wish i took pics before throwing it away.

They always contract out the deliveries to Door Dash, takes forever, drivers cannot speak English and refuse to come into apartments to deliver to your door despite a big tip. Also they do not care about smoking and making your order smell like an ashtray. DO NOT GET DELIVERY HERE, complete rip off. They need to go back to using their own drivers.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza 14 inch they said it’d be about 10 minutes. I told him OK I’ll be waiting in the car just wave at me. I waited about 15 minutes and I finally went back inside. They handed me a pizza and I asked him. Why didn’t y’all come get me or wave at me and he said oh I don’t know had a tip in my hand but didn’t leave it. And so got all the way home my bad I didn’t open it while I was there. It’s a pineapple pizza, not pepperoni and it’s stone cold so I had to call up there. They said they would give me the pepperoni and I went back up there and they try to hand me the probably the original pepperoni pizza I asked for a fresh pizza being made since I had already been at This for about 30 minutes so I said I wanted a fresh pizza by the time I got there got there. The pizza is cold probably the same one That they should’ve give me the first place and then he said I’ll make you fresh one and he gave me a refund which is fine but still not happy for having to make two trips up there having to wait 15 minutes the first time 15 minutes a second time so now I’m an hour in and finally getting a pizza while I was in there there’s three people working they’re just joking around yelling back-and-forth to each other very unprofessional atmosphere not really not sure if I’m even gonna eat the pizza because of the fact that I don’t know what they did to it. But that’s neither here or there will definitely not be back.

Slowest pizza delivery in town. Pizza was cold. Sauces were missing. Extra different sauce that I was charged for was ... you guessed it ... missing. Can't get ahold of a real person. Just a sad online form and circular AI phone agent.

Unfortunately they only had 1 Garlic Sauce and I ordered 2 online. But I'm glad the guy who worked there said I would get a refund for those. Tried it and it was not the best Papa John's pizza I've ever had. Why is there only one person working there? Orders kept coming in and I feel bad for the guy. Definitely not ordering to this Address again.

Worst Pizza I ever had. Didn't even gave me Dipping Sauce, even after ordering it. I had to wait 45 minutes, after the order is ready. Customer Service is the Worst (Is there any worst way to say worst? Lol!!) Will never go or recommend anyone to buy anything from this Franchise!!
