My wife and I really enjoyed the service and food. My wife had Red fish and I had Tilapia. Wow so tasty. Our waitress Karla was so pleasant and Charles who was working another table stopped by to explain the red fish and what a job he did. This was my first but won’t be my last visit. We will be regulars as we just became Pescatarian.

Charles our server was awesome! The food and cucumber martini was the best! I would have posted a pic of the crab cakes appetizer; however, they were gong before you knew it! Delicious!!! Everything was excellent! We definitely will revisit!

The corporate office should be very proud of this restaurant. Was visiting the area for the state bowling tournament and a teammate and myself stop here to eat. From Arianna who greeted us at the door, to Ursala who waited on us and helped us through the menu, to Cashelle the manager whom I requested to speak too. I had to inform her on how outstanding the service and staff were at this restaurant. The manager was so nice and promp when she approached me. One of the best restaurant experience I have had in a very long time.I had to tell her to inform the staff how impressed we were with our service and included....please tell the Chef also. I will definitely try the one in Houston when I get home! Best part of my trip to Dallas."I will be back " Bourbon Street Combo made me have to compliment the Chef ! The whole experience 100% awesome.

Went here on a night we thought would be slow but a rush of people all decided to come in. Anthony was our server/bartender and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was juggling what seemed to be half the restaurant at the time and still managed to provide amazing service. Hats off to the management staff walking around to make sure everyone was having a good experience. The food was great, it came out quick and it was delicious. 10/10 recommend. If you want an awesome Bartender/Server ask for Anthony.

We had an incredible dining experience at Rockfish Restaurant in Plano, TX! The food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the Shellfish Celebration, which came with crab legs, shrimp, and mussels, and everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous. Fernando, the manager, personally checked in to make sure we were enjoying everything, which added a thoughtful and welcoming touch. And as always, Charles, our server, was exceptional…friendly, attentive, and professional. He truly elevates the dining experience every time we visit. We highly recommend Rockfish to anyone looking for great seafood and outstanding service. Can’t wait to come back!

Tonight, I came in at rockfish seafood and grilled tonight and it was a fantastic and amazing experience. I only had to wait about 3 to 5 minutes. The crawfish were seasoned perfectly, and the steak was medium, rare as I wanted it. The staff was nice and very talkative. I would recommend to go here. They give us very good servings for my crawfish. My server was very nice, but I do not know what was his name, but it was a black gentleman serving us today.

Top notch service the way it's supposed to be done. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to make sure you have a good time. Drinks are kept full, questions of"do you need anything or is there anything I can get you" are always being asked. They have a great menu but have no problem making it the way you want it. The food was very very good. I've never eaten here before but the food rivals any seafood place around. The portions are plentiful and you will not leave hungry.

We had a late night and went in right around closing time, but our waiter Charles still treated us super nicely and made sure we had a great dinner. This was our first time visiting and will definitely come again! The food was well seasoned and filling. The atmosphere was cozy and bright! Make sure to checkout their website for the monthly deals as well!

This wasn't my first time at Rockfish, however, it was my first time at this location. I mentioned that to the hostess, and she said they were the friendliest. I think she was right. Because she came out to our car to greet us and make sure we got the proper seating for our mom who was in a wheelchair. Our waitress was sweet and very accommodating. The chef came out to explain something about my order....everything was good once I got my seasoning situation taken care of...lol...they took care of me! Now I know to get the garlic butter with a side of the nitro and mix according to my liking. We ordered the seafood boil special and my mom had blackened Catfish, red beans and rice with fried okra. November 2024 First time visiting this location. Enjoyed the bourbon street trio. The crawfish etouffee is not as tasty and small crawfish. My daughter enjoyed the shrimp pasta. The sweet tea does not have strong tea flavor taste diluted. My rating as 5 is very satisfy Taste 4/5 Temperature 4/5 Attentiveness and courteous 5/5 Cleanliness 3/5. Someone left a mess at the from front entrance but no one checked on the exterior appearance. Will I revisit ? Maybe Will I recommend? Yes.

This place seems to get more expensive by the day. I went here twice, one month apart, with the same party size, and it was easily twice as much the next time. We went there with a party of five people, two of them were kids, and it was over $200. We only had one appetizer. Wut 👀 I want to like this place, but they're charging like they're the Petroleum Club, and it wasn't even dinner just lunch.

Due to great experience I previously had at the Arlington location. I decided to pick up dinner for my family at this location. I ordered the southwest seafood enchilada meals. The shrimp and tortillas were tough and dry with little to no sauce. The enchiladas were bad.

I was running errands nearby and stopped in for lunch. I ordered the redfish with green beans and red potatoes since I’d just gotten back from New Orleans and was craving redfish. The first red flag was how fast the food came out — less than 10 minutes — which made me think it had already been prepared. I was really hungry, so I still ate, but it wasn’t as appetizing as it looked. I only ate about a quarter of the fish and a few potatoes, though the green beans were good and I finished those. The staff was very kind — when they noticed I was done, they offered a to go box, and I instead asked to try the key lime pie. I wasn’t planning to complain, but my super kind waitress proactively comped my meal, so I only paid for the pie. Within 30 minutes of leaving, I started having intense stomach cramps and had to run to the nearest public restroom bc I had explosive diarrhea. I later looked it up since I’ve never reacted to food that quickly, and it appears it could have been histamine fish poisoning from improper storage. I know it wasn’t from something I ate earlier, as I’d only had my usual breakfast any home (oatmeal and fruit). Thank goodness I didn’t eat the entire meal.
