Great boba fast line, and good customer service what else is there to say

Amazing iced tea - extraordinary customer experience, clean and fresh cafe. Highly recommend. You will not find freshly brewed iced tea like this short of sun brewing it yourself.

The boba are just perfect. Not too firm and not too soft. Variety of flavors to choose from as well. Best part, you can choose how sweet you want your tea to be.

Still our go to place for boba treat during covid. They equipped the stores with protection for their employees and they follow social distancing guidelines. No change in the quality of treats you get. For me its A8 with boba!!!

Regular weekend customer. Our go to Boba shop. Flavor never changes. Great store, fast even when the line is 10+ deep...

Addiction!! Who knew I liked salted cheese in my drink!! Drinks never fail!! Try them all!! A6 is my favorite !! But the lemonade teas are 🔥 too!!

It was referred to me by my coworker. It’s a small store in a small plaza and if u weren’t local or looking for it..u wouldn’t find it. But vibe is good. Cheerful, friendly and fast service.

Favorite boba spot so far, green tea and black tea salted cheese and the Ube are the go to so far.

Customer service is always great here. We came in right before closing and they were running low on black tea for our order, and they made us a new batch!

This is my favorite place to get my Boba fix.If you have never had black tea with salted cream you're missing out.My favorite is the Avocado with extra Boba.

Love the Okinawa tea with grass jelly also the milk tea with grass jelly !! Everyone here are friendly; Monti, Alyssa, Gabby and all!! Love coming here and the salted cheese and puff cream are delicious!!!! Small place low key but great drinks!!

I'm not much of a tea person. I was actually going to the 7-Eleven and saw this new store so I went in. I like lemons so I thought maybe they would have something for me and indeed, they did. I got the green tea lemonade with kumquat. It was so refreshing and perfect tart and sweet. I saw a few other items I want to try, so I will be back soon. Staff was friendly, helpful, and fast.

Love Happy Lemon! They have unique boba drinks I’ve never seen elsewhere, all so delicious. They have something for everyone which I appreciate. My go-to is either normal boba milk tea with cream puff, or mango boba green tea (with regular boba instead of mango boba). Can’t recommend them enough!

Boba was good but 25% sugar was a bit too sweet to my liking.

Very unique flavors. The cheese one sounds horrific but is amazing.

Great place for milk tea and boba, but they are constantly out of bubble waffle and it seems like the A/C is never working.

Did not have bubble waffles yet but was quick and helpful packing a large order to go.

Awesome. A Happy Lemon very close to home. We love their drinks. Very close to DVC and the Sunvalley Mall.

In Hawaii you can choose from a 🍓, 🍍, or Passion Fruit slushy instead. Looking at the color you can tell red dragon fruit was used, but you could hardly tell its flavor since the lemon is overpowering. A little disappointed, but not surprised. I like the lemonade flavor so I still enjoyed my drink. The fresh Dragon Fruit and Lychee juice is the next one I’d like to try so I’ll be back!

If you're like me living at pleasant hill and looking forward to the next boba hit every single day then this is the place you are looking for, it may not have the friendliest prices for students or freshmens but it's pretty good. I recommend the black tea with salted cheese. It has that exact balance of sweet and savory from the sweet black tea with a hint of bitterness. Complemented by the foamy salted cheese like cream on top. Nothing beats the Amazing feeling of licking your upper lip full of cheese. If they lower the price a little bit then I would surely give a 5 star rating. But yeah I know we can't all have what we want...

its ight they keep forgetting my salted cheese everytime i order

I've asked for 50% sugar. But sadly it was regualr amount. They didn't fix the sweetness level. When Happy Lemon first opened up on Pleasant Hill I was ecstatic. I met the owner and she was wonderful. She made our drinks on point. But after that everytime I asked for 50% sweetness it just never happens.

I have tried this place a few times. They try really hard to be different but I think their selection is limited and leans on the "What is sold elsewhere". Nothing special or innovative. I will not have this again.

This is my favorite place. However, 3 stars for now because you removed the salt and cream cheese ice cream. That’s the only thing my husband likes and thats the only reason I can go all the time. Now, this is not part of our weekly anymore. Also, the pricing is too expensive now.

We waited and waited while people who ordered after us got their drinks before us. They kept calling "order for Alvin" over and over and over for about 15 minutes, still no Alvin! So then we went up and checked the status of our order, thinking maybe they got our name wrong. Yup, they sure did! Instead of Rick they put down, you guessed it, ALVIN!!! Rick and Alvin don't even sound the same!! So the salted cheese in my drink had dissolved with the milk tea and the taro milkshake was a little bit watery by the time we finally got the drinks. They did apologize for putting the wrong name on our orders; we were hoping they'd give one of our drinks for free or make a new one. Oh well...

Quick and courteous service but not many positives other than that. The floors were dirty, and the interior of the shop was uncomfortably warm. They don't seem to have the AC on AT ALL. I feel for the employees who have to work in there and bear the heat for hours, which is the main reason I'm writing this review. Fix the AC or turn it on, I'm not asking that it be icy cold in there by any means, but at least set the temperature on the thermostat to make the space more comfortable for everyone. I saw many of the customers fanning themselves and/or commenting on how hot it was in there. They ended up turning on a huge industrial size fan at the back of the hallway, which didn’t really help since it was just the same hot air being blown around. Also, every other location I've ever been to serves waffles with boba pearls inside it, mixed with the batter upon request, but apparently not this location. I double-checked with the cashier when they said they didn't do that, and the only option was for me to have it in a cup on the side, at which point I declined and dropped the issue. Just an uncomfortable and disappointing experience overall.

The oolong bubble tea was just tasteless. Tasted like watery tea with watery milk. Such hype and such a disappointment...

I just went here for the first time to get some boba. I got the taro and it had huge chungs of boba powder. Asked for extra boba and they gave me like 10 boba. Horrible first time

Drink is not filled up and it’s the 2nd time already. Very disappointed.
