My Faaaaaaav💋💋💋I can have the acai antioxidant and/or any other juice or smoothie plus waffles for 365days in a year. Not even exaggerating, that's how much I love Jamba juice. Was in the area, found one and I made a stop❤very beautiful neighborhood and surrounding, very good parking, clean store, very lovely and Beautiful staff. Stop by at this one or any other jamba juice will ya?😉
The woman helped me promptly and was very polite. I got the Chunky Strawberry bowl, and BOY was that DELICIOUS 😋!! It featured well blended strawberry, peanut butter, and banana, topped with granola, fresh bananas, and strawberries. It was so yummy. I will definitely be getting that again. (used a coupon for $2.00 off, originally a whopping $7.99)
Always a great experience at this location. Great service everytime. Nice location of this store.

The cashier Amberrose was so kind and friendly I gave a tip just bc of how nice they were. Iconic.
very nice experience Alyssa was very helpful and kind and patient with my family. she deserves a raise the other guys there were loud and obnoxious and talking about R rated things in front of customers. manager should have a talk with them about customer service. overall it was a nice experience because of Miss Alyssa. thank you to her ☝️
I got hooked on smoothies for breakfast for years I went here every morning. Then I moved to were there wasn't any and for years I made my own but recently moved back and I'm so glad to be able to just go to the store that started me on this health kick. I feel so much healthier these day and I know it because of switching to smoothies in the morning' and a sensible lunch and a big home cooked dinner. no fast food .it will changed you life. I swear to it.
Place wasn't busy at all on a Saturday evening, which was surprisingly awesome cause I'm always accustomed to long lines. Came to get something healthy after a workout and went with the acai primo bowl. Had this a long time ago, and I forgot how amazing it is, with all the freshness on top, including the coconut shavings. Staff was very pleasant, and the girl at the front even warned me the bananas were a little green, which I didn't mind at all, but honestly, the bananas were just fine. I'll be back !!! (Arnold voice over) hehehehe :)
I stopped in a few weeks ago and had the best berry smoothie. This is also a great meal for someone with a new baby! You can eat it relatively quickly, you one need one hand, and it’s healthy! The staff were really friendly and accommodating.
I came into the store with only 15min left before it closed and Mark was great, he was understanding when my the order was messed up and even gave a little extra to my daughter. It’s people like this that make a place that you want to return to over and over again. Thank you Mark!

Jamba Juice is always a go to smoothie place for us as they have good standards. We ordered the Orange C Booster and Açaí Primo Bowl. It was ready in less than 10 minutes. The inside was clean and maintained. Customer service was great and the three employees handled the business really well. The prices are a bit steep but like I said, this place is a good standard for a good smoothie.

Well the cost of a Jamba has now increased to the point where it is absurd to spend that kind of money on blended fruit. I know we need to pay our people a living wage but I’m sure there are ways to keep the cost down without passing the buck onto the consumer. 12 dollars for a smoothie… I think not.

I normally never post reviews but I’m not sure what happened tonight but several customers approached the doors to find them locked one hour before closing time with all staff members rudely ignoring us, no sign explaining that they are closing early (one young woman even bringing her mop to the door refusing to acknowledge a simple question) and not even answering the phone or have machine explain their reason for closing early. I have come several times to this location with no problem before. Once I even made it 5 minutes before closing to pick up an online order and the ones working that night were so nice about it. I’m hoping the manager can review what happened, maybe because it was Father’s Day weekend they decided to close early? That’s fine, but perhaps putting up a sign would be nice for customers battling 95+ degree heat at 8pm. Otherwise good location.

I already barely trust this Jamba juice after they got me drunk when I was 8 years old, served me a large strawberries wild with fermented strawberries I blacked out at the art and wine festival and puked everywhere. Walked in today because it's right next to my hotel and the entire place smelled like fermented fruit. It was so strong I GAGGED instantly and had to turn around and walk out. Not that the employees noticed I'm sure since they both had their backs turned to the store and I was never acknowledged.
My experience at this location today was horrible. First, my girlfriend and I walk into this hot store, when it is pretty hot outside already. Which made us want to leave instantly. We then ordered and everything was going alright until it was our drinks that were being made. The smoothie maker was slightly heavy set with glasses and has her septum pierced. She also has a colorful tattoo on the inside of her left bicep. I would write her name in this review but she wasn't wearing a name tag, so her name is 'No Name.' When picking up the drinks we didn't get a smile or even 'have a good day'. After looking at my drink, it wasn't a smoothie at all, it was like soup, which means way too much juice in my strawberries whirl. My girlfriend was displeased with her peach perfection because it wasn't blended properly again. It had too much fruit and not enough juice. Overall, avoid this location and if you are going to go in don't go when 'No Name' is working.
Avoid this location! I have seen pig stys that were cleaner. I am hoping that the health department will be all over them soon. An added demerit was that the young man attempting to make my drink had one hand wrapped in a bloody bandage. Very appetizing.
My girlfriend, her son and I got some food yesterday (July 14) - we arrived later than expected, but everything was still cold. My girlfriend had 1 impossible sandwich, a drink, and a fruit bowl with cocowhip. Her son also had a drink, 2 impossible sandwiches, and a bowl with blueberries, strawberries, banana, waffle pieces and cocowhip. He ate a small portion of the bowl then stated he didn't like it, and the rest was offered to me, and I ate it (different spoon) - everything tasted fine. I also finished my drink (it was not shared). She informed me that with the reaction of the people at the counter that it seemed like they might've been high (nothing to substantiate that, just an impression). A few hours later her son was not feeling well. He ended up vomiting several times throughout the afternoon and evening. It was not until much later that night that I began vomiting. Only his fruit bowl was shared between him and myself. Only he and I puked. I have no desire to go back to this location and will avoid getting any fruit bowls going forward, though I'm sure that is also true of my girlfriend and her son.
My visit here today was horrible. I have been to many other Jumba cafes and none of them have been as bad as this one. First of all, there was lots of wait to order as well as to prepare the drinks. Even though we waited one hour just to get out of there the staff seemed to not care that they made us wait so long. That made it so that we couldn't walk through the rest of the shopping center. I think that any other place would've done a better job in terms of timing and service. I really regret having wasted my money here and hope to not come back.
I came in at around 11am and the doors were wide open. The employees quickly greeted me and apologized for all the smoke in the store because apparently they had an electrical issue with their oven and it had caught on fire. First of all.... what? Why are you guys still open? I could tell the employees were under a lot of stress and understandably because the working condition were AWFUL! Even after only being in the store for 10 minutes waiting for my drinks, I started to feel dizzy and I am a healthy 20 year old. I can’t even imagine how the two poor girls working there must have felt or any customer with respiratory issues. This was NOT safe at all and I will not be returning.I can deal with longer wait-times, but I cannot deal with stingy companies that put money over the safety of their customers and employees.
Store was closed on Friday morning, drove up to get a smoothie before my flight, after having my order canceled with no explanation from Uber eats. Make sure the store is open even though it's within their business hours before placing an order or driving up here. No sign in the door or anything else to even let people know it's closed other than the lights off and the door's locked.
This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. I picked up my order on a Sunday afternoon in a heat wave and there was no one in the place- Red Flag 1. The workers stared blankly at me and seemed barely functional. I was 30 minutes late so all they had to do was get it out of the fridge, but they seemed dazed- Red Flag 2. We split the order in the car, my son ate about half of his bowl and said he didn't like it-Red Flag 3. I didn't even consider there could be a problem because I have been to so many Jamba Juices and they are always so nice. My boyfriend finished the bowl. About 4 hours later my son started vomiting. It's been almost 24 hours of him vomiting every 30-90 minutes. My boyfriend also got sick, but not as much. I tried to call 3 times but the phone was turned off (again, on a Sunday in a heat wave.) I eventually put in a complaint to corporate in the hopes the store would clear out the spoiled items. I got a call from the manager the next day who talked over me, dismissed all of my concerns, told me the multitude of bad reviews are because "people lie" and "customers are not always right." This guy has no business managing anything, I am disappointed that Jamba lets this store represent their company.
Staff name Micah j not paying attention on what his doing. my peanut butter chocolate love doesn't taste like peanut butter or chocolate it tastes like water. I know how it taste because ive been ordering this smoothie for five years! I want a refund.
