Best boba tea shop in the area. Great service. Friendly employees. The taro here could be better. It’s a bit lumpy. They have a bookcase full of board games you can come and play with your friends. They have plenty of tables so there is always room to sit down and relax. Music is always playing which makes it a fun environment.

I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is incredibly inviting and the servers were nice. I met a couple regulars who have a known order, which always makes me feel better knowing others come in regularly enough / love it just as much. Right now there is a promotion where each drink has a chance to win something free at the lab (I win fries and an extra boba!). 10/10 would go back again

The staff are warm and friendly, and they provide free toys and games. Many young people are chatting here, and there are also many children playing with toys. We ordered three cups milk tea, and they were all delicious and creamy. We also ordered three kinds of snacks, and the popcorn chicken here is the best I've ever had in the Bay Area. The other snacks are also good. I highly recommend everyone to come here and experience it."

Maybe it’s just me, but I would love to see a live DJ playing at coworking spaces (with silent headphones if need be!) especially during a hackathon type event. So cool, definitely coming back again

I could immediately taste the difference in my classic milk tea; richer flavor yet not overly sweet, with this perfect creamy finish that keeps me coming back. The expanded menu is a game-changer! Not only do they have an incredible variety of creative drinks （The mango delight is super tasty！） but the new kitchen snacks surprised me too. Those yummy popcorn chicken and takoyaki！What really impressed me is their commitment to quality. You can ACTUALLY SEE fresh fruits being prepared for the fruit teas ！so nice！

Great service, plenty of room inside the restaurant to stand far enough from others. The pearl at the bottom of the cup had a weird tasting syrup around it which wasn't all that great tasting but otherwise the strawberry smoothie itself was good.

Good place to chill out and have a nice boba drink. *Tip: They don’t have TARO on their menu but if you ask at the counter they do serve it. Serving size, cost and taste - all were good and worth visiting. Seating area is ample, you can play board games and some Jenga while you wait for your order. All toppings are charged at 75 cents each.

Great boba teas! Love the variety and the friendly staff. The service is very quick as well. I did leave off a star because some of the staff are not knowledgeable about the ingredients. One day I came in and asked about non-dairy options and was assured that most of their selections are dairy-free, and then another day someone said only one option is suitable but may still contain small amounts of dairy. That worried me because I have a family member that can't eat dairy so unfortunately I can't pick up a boba tea for that family member any more.

Really great flavors of fruit teas with ability to adjust sweetness and ice levels. Their menu is very interesting but I wish they included descriptions because the names of certain drinks is not straightforward. Boba is made very well. Never any hard bits or undercooked pieces. All in all, great quality tea and boba for reasonable price for the size/quantity of the drink.

Nice Boba Milk tea/custom soda bar in the strip mall. Food is underwhelming but is a viable cheap eat option at roughly $5 a pop for the snack inclined. I really enjoyed the SpongeBob as it reminds me of a pineapple/mango whip however I'd personally skip the blue heart jelly next time (too big to fit through boba straw).

Friendly staff. Ivanna and Daniela are super sweet and helpful. Ideal for hanging out with friends. Conveniently located in downtown Pleasant Hill. My go-to drinks are Jasmine Milk Tea or Honey Lemon with Aloe (tastes like a light lemonade). Overall, quick service and casual atmosphere to match. Great customer service but the owners really need to let customers use the bathroom. Came in here wanting to wash my hands before eating and drinking but not allowed. Also, why you gotta put an auto tip of 15%??????

Under new management. the prices went up, only one boba size now (regular/medium) and the drinks are not the same. The reason this was such a to go spot was because of prices and quantity+quality given.

I came here for the first time today. I tried Tiger milk tea for the first time and it was delicious. I'll definitely get that again, and I also had the taro milk tea. That is normally my go to anywhere I go, but this one was pretty gross. It was very gritty and clumpy and I couldn't finish it which was sad cause I got a large. Hopefully it was just a fluke, but based on today, I probably won't get a taro from this location again.

On their ordering menu, they show the drink with boba. When you get it, it doesn’t have boba and they want to charge you extra. And they totally forgot about the 2nd drink on my order. Drinks tasted okay but service was questionable.

I stopped here on a drive since it's really close to highway, easy on and off to get through bay area traffic. At 6pm boba was out :( I got egg pudding instead with milk tea($5 including service and tip). If you want texture, egg pudding is not it. Tea lacked depth. Bathroom was dirty, handsoap dispenser was broken. Good and friendly service. Small high school kids hanging out/studying.

It was definitely one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, in recent visits, the service hasn't been the same. One of the workers has been less friendly, and the portions for popcorn chicken and pearls have noticeably decreased, even when ordering double pearls. For Too Good To Go, they used to provide one large drink and one regular size drink, both with generous pearls, but lately, it's only been one regular size drink. I hope they return to the great service and portions they once offered. With so many other great spots in the East Bay, I might explore other options for now, but I’ll keep an eye on improvements here.

Not sure if the employees were having an off day/were new, but they messed up my drink twice. I got an iced mango green tea. The sticker that was printed on my cup said "red bean, 30% sweet, light ice". My first drink was missing the red bean. So, they poured the original drink into a cup with red bean. When I took a sip, it was way too sweet! I was already at my car and didn't want to go back, wait in line and hope they gave me the correct drink 3rd time around. How difficult is it to make a drink with 3 ingredients when the instructions are printed on the cup?!?! I am unimpressed by this place. I won't be coming back.

This place didn’t even have boba in stock when I went in to get a drink. Also idk what they put in their drinks but I got the gnarliest stomach ache of my life and almost threw up. My stomach is super sensitive to artificial ingredients and I suspect their drinks are very artificial because of my reaction. T4 and Sharetea are way better and have never upset my tummy.

Honestly hella bad… the milk tea was basically just all milk could barely taste the tea. The boba had no flavor except like tasting like water.. don’t know how that is even possible id rather drink at a t4 location and we all know t4 is the worst boba

The contra costa mask mandate has been gone for weeks and they have a no mask no service policy. I understand very few businesses require masks and that’s respectable ever so they provide masks. This place doesn’t even provide masks and they’re staff is not polite. That’s not the worst part the cleanliness of this place is maybe a 2 out 5(5 being the highest). If they truly cared about covid spreading they would start by better hygiene at their place. Hopefully they change this soon or business will be slower than what it seems to be now.

Update: After visiting a handful of times, I've found that their boba is consistently awful. I think they either leave it out to long or perhaps overcook it. It has an unsatisfying mushiness instead of the springy chewiness of good boba. Other than that, their drink flavors are pretty good, but the quality of the boba has made me decide not to come here any more. Old review: Nice that they're open so late, but they're often out of boba. The drinks are ok, but they could use more of a selection. Hazelnut, almond, toffee, and caramel flavor would be a very welcome addition.

Now, I came again when they re-opened. It’s a nice renovation inside, but they changed their menu, sizing, but kept the same prices. I paid the same price I would pay for a large, for a regular. The drink had no sweetness, no flavoring, tasted like I was just drinking a cold glass of iced milk with boba. I think if I’m paying the price of a large, I should at least be getting the same quality drink as I used to. I don’t know if it was because of the worker, but this did not remotely taste the same as the las time I came. It’s sad to see that my favorite boba place is going downhill instead of improving.
