UPDATE NOV 8, 2024: Decided to give this place another try now that i am back in good health. Nurse went in to get my regular chef salad. Was told that the salad would be nearly 18 dollars because i would have to pay 2.99 for a half of roll of meat and 4.99 for a whole roll- for ham and a separate fee at the same rate for turkey! I knew that was false information so I called in and requested a manager. I spoke to Mr. Jeremiah and informed him of what had just happened. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and accurate with my order. Ms. Kylie worked the window and was awesome at ensuring the order was correct, and I was able to receive my salad just as I had requested it, for the price I usually pay for it, $12.70. Thank you, MR. JEREMIAH! THANK YOU, MS. KYLIE! GREAT JOB! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL DEFINITELY RESUME MY WEEKLY VISIT! I gave 4 stars for service because the young lady who misinformed the nurse lost her sale to another restaurant. But for me- i gave 5 STARS for everything else (and i rarely give those at all) because my salad was fresh and looked like a work of art!! Perfect in EVERY way!! Had a grueling day and, to save time, called in my usual chef salad. The young man was nice enough and ASSURED me that this would be the day my order was done RIGHT and that they would NOT forget to add crackers to my bag. Yaayyyyy, right? Nope! So, here I was thinking that I would be able to have a nice lunch(after not eating all day due to the rush). Lunch time came, and I was sooo upset. Not only was the salad not made as requested, but they forgot the crackers AND the sunflower seeds!! Smh It seems this location just can't seem to get right. I did NOT eat the salad. I am going to call for a manager FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, with the hopes that they will refund or prepare my salad as was ordered. This time, though, I will pack a lunch instead of depending on Jason's Deli hwy 365

Friendly staff, courteous and helpful. Many places or people around here are none of those things. Thank you for being supportive when I needed it most. Had the Beefeater sub. It was good, but could have been better. Maybe some spicy sauce or more seasoning on the beef. It was just a bit bland, even with the au jus. Update: the Plain Jane baked potato - is delicious and gigantic!

The good: free ice cream “ because everyone deserves dessert“ , Three types of soft serve ice cream and small sugar cone; absolutely perfect. The great: strawberry shortcake… Guessing this might be seasonal but the best strawberry shortcake I’ve ever had. I would most definitely go back for that one item. The not bad but not great: The salmon sandwich was not the best, and the Italian sandwich had more ham than any of the Italian meats so we didn’t love that as much either. Both were perfectly edible and pricing is reasonable. The worst: The line to order is long, the help(on the day taking orders) was not very helpful or friendly, not great front of house service. Further, you then wait in a different area to receive your food which although those people were nice they were not at all helpful. You wait until you get to the point where you think you might’ve missed your order and then you ask for it and then it’s probably ready. personally I would not go back except for the strawberry shortcake and the free ice cream :-)

Best thing there is the salad bar I guess Vegatables aren't that popular in Texas since this is the only decent salad bar in a 100 mile radius it is a little pricey for what it is but if you want fresh greens to eat after going to the gym or a run you can't beat this spot also the employees are always very polite and helpful, you get a mixed crowd of business and medical staff that usually visit the place so if you do ever have a unpleasant experience it would be because of the customers being in a big rush and being rude honestly hats off to the worker because they have the patience to deal with them, so if you want for the most part healthy food and great drink options I recommend Jason's deli

I have never had anything from Jason’s Deli that I didn’t enjoy until today. I ordered the deli cowboy meat was barely warm less than a teaspoon of onions and less than a teaspoon of cheese on sandwich.meat was semi dry. I don’t recommend. Besides the fact that it cost $18.00.

Bought a plane jane baked potato and it obviously sat in there oven way to long. Most of the potato was burnt and there was no sour cream or onion. Only a burnt potato with cheese. She gets 2 stars because when I called she did offer to replace it. But that means going back to the store. My question is why did you send that in the first place? Are your people really that stupid? Or just that careless

Was so disappointed to pick up my food ($70 dollars worth) and get home without my daughter or granddaughters food. Living in Orange it's a little hard to just run back up there. Check those Orders!

Staff nice but restaurant very unclean food all over floor air not working well and mainly the food was not good at all had the salad bar the ranch dressing was so watery it went all over me with every bite the toasted bread to the veggies don’t taste fresh this restaurant is not as good as the one on Stagg Dr in Beaumont I won’t be returning to this location for now

. I hate that everyone who enters this building has to walk right by the salad bar. You can tell the soup is never thawed out right because the broccoli cheese soup is always grainy. For a place that handles uncooked food I wouldn’t recommend this location or risk getting sick.

Ordered ahead at 12 confirmation said pick up at 1230 I get there at 1240. Order was not even made yet she asks me to pull to the curb and it will be brought out. Order comes out it is wrong and missing items. The food was also just thrown in the bag all carelessly and the Alfredo dripping all over the other items. McAlisters would never

If I could give a half star I would. Restaurant is filthy. Staff is rude. Why is the salad bar almost $10 for one trip? Why is this not on the menu or stated by the staff. My daughter literally had a side salad because she didn’t know when we ordered. Staff including manager need training. Will NEVER eat here again.
