Almost everyone knows what to expect at McD's and McD's seldom dissapoints especially if you are feeding children. The service is fast and often you don't have to park!. Our grand kids are regulars and we enjoy the convenience and good quality food.

Placed a mobile order but for some reason, they didn't get my order. I had to go inside and show them proof of my order placed. My quick visit, turned into a 20 minute visit.

I went to get lunch here and this place is a gem . Their customer service is beyond superb, I have been so used to awful service in Stamford that I was taken aback by how nice the workers were at this Mc Donald’s. Francisco was extremely attentive and is willing to go above and beyond for the customers .

Very clean place. When I was ordering my food one of the workers asked me if I needed any help and he was so sweet, I usually don’t get asked if I need help at a McDonalds so this was different. The restrooms were nice and neat. Would love to come back :)

Had to leave a review. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s forever and they have always been the best, staff are hard working. Most McDonald’s always mess up orders but this portchester one always makes sure every order is perfect, even up to the number of sauces requested. The fries and nuggets are always perfectly crispy!

I have to be honest, I mostly go here for the iced coffee. This location has a drive thru and they're very friendly and efficient. So I can grab a quick coffee and be on my way! When the app works, it's great, especially if you get the 99cent iced coffee deal! Also, I recently tried their chicken nuggets (yes I've gone my whole life without tasting their nuggs till now) and I'd advise against it or you might find yourself in line at the drive thru more often than you could imagine.

Cleanest and best run McDonalds in the capital region. Used to visit a lot delivering for GrubHub, and still get breakfast sandwiches here and there. Rare to visit and not see them cleaning the common areas. Most fast food places these days seem to barely ever clean those spaces. Staff is friendly and hard working

Nice and clean McDonalds! To me, it does feel kinda impersonal ordering from a machine instead of an actual person behind the counter, but what can ya say? Technology continues, and will continue, to march on and advance with time! The staff here is great -- they are polite and deliver food to your table. 5/5

Very good drive-through order accuracy rate. I visit this particular restaurant often and rarely have an issue with my orders. Even a very long drive-through line is usually processed quickly so you don't generally have to wait long. Staff are always friendly and courteous. I also like the recent redesign of the building. Very cool looking. Turning back onto the Post Road from the drive through can be challenging. My approach is to make a right turn and then drive back through the Kohl's plaza to come out at the light to get back. Might be quicker in some cases than sitting and trying to make the left.

The worst. Try to get out of there with the traffic. No left turn just right. Turn crazy but it is what it is. People are great I have to give him

This is a great McDonald’s, always fresh and nice staff. It seems to always be busy so you may have to wait but it is worth it. Much better then the other area McDonald’s!

I don’t know why this McDonald’s only has 3.9 stars. To me, the experience at this location is always 5/5. I discovered the Boston Post Road McDonald’s on a road trip, and I was surprised how good the meal was. The dining experience is very nice. Tables are always cleaned promptly. The service is lightning fast and people there are cheerful. Whenever I go on road trips, I always make sure to stop at this this legendary McDonald’s 🫡

I come here on a regular basis. It's one of the only few places in PortChester that is open 24 hours except for major holidays. Mostly visit through the drive thru ( only McDonald's I would dare stay in my car ). Fast service. Employees are always smiling and serve you with a welcoming tone. Which is pleasant. Cause who honestly wants to work for a living. Food is hot and for the very most part fresh. Oh and haven't had a time when the ice cream machine wasn't working. Another plus coming from this brand. What else can I say. They do the damn thing.

delicious, fluffy pancakes from the big breakfast. Some McDonald's has them soggy because they spend too much time sitting inside the container letting off steam. This McDonald's seems to make them fresh on order. For drive thru, follow the signs painted on the road, its easy to cut the line by accident! If you enter from the far side, you have to make sure you loop around the whole building to get to the back of the line.

First trip to McDonald's in years and the food tasted great. I ate one of their new specialty burgers and fries. Loved it but figure I won't go back for another 5 years, the food scares me from a health POV but it tasted good!

Clean place and better than many of the other Mcdonalds I've been too. Only issue is the drive through-the workers can be a bit testy & it becomes confusing which speaker to use, as they have 2.

Clean inside, quiet. Only grabbed a soda which was good. Obviously remodeled with newer seating but no power plugs visible.

We had a very nice father's day breakfast. The breakfast burritos were a little too spicy for my son so we traded food (I had hotcakes). All together, we had a big breakfast, a big breakfast with hotcakes, the breakfast burrito and hotcakes. My smoothie was really good, mango and (I think) pineapple. My daughter didn't love her iced mocha and my husband's large coffee was fine. It was very clean in the location as well.

It's McDonald's you know what the food is going to be. This one is good, remodeled recently too and looks nice. Two speakers and windows at the drive through help keep things moving. Great place if you want a burger and fries or nuggets and it's late at night and you're in a hurry.

I’m amazed at the pleasant experience I had at this McDonalds location. The lady who took my order was extremely nice and helpful. The speed at which my food was ready was unbelievable and the order was correct. My local McDonalds in Miami is simply hell so this switch-up was great. Also, the restaurant was super clean and organized. The reason I gave this location 4 stars and not 5 is because the prices are inflated. The prices are almost double what i’m used to in Miami. Overall, a top-notch Mcdonalds.

It’s in a busy area. A lot of people come here so expect to wait. Especially during hours when people come normally to eat. Food was good.

McDonald’s is of the highest class. I ordered the 12 piece chicken nuggets, a double Big Mac, a filet o fish, and a large Coke. The food was ready within 5 minutes. As I gobbled down my filet o fish, I noticed a bone in the fish. I was outraged. I immediately called for the manager, but he didn’t come. Other than that, McDonalds is the greatest restaurant of all time. NO ONE CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE.

Employee tried to force me in to using self-serve which I didn't want to use because I did not want to touch the screen that had everybody's germs on it. Fries were really good, diet coke was good, cheeseburger was swimming in ketchup and was inedible. Location is very clean and the server was polite and friendly.

The food is great but the ice cream machine always seems to be broken once the Night Shift staff starts. I just want a freaking McFlurry is that too much to ask. Otherwise the food and service is good but why you gotta make a man cry like this.

Another nice visit, but the chicken tenders were overdone, and the burger was a little dry, not juicy like it usually is.

Always great! But when it comes to giving ketchup or BBQ packets.. they seem to "Forget" and give attitude when you ask for it. I dont get it! It's inconvenient specially if your out for lunch and cant get it anywhere.

Once the best McDonald's in Westchester. Was disappointed this past time because I order my double quarter pounder with cheese plain every time at every McDonald's and I know right away if they just reconstituted a burger (clean everything off a precooked burger rinse it off) and serve it to me or make it fresh. I dont know if McDonald's employees are aware but it is obvious and you can tell as soon as you taste it. Many McDonald's do this and it is obviously something that needs to be addressed from the top down.

This McDonald’s is decent; the customer service is satisfactory. Granted, the location could be improved, but considering it’s New York, it’s understandable.

I went to the port Chester location around 1030 this morning and the manager (believe he was, had red shirt on) wiped his runny nose with his hand and continued to serve customers..first of all when handling drinks you should have gloves on just like the cooks in the back do when handling the food. Thank God he didn't touch my cup. But my breakfast was good.

The new App was not working and I had to go inside the restaurant to order my food. The system now is to order from an electronic menu then pay at the cashier. More effort is needed by the customer & less by the staff. Doesn't make sense to me!!

The drive thru is so odd! The drive-up window to pay and receive your food is on the passenger side! It's so difficult to manage the transaction if you're driving on your own. Maybe it was originally designed to enter from the other direction? Either way, really tricky.

This location is always busy but if you do curve pickup the food is out relatively quickly. We all know MacDonalds so there isn’t much for me to add, I would say they stay consistent.

This is how my large fries came to me half filled and i did not take any before writing this is Macdonalds worried about filling it up it's only fries 🍟 unacceptable for the price, they charge it. And it happened before I complained they were trying to say they were hot that's what happens but it was not holding up with my version. I just asked one simple question.Is that acceptable Coming out looking like that know response even they gave me new ones not the point just want what I paid for pretty sad

I find it ironic that you see these special prices on items on tv, then when you go there & order it, they tell you its full price because they're "not participating" in that. Also they bumped up moost all the prices. $1 For a large coffee almost doubled in price to $1.79. They can keep it. Also the burgers look like they got thinner. So if the price remained the same, then the product shrunk. We're getting screwed..

Our second time here and we had same experience than before with our mobile pick up order they missed something this time was the fries. We have to come back and they said they haven’t gotten the order correctly. Ok but we want our fries...

While the food is classic McDonalds, the problem with this store is on Drive-Thru, and the number of orders that get f' up. Once you're on Boston Post road it's too much of a hassle to turn around and go back to complain. Hey Manager and Owner....how about hiring people who have a more than a tenuous grasp of the English language, than the people you have working at this place? Seeing the other comments here, I'm not the only one who has had this problem. As a result, I don't go there any more for a quick snack, when I'm in a rush. My blood pressure can't take it. (BTW...I just went there this morning....and F'up order as usual...not what I ordered. NO MORE!!!!)

Two stars for being open 24 hours and being fairly clean. Otherwise, the young Latina who took our order doesn't understand English well, and screwed it up. We got our drinks corrected first. Then my wife had to go back and give her simple hamburger back twice before they got it right. All McDonalds need the kiosks. I love to kiosk! It helps me avoid all this nonsense.

Denied us asking for a cups of water...a little weird. And had a group of 10+ and spent plenty of money. The only way to get customer service and talk to an employee is to pay with cash.

I thought we we're clear of incompetence, but it's obvious that we still have work to do. I order food, and I pay for food, so it's safe to assume that I should've gotten all of my food, not part of it (How do you forget a simple McFlurry and give no explanation as to why).

This place just charged me an extra 10 dollars on my card today. They literally stole 10 dollars from me and I realized only when I checked my account. You should check your accounts afterwards and make sure they charge as much as your receipt says.

Have eaten here many times and encountered the same problem multiple times. I Diet soda machine has clearly been cleaned recently before getting my drink and not properly rinsed out. Can strongly taste chemicals IN the drink and afterwards my throat burns just from the initial sip. McDonald's you need to do something about this. It's a health hazard to your patrons.

This location sucks! I placed a mobile order but the app crashed. I received a receipt email and show a charge on my credit card. The useless waste of space at the counter refused to give me the food a paid for, which is theft. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a bad experience today. In the Menu of your drive through, you have the Mariah menu but when I asked for my free 6 chicken McNuggets for the minimun purchase of 1 dollar, NO ONE there knew what I was talking about. This is one of the slower drive thrus i have been too consistently with really no apologies from the staff for waiting in line for 20 mins. I remember being given a coupon for waiting long in lineups at McDonald's but not even an apology was given.

The cashier ripped me off for $10.00 in the drive thru. I pulled off without my change. Went back to get it she said I lied. They counted the draw and it was even. She put that 10 bucks went some where.

ALWAYS SUCKS. There is just something always going on, orders wrong, people are mean, you stand there and employees talking before they bother to come and ask if you need anything. The service here is so terrible and the Owner nor the manager cares of how you are treated here unless you're white or Hispanic. Stamford across the street from the library on Atlantic Street have nothing but Hispanic workers as well but they're Service has this one beat hands down they treat with respect no complaints on what you ordering like who does that? Everytime I go to this location I always get wrong items in my order. I’ll order a coke I’ll get a dr.pepper. I order an apple pie I’ll get a pumpkin crème pie or some birthday cake mixture pie. I don’t think the staff at this location cares enough to get orders correct. Will never go back.

Menu was confusing and wrong in the drive thru. Woman over the loud speaker kept asking what I wanted every 5 seconds and when I asked if you had grilled chicken snack wraps (which weren't on the menu) she huffed when I asked how much the were. I then ordered something else and was given a price. Went to the window and they didnt have the order correct. The lady at the window fixed the order bit then charged me more then the menu said . When I brought up the price was wrong she huffed multiple times and asked if I want my money back . I stated I would like what I ordered at the price on the menu. She then looked at me annoyed and huffed yet again and said do you want to speak to a manager . I said that would be nice. 2 minutes later a man came to the window, told me angerly that I could get out of the car and he would meet me out back. I then just asked for my money back and he kept talking like a tough guy Finally I got my money back and went to popeye's a few places down and had a wonderful lunch without any problems!!! Terrible last night i ordered a number one combo meal and the sandwich was cold.. I couldn't turn around and drive back to McDonald's after i arrived home found parking immediately to my surprise and McDonald's only two blocks from my house very disappointing... The French fries were warm give them that much... Never visiting there again not this location.

McDonald’s in port Chester is a horrible place. The employees behavior is disgraceful. I went to purchase breakfast and I received nothing but attitude. The employee in the drive through window cut me off while I was ordering. While I was trying to complete my order the Hispanic female at the window began to roll her eyes when she noticed that I am a Black female I requested to speak with a manager and I was told NO. I cancelled my order, I will never Return to this McDonald’s.

My wife and I ordered our breakfast from the drive thru at this McDonalds. They took the order, we paid and the order was short the oatmeal. They said they didn’t have oatmeal and did not offer any other solution other than being short with us and walked away. No substitutions were offered, no explanation given, no chance to order a different item. Just shut up and walk away. I guess Covid taught McDonald’s that it can do whatever it wants with its customer base including being rude and inhospitable.

Worst McDonald's in Westchester county. The staff and the managers are indifferent. If you don't speak Spanish they will dismiss anything you ask. But, it's a management issue. They were not trained in customer service.

They don’t honor coupons that’s shown on their receipt. If the receipts says buy one get any free sandwich equal or lower that means I can get any sandwich that’s equal or lower than the sandwich I purchased. It doesn’t matter if the meal is included. It shouldn’t be an argument or any excuses to not honor a coupon receipt. They even had the audacity to say I can only use that receipt coupon once a week as if they’ll remember that lie. They clearly hate their job. I hope a new management is in the making.

Very rude and unprofessional service. I went to make an order at the drive thru on 6/7/24 at approximately 12:30 pm and the experience was awful. We specifically said that we would be placing 3 separate orders. All of which were small orders. The employee never said that would be an issue. We tried placing the first and second order and the employee could not get it right and insisted that we tried using the same number on the app for a deal which we didn’t because we had separate apps. He just couldn’t seem to understand or get it right. After pulling up to the window he (he being the younger heavy set employee) was extremely rude and said if we wanted to make a third order we’d have to go inside & I explained that we mentioned it at the speaker and wasn’t informed. With the rudest tone he said well I’m telling you now and that’s the rules. So I did not place an order because I refuse to spend money at a place that has terrible customer service. Not to mention that there were two other people at the same window and they still could not seem to get our orders correct. The employees here need to do better here.

This location's management, for some reason, doesn't want it's employees to take orders from the registers. Instead, they walk you over to the kiosks to take your orders. Employees state it's because managers here want it to seem to the company that people are actually wanting to use them, when in reality, customers could care less. So if you're paying cash, you need to go to the kiosk, get a ticket after an employee finishes taking your order, then go back to a regular register to pay. It's a time consuming process that takes about 6-7 minutes and it's annoying. The drive-thru line goes out to U.S. Route 1 causing traffic to back up on the North side. Drivers rather go to that drive-thru window, take up all the parking spots to eat, which in turn reduces parking, so no one can park. It's 4pm and the lot is full with people eating in their cars and a long drive-thru line with no one inside.

Placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for drive through pickup and it was a nightmare. First they somehow can’t find my order even though I have all the order information pulled up to show them. Then when I re-place my order directly with them they end up making it wrong (a breakfast sandwich with cheese when I ordered without and can’t eat cheese). And now when I try to call the store they don’t answer and their voicemail is full.
