I love this place and go often. The vegan froyo tastes just like regular. They have a lot of great toppings. There are 5 other frozen treat places within walking distance besides this one (including a Baskin Robbins), but this one is my favorite. They have delicious vegan (dairy-free) froyo flavors and toppings. I'm addicted! The people who work there are super nice, too. If you download the app, you get many discounts. It's awesome!

My friends and I will always drive the extra 40 minutes to the 16 Handles Port Washington location because it’s that much better. The staff is unbelievably friendly, and Mike (the owner) goes above and beyond every single time. He’s always lest us know about the online deals, make sure we get everything we came for even if it’s in the back and it’s an inconvenience for him, and always makes the place feel welcoming and personal. We’ve even left other locations to come here instead. The atmosphere and hospitality here are unmatched—100% worth the drive.

I wanted cheesecake bites and had called over the phone to tell them to include it since uber eats didn’t have it as an option, however the man told me they ran out. After we got off the phone I guess he went to the back just to to double check and realized he had a little extra left and went out of his way to scoop out whatever was left in the back to give to me. He even went out of his way to write a note on the bag. Whoever this was, just know we appreciated it so much! Put a huge smile on my face. you’re the absolute best (if your boss sees this u deserve a raise)

i absolutely love this place. my friends and i go whenever we have the chance to. every worker there is so welcoming and friendly. Douglas, Ashlee and the manager Mike have created such a fun environment for all the kids that go after school. highly recommend going with friends and family, they are never scared to spark up a conversation! lovely place. lovely decoration!

I had such a great experience as my first time at 16 Handles! Ignacio was helpful and respectful. He was knowledgeable about items that were gluten free, kosher and nut-free. He was very welcoming and I am definitely going back!

I really appreciate how clearly everything is labeled, from which toppings are kosher to what allergens are present, making it easy to eat here with confidence. Highly recommend!

Delicious Frozen Yogurt! Our daughter has Celiac and cannot eat gluten. 16 Handles posts allergen information and labels Gluten Free flavors. In addition they will get toppings from packaging upon request to keep her treat safe from cross contamination. Very accommodating. We live about 20-30 minutes away and this is our treat place to go because of how accommodating and up front they are.

We had a great treat at 16 handles! After my daughter finished her first “big” class at The Little Gym, we decided to celebrate with a treat here, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the owner (or manager—I’m not sure, but whoever it was!) was amazing. He was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. He even gave our daughter a special spoon, which totally made her day. We’ll definitely be coming back after her classes. Highly recommend it!

This place has the greatest frozen yogurt in the world! It’s bright, clean, and smelled like fresh baked cookies. The guy at the register was friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him for a few minutes. He convinced me to get their app. I’ll be back soon to get more points on the app!

Drove an hour because they were the only 16 handles open and was worth every minute! Seriously the sweetest people and genuinely cared about making sure we were satisfied. Such a good atmosphere and the vibes were immaculate! Would def come again!!! ❤️❤️
