I usually go to the Denny's on Henderson after the gym with my group of friends. The food is good but the customer service is out of this world when my favorite guy Albert is there. His positivity and outgoing attitude creates an environment where I feel like it's the only place to go for late night hangouts. I've never once had a even slightly negative experience while he is there and it feels like a place where I can have great conversations and meals with my closest of brothas

Albert R. Has always been great in customer service whether I dine in or work as a Dasher. Albert makes you feel welcomed. Always checking making sure we are satisfied with what we have. He gave me a 2nd refill on the orange juice and no has ever done that for me there before! Hes a good guy so be nice to him because he deserves it. Thanks Albert for treating me and the guys with your hospitality. 😎

Service was great!! Albert was our server late night, he was very well mannered, professional and friendly with a constant smile and continued to check on us during our visit. Definitely a great worker, it’s hard to find good customer service these days, glad I was able to experience that with Albert!

After attending an event in town, our party of 20 including children visited this Denny’s. The staff warmly accommodated us, with servers who were attentive, kind, and professional. We were thoroughly pleased with both the food and the service. Impressed by our experience, we returned the following evening with an even larger group of approximately 25 guests. Once again, the servers performed exceptionally well, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to everyone involved especially Albert, Chloe, and Brittany for making our dining experience so seamless and enjoyable. Thank you very much.

I really appreciate the staff and service here. What sets this place apart is the staff - they’re kind and treat you with the utter most respect. Alexis T, our server, spoke both Spanish and English and was very attentive to our needs. She was handling 5+ tables, on a busy Sunday morning, and was nothing short of amazing! In such location, it’s critical to have bilingual staff, and the staff here gets it. As a previous director in customer service, I can truly attest that having bilingual staff, and having the staff be able to answer specific questions in Spanish, really adds to the experience (in particular, my experience because I don’t have to translate the menu for my mother and aunties). If I was a director at Denny’s, Alexis T would be training all of my servers. I love this location because it’s central to my shopping needs and makes for an easy stop. Thank you, Alexis T and the rest of the Denny’s staff, because of you, the service is impeccable and the food tasted that much more delicious! You are sure to keep us coming back!

Food was perfect and awesome. Service was awesome and she was training from being a host. And since we were there on a Monday night we were the only ones in the place. Bathrooms were spotless as well. Porterville Henderson Denny's is that place. <3
