I loved the service I have gotten from Julia! She has such a positive attitude and always finds the time to make conversation. She is such a genuine person and makes me want to go back every time I even think about Dutch Bros. She has definitely helped me pick new drinks and they always are exactly what I am looking for. Julia is definitely an awesome and genuine employee!

Dutch Bros is one of my favorite spots for drinks because the energy and customer service are always amazing. The staff is super friendly and makes every visit feel fun and welcoming. Their drinks are delicious with so many flavor options to choose from. I also love how fast and efficient the service is, even when there’s a long line. It’s the perfect place to grab a tasty pick-me-up anytime.

It's unfortunately I'm having to update. Generally the service is impeccable but lately, it sucks. The difference?? It's the walk up window. Whowver is working right now is extremely disrespectful. I get that you're cleaning. I also get, you're open. Therefore, don't ignore a customer to clean and then take the order minutes later to not do the order and clean for several more minutes. If you don't want to do orders on the Walk of side close the window it's that simple. Put "Drive thru only". It's rude.

I always love going to grab coffee here. It's a drive-through centered coffee shop but it does have a walk up window and tables you can sit at. The coffee is always amazing and tastes how it should for the flavor you get. They don't have a lot for food, just muffin tops, but the drinks are bomb and the service is always the best! Super friendly staff, good prices, great coffee. It's a lovely place to stop at.

Today I had the best experience all because of Julia! She is so knowledgeable, professional, and sweet as ever!!! I decided I needed a pick me up after a long day, and Julia completely made my visit so special by making me feel important. She recommended me an extra think double blended astronaut rebel to get me through the rest of the day! I can not recommend this stand enough because of her. Wasn’t expecting the customer service i had received! Julia knew every single flavor that could be added to my rebel off the top of her head! She also knew every single Rebel Name & their flavors that contained. That is not easy to do! She also was able to guide me on the Sugar Free options without even glancing at her tablet! I have to wait 10-20 mins after the time. Sometimes I need to just pick up and go, and a couple of times the lateness has made it difficult for me to want to come back in the future.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I waited for 30 minutes at the window because there was a really long line. And no one to take orders outside. They took my order first before the cars. Then finally someone came to take the orders of the cars. How did they all get their drinks before me. When I put my order in 30 minutes before this is so ridiculous!

The drink i got was supposed to be a white eagle with light ice and strawberry foam top with marshmallows what i got was mostly milk white foam top and i told the girl that was not the drink i asked for she said i can download the app to get a free drink i did not wanna argue but this drink was $10 I am just gonna stick with starbucks if they mess up my drink they give me another one no questions asked

Unbelievable how they do not understand that these drinks are very expensive, and do not care. I ordered the biggest chai horchata anddddddddd they fillled it to the brim with ice so i was only able to take 3 big ships and it was gone !!! Like really omg , never again. This is my last time dutch bros . I'm going back to Starbucks . So sad how all these companies are greedy . Instead of focusing on keeping customers happy, they just keep on cheating customers of their money . Nope not me i refuse to be another blind person and not speak my mind .
