It’s rare to go through fast food places nowadays and have friendly, fast service. The lady looked like she was working by herself taking orders in the drive thru as well as the counter and she was busy, she was still so friendly and sweet and didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me through. Excellent service!!!!

Carls Jr it always a good choice for a quick bite. I'm from the east coast (North Carolina ) . We don't have calls Jr we have Hardee's but its the same company with all the same menu options. I love to get the doodle western bacon burger with onion rings, so fire. Me and my girlfriend gets this one a week. Good staff food atmosphere and quick service

This Carl's Jr. (on Hillman in Tulare CA) provides excellent versions of Carl's Jr. (& Hardee's) standards - no scrimping, plenty of toppings on the burgers, hot salty fries, and cheerful prompt service. They also handle unforeseen stressors well - like the Coca-Cola supplier not showing up as scheduled (for days....), and having to tell customers they had no Coca-Cola soft drinks, only the flavored teas and related drinks. I have visited this Carl's Jr before, and their Original Coca-Cola mix was always excellent; so if their supplier can get their delivery schedule back up to speed - all is good here.

Big shout out to this location for being exceptionally patient and helpful with a confusing coupon situation. They really went above and beyond to help me and even had my food hot and fresh before I needed to say another word. Veronica was my cashier. She was so great to help me the way she did. Carl’s Jr is a treat for me but good customer service along with it is icing on the cake.

I usually go after I get off late from work. I use the drive thru and am always get a friendly greeting. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is hot and fixed the way I requested. LOVE the big cheese burger with lots of of pickles.

Twice now I've brought around 40 kids to this place after participating in a local jazz festival. Both times the staff has handled all our hungry jr. higher's in record time, getting all the orders out and even dealing with the couple picky ones we have. The staff was very polite and kept everything running smoothly. My hat is off to you at this location.
