deeeeeeelicious! Darren the manager is such a blast to talk with haha!!! Singapore noodles is what you should get here. The "small" is tons of food but under $7. Very clean place and so busy everything is very fresh and nothing ever sits around.
Just moved to the area and was looking for a good Chinese food spot and saw good reviews for here. Not disappointed at all! Lots of vegetarian options and the food was delicious! Making this my new spot
Chan's Peking serves superior food with sophisticated recipes, quick preparation, and generous portions. A friendly staff sees a remarkable cross-section of city and town stopping by. A Poughkeepsie treasure. We wish you all a peaceful hiatus and will see you when it is safe!
Have loved this place for as long as I can remember through 3 different locations. Awesome food decent prices for the quality always and I mean always good service and on time . Love Um absolutely love um .
Chan's Peking is now the best Chinese restaurant in the Poughkeepsie area. The food and service are both excellent. My favorites are Singapore Noodles and Hot and Spicy Beef.
Gentleman at the door is taking orders, working the phone and doing transactions with the efficiency of an Eisenhower Matrix. The food is delicious, I get Singapore Noodles No Pork and Bourbon Chicken
This is the best Chinese restaurant , the best service and they deliver on time. The portions are very generous. The food is excellent!!! Number 1 in my book !
Everyone was absolutely lovely! They were quick, friendly, and the portions of food were hot and fresh this was a great first visit and it won't be the last time I come back I love it here :3 .... and yes they were very cleanly
Chan's Peking on Raymond Avenue is my favorite Chinese "joint" restaurant (small number of tables) in the Poughkeepsie area. The hostesses are always very pleasant, and the cooks are fast, fast, fast! I love the Singapore Rice Noodle here. It's a great place to go for a mid-afternoon lunch (after 2pm, you can get a free table without a problem), or to buy take-out for the end of the work day.
Ordered dinner from them for the first time and it was delicious! We were so happy with everything. The taste brought us back to when the food was authentic. Will definitely order from them again!
We enjoy this restaurant, for it makes some of the best Chinese food in the area.
Fantastic food, aways fresh and delicious. The kitchen and dining area are always clean. Darren is the best at keeping this place top notch! 5 stars are not enough.
The staff was very nice with good service and the price was good for the food. The food was delicious and the wait wasnt long. I ordered egg soup, sesame chicken and general tso's shrimp. Everything was very tasty and the food proportions were large.
I've always been a big fan of Chinese food, especially when i'm on the run and need something quick to eat. I tried mostly all the Chinese restaurants in the Dutchess county area and was never really happy with the quality and taste of the food. That all changed when Chan's opened up off of Raymond Avenue in Poughkeepsie. They not only have the traditional Chinese menu, but also have a great lunch menu as well as a specials menu with lots of tasty dishes on them. Considering the price of the lunch menu I never imagined i'd get such a big meal for under $6.00. The food doesn't have that mega greasy taste you get from most places and the fried rice is never overcooked and bright yellow like most other places. The General Tso's Chicken is absolutely delicious and the Dim Sum is AMAZING. Whether you wanna grab a quick lunch or sit down for dinner, Chan's is the place to go. The staff is friendly and professional, and dining in is comfortable and clean. I hope you enjoy Chan's as much as I do. Thanks guys for bringing great Chinese food to Poughkeepsie.
Got the Dragon & Phoenix dish. Very good. Very flavorful. Hot & Sour soup was delicious, very big chunks of tofu. Pork egg roll was good.
Best Fast Chinese take out hands down. You won't find anything near as good in the Hudson Valley. They have a little dining area if you want to eat there as well. 5 stars all the way.
I didn't even order because they don't deliver to me but the man who answered the phone was the nicest person in my entire history of ordering food. "Sorry, but thank you so much for calling." Most people are so rude. Need more people like this guy! Very, very much appreciated. (2/8 7pm)
We love this place . Staff is really friendly and The food is great. My fave is the chicken and veggie rice noodle soup . It's light and delicious. Mixed greens are so good too.
Phone in orders, dine in, and take-out were simultaneously occurring when we arrived for our order. Very efficient front end staff. Nice to be able to see the open kitchen and food being prepared. Order was correct and delicious.
Personally, I believe this place has the best Chinese food I've had....I normally get the BBQ spare ribs and sweet n' sour chicken, and it's always good. The only negative thing is they don't deliver, but you can always use DoorDash.
Everything I’ve ever gotten from here has been delicious! I am a fan of the pork buns , shrimp fried rice and shrimp toast. The food is not too greasy which is sometimes the experience with Chinese food . Chans Peking food is very satisfying . The restaurant has a good system for payment during the pandemic.
i’ve been a customer for a little over a year now, they’ve always been so generous with their amazing food. i’m forever grateful for everything they’ve put on my plate. thank you so much, chan’s peking. amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere.
Owned by people who care about food and service. Incredible food. Best won ton soup I've ever had. I've never seen the Chinese Angel hair concept elsewhere, and it's delicious. Good lunch prices as well!
Really one of the best to go Chinese food places in the Hudson Valley. Food is always super fresh tasting. The meat is of good quality and consistency. The people at the counter are also very very friendly. This is the only place my kids will eat Chinese food from.
Probably the best Chinese food if I might use those words, in the area that I can recall from many of the places that we've been. Always fresh always ha with homemade dumplings which I think are awesome general tso's chicken sesame chicken beef with broccoli and many more choices which I haven't even really delve into yet, but I am quite content with everything including the free tea that they have while you wait great atmosphere eating takeout stand on your head probably one of my favorite Chinese food places of all time
Our first experience with Thai cuisine and it was excellent! The flavors were amazing. We split an appetizer a soup and a main dish and each choice was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
Chan's Peking is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. I've lived around the corner for 3 years and only within the last few months decided to try them. No regrets. Chan's is my go-to place for Chinese cuisine from now on. Service is also top notch.
This has to be the best Chinese food in Poughkeepsie by far by none. I have tried many places and I've had a very difficult time finding great Chinese food here. This place is not only amazing but fast and great service.
Me and my wife love this food
There's a lot of Chinese food in the world. Very little of it is good, sadly. Being from NYC, we see so much take out and so much of it is just terrible. Chicken entrees that are mostly water chestnuts and baby corns and shredded bamboo shoots. It gets old, fast. The worst is thick doughy "dumplings" that use dumpling wraps that are 1/4 inch thick. Chans is nothing like that. I've been there 2-3 times, and have been continuously impressed: dumplings that I believe are home made (ask for those special), with thin tasty wrappings; a sesame chicken that was white meat, a meaningful portion, over broccoli perfectly green not over cooked. and with a light tasty batter. It's great to know this place exists when I visit Poughkeepsie. I always make it there. Keep up the great work!
I have been searching for Chow Fun that equals that of my favorite Chinese sit down restaurant in NYC Chinatown, and Chan's Peking is it! My first visit this evening, and I ordered the Beef Chow Fun, grabbed a table and waited for my prize! Perfectly made, with plenty of tender beef in a good amount of gravy (I don't have any other word for it) with just the right amount of scallions, onions and snow peas. In addition, the store is spotless, hot tea is in a dispenser near the soda machine, and my dine in order was served on a plate with a real (not plastic) fork (I'm not Chinese enough to have mastered chopsticks).
The food is delicious, been ordering from here for years, we are dedicated customers. The service is exceptional. One time my rice was left out of my order and the owner delivered it to my house HIMSELF! Good people :)
I enjoy the food and the price for the food you get matches well. I'm simple so I usually go with sesame chicken and plain lo mein. Always good and my family likes it as well. The employees clearly work hard as they are consistently busy, but make sure everyone is acknowledged. Overall a good spot to pick up dinner from when looking for something quick but good!
Ordered the last two times through GrubHub. Last order I received A&S chicken instead of shrimp. The restaurant refunded that part of my order. Tonight I ordered S&S shrimp again. I received the shrimp...but they didn't include the white rice that comes with it. Seems like attention to detail is lacking lately. Food was great though!
I'm back! This is clearly my go to Chinese take out eatery, and for a good reason. The service is outstanding, efficient and polite. The food is always on the money accurate, fresh and hot. I've been going here for years and have yet to get a wrong item in an order, even when it's busy and the order is large. If I were ever to bring Chinese food home from another source, I would be eating it alone on the back porch. I can't say enough about this place!
Fantastic food. Pork fried rice like the old days egg and chunks of pork . Lunch special not over packed with rice... Actually had a good amount of meat in the specials. Worth the money, the wait, the travel time, or the group.
Steamed Mixed Vegetables with Chicken and White Rice is excellent. I order it with the Garlic Sauce which provides just the right kick to this healthy menu item. Another favorite is Sweet & Sour Chicken with White Rice. The chicken is prepared with (I believe) a Tempura Batter which adds to the flavor and gives it a lightly crisp crunch. Chan's does the volume for both lunch and dinner, so everything is fresh. Quickly prepared and ready to go — fast food that has the effect of leaving one in a good mood.
The best place for Chinese food in all of the Hudson Valley. They always make any dish you choose as if they were making it to eat themselves. A couple years ago there restaurant suffered from a tragic fire and they had to close because there was nothing left in the building. It burnt to ashes. Now after a couple of years have passed they have moved down the street to a new building to reopen the restaurant. They have incredible staff and they cook with love. They are also very welcoming and you see a lot of the same people coming here to eat along with new faces. I'm so happy they decided to reopen after the tragic loss of there old building. The owners know that the customers love them and the owners love them back. That's how you know this is an A+++ place to eat at. Especially since I've never heard of a restaurant suffer so much from so much of a loss and be able to come back from the ashes and rise to greatness again!
The food is always served hot, is consistently delicious and the portions are usually GENEROUS! (Not the broccoli though for some reason?) And when we dine in, they bring the food to us! I've seen people leave their dishes at the table though, don't do that. Theres a tray on a cart for your dishes and trash so do the bare minimum and clear your table! We came for scrumptious food and got it plus more! Cashier at the counter is cute, too!
Excellent considering the price. Food was hot, tasty, and the portions were perfect. Consider 1 combination platter as being good for one person (even if you plan to share food, unless someone is really not very hungry). Counter service was upbeat and helpful and delivers food to the table.
Love Chan’s! This place seriously never disappoints I swear to god! I usually get my food through Uber eats or DoorDash but I’ve always been very happy with what I’ve gotten. I always do takeout versus eating in.
Best Chinese take-out in the area. Hands-down. Absolutely love the Malaysian Chicken, the fried pork dumplings, the Mu shu chicken and the best rangoons I've ever had! Staff is super nice. Can't understand why anyone would give them less than 5 stars!
I ordered the beef spare rib tips they wear the best I've ever had and I've had them for many different places I highly recommend these
The best chinese food in Dutchess County. Always fresh always served and great quality of food. I've seen them closing this restaurant and they steam clean the entire restaurant. They break everything down at night and steam clean everything. It is the cleanest and best place to eat Chinese Food in duchess county. They have Dine In service too. It is so wonderful to have that... the people that work there are very friendly and take pride in getting your order done correctly and quickly.
Small place. Far from where I live, but I was in the area and this place was recommended to me. It did not disappoint. Maybe the best food I've ever had since I moved up here 12 years ago. It is worth the trip. Everything was extremely fresh. I ordered a shrimp dish and the shrimps were so big I can only eat three of them. Highly recommended.
The absolute best Chinese food in the Hudson Valley. The food is fresh delicious cooked to order. They offer takeout and also offer sit-down, and there's nothing like getting it fresh out of the wok. The restaurant is clean fresh and bright. Everyone who works there is friendly, and work hard to please... they also offer roast pork buns! I can only find those in New York City!
We live across the river and it is always worth the trip to cross the Mid-Hudson bridge, any time of day, because the food is always fantastic! All the employees are friendly and kind. I have always had a great experience!
Best Chinese food in the Hudson valley! Amazing array of dishes both Chinese American and more traditional options as well. The bone in spare ribs are my go too along with the crispy duck noodle soup. Always fresh and hot without being overly greasy. The staff is amazing and gives of a family run business right in the heart of the town of Arlington!
The food is really good (we know it's possible to mess up Chinese takeout!). More importantly, they're POLITE! I've seen them deal with weird customers with a surprising amount of poise, and they always give a smile when I'm placing my order. They're nice when taking an order over the phone, too; the only bummer is that they don't deliver. There's also a very nice seating area if you're not taking it to go. And my favorite part is that the kitchen is wide open so you know they're honest about the cleanliness of their cooking. What's not to like!
The food is decent. I do feel like they were better before. The, "scallion pancakes" are very good.
Nice, new and very clean restaurant! Loved the chicken and broccoli, and the beef was extremely tender. Really liked the dim sun as well.
It's a Chinese take out place, it does have chairs but it's very busy so I don't think I would sit and enjoy it. I order food for pickup all the time. And there's always a line when I get there.
Hot soup on a warm day is refreshing anyway! Seafood soup is perfectly paired with wide flat rice noodles (enlarged to show texture).
The food is good. They are almost always quick with the service. For a take out place the decor is fine; a counter, some tables and chairs and a mirrored wall. I eat here at least once a week, if not more.
I love the young guy who works here, he always remembers my tofu order and makes me feel welcome. But sometimes with food it’s a hit or miss. Some days the tofu and my veggies are fresh and amazing, some days it seems as if it was sat out and a little hard. I don’t go to any other Chinese spot around though.
As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they have a pretty good selection of veg options. Service is fast and polite. The Sesame Tofu was delicious, I just wish it had more veggies in it. If I were making it for myself, I'd halve the tofu and fill up the space with broccoli. Just sayin'.
I ordered the chicken wings, which are more like wingettes. I did not like the batter it was fried in. However the young chow fried rice was awesome. I also had shrimp with chinese vegetables and that was great too. The ribs were ok. Customer service was great! I’d definitely order again in the future
Excellent customer service! I normally order from East Garden, and will continue to do so. I wanted to try something new, but don't prefer Chan's. But we did have an excellent experience, I just don't prefer a certain seasoning they used.
The take out was very good. There was a steady flow of customers picking up curbside. usually take out seems to be smaller portions. However very pleasantly surprised to have leftovers for the next day or two.
Call in a big order for 15 people! Amazing response and info about portion size for trays. Food tastes good too.
The food is hit or miss... sometimes it's very good and other times, decent. The, "Scallion Pancakes" are very good.
Their lunch special price was great. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, the food was great. Broccoli underneath General Tso chicken wasn't fresh, but other than that the delicious and a huge portion! I will definitely go again.
Reliable, quick, and solid. Exactly what you’d expect from a takeout place next to a college. Sesame chicken is a winner. Doesn’t really have the charm to eat in, but you certainly could if needed because there’s plenty of space. While many dishes have quite a similar sweet-ish, reddish sauce, it’s never bad. The folks working are constantly hustling in a coordinated manner, and the place is quite clean. No time to dawdle in the line at Chan’s though, or you’ll be holding up the next customer. So while I’d love to notice a bigger difference between the flavors of some dishes, it’s hard to beat the convenience and speed of Chan’s.
Delicious Chinese spot. A hometown favorite for good reason. All our staples are delicious here: fried rice, lo mein, seasame, kung pao, scallian pancake. I will say the last time we ordered fried vegetarian dumplings and they were sooooo off- definetly not fried and they were very bready/doughy almost like buns? Skip those but otherwise you’ve got a whole menu to chose from!
I used to love the food, but my last order had a finger nail in it. I bit into it and when I pulled it out, it horrified me. The nail was about half an inch long and clearly cut near or over my food. It was so upsetting. The merchant reached out, gave me a refund and apologized. It could have been a small mistake by an employee. Still worrying, but at least they were very kind and helpful.
The amount of meat and egg in our rice and noodle dishes was disgraceful The rangoons were good Its like we got a box of rice or noodles with a scant amnt meat/egg I’ll give it a couple more attempts and if it continues I’ll be brining my business elsewhere
The food is okay but there are better options in the area. There's a $15 dollar minimum for cards which would have been nice to know before ordering also that's higher than the usual card minimum.
BAD stomach ache within 30 minutes of eating = preformed enterotoxin (i.e. bad rice or poor food handling in the kitchen). I will not be eating here again.
Usually Chan's is pretty good. I don't know what happened this time, but the food was inedible. I ordered the boneless spareribs, with pork fried rice. I counted 3 pieces of pork in what appeared to be instant rice. The boneless pork was burnt. The dumplings and egg rolls had very little filling. The chicken and broccoli was decent, which is why I gave any stars. I have to start looking for another restaurant, because like so make others, the price goes up and the quality goes down.
I was really excited to find a location recommended by friends and for a good price but unfortunately doesn't match history. the general tso tasted like orange chicken if it tasted like anything no soy sauce no flavor nothing. my entire meal was bland and flavorless and overall not good. i'm really upset because i wanted to like it so bad :(
Watch the size and price. We were fairly new customers and ordered the dinner, the 1st time we had the large size (rectangular container), later orders receiving the small one (round container) and were charged large size, we didn’t notice until checking the receipt days later. Also, the quality seems inconsistent—the Chicken Zucchini was delicious the first time but not as good in later orders, probably depended on who the chef was.
Been going here for years but an extremely disappointed tonight. My moo-shu pork literally smelled like human waste, I’m not kidding, not exaggerating.... sewage. Obviously never going back. Really hoping hoping my son doesn’t get sick since he took a bite.
They are dirty. They grab the noodles with their bare hands. The tables feel all greasy and disgusting. We spent a lot of money they won’t even let you the bathroom. Not to mention they are rude and don’t care. Never going back.
Absolutely tasteless. Asked for vegetable fried rice with my combos however couldn't find any except for the usual peas , carrots, and onions, and very little at that, also food was very cold and the sauce congealed like it was stored in the fridge and then served lightly heated...never again
These good reviews must be friends of the owners. The boneless ribs were greasy, fatty, and burnt. They made my stomach hurt and the rice was bland. Never again.
I'm so disappointed!. I ordered spicy beef and there was literally no beef in this dish. Lots of vegetables and it had good flavor but there was two tiny shreds of beef. What a ripoff.
Was pretty excited to try after the good reviews. Ordered take out for me and some family. Opened my dish when i got home and found multiple gray and black hairs in it. One was sticking out pinched between the lid and the container before i even opened it. And multiple were found stuck to the chicken in my dinner. Its a shame. The staff was very friendly when i went in, but literally 5 pieces of hair in my food isnt ok. Please go elsewhere
So I have been going to chans for about 25 years. Before there fire in the old location and even now but i have to write this review bc whats going on is unexceptional. My last order will be my last. I have been getting bad meals for about 2 months now trying to give them the benefit of the doubt bc I loved this place so much. Most people wouldn't have for that long. My last order was the last straw for me. The egg rolls were not pleasant inside was sour tasting my chicken and broccoli was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was cooked even tho it was rencied the dumplings had a sour taste aswell. Idk what to say other then I am very disappointed in this place and will not be returning. I hope for them that they fix what is going on bc it is very sad to think that I won't be eating there anymore after so many years of enjoy there food. Sincerely long time customer.
This was a great spot a few months back but not it not to my liking at all, it doesn’t seem like they Fry food anymore. The the fried rice was plain and not even fried, the orange chicken looked and tasted like it been steamed. I won’t be coming back to this this one personally.
Worst "Chinese" food ever. Even for an American version of Chinese, this place is terrible. First I asked if I could have lemon shrimp instead of chicken, they said no! Ok,. Once I saw what arrived I understood why. This nasty Chinese lemon chicken wasn't like your buffet style lemon chicken. 1 chicken breast, batter fried, and sliced into pieces. The sauce is a container of cornstarch thickened, faked lemon flavored water, that has the color of pee. Worst Chinese ever. Never eat here again. I suggest you find any other place, even Taco Bell, for a better meal.
Most of the time food here is tasty On this day it was disgusting. The beef lo main, had no beef. The spare ribs large order were under cooked and not to mention just thrown in the bag. The orange chicken was so dry. The 3 women up front taking orders were arguing over something. There is normally a guy up front who takes the orders and speaks English without any problems. The women sounded like a bunch of cats getting sprayed by water. It will be a long time before I order over 80 dollars of food for my family. .
I’ve been waiting to write this review to allow the restaurant a chance to redeem itself since they re-opened after a fire at there previous location. The Son has now taken over the business since then and his customer service is poor and the food is terrible. They used to have the best food in town, but that is no longer the case. Needless to say the prices went up and the quality of food has hit rock bottom.!
General chicken was disgusting 🤢 like chewing on rubber. I couldn't eat it. Never order again from here.
Do NOT eat here if you have allergies. When they are busy they are very careless. I found a PIECE OF SHRIMP in my vegetable fried rice next to my General Tso Chicken. I am severely allergic to shrimp. I took some allergy medicine and I am hoping for the best at this point that I don't have a severe reaction. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.
I don’t know what happened. This use to be very good Chinese restaurant. Just ordered rib tips all it was was fat I ordered wonton soup. All it was was dough..
Food was terrible. Used to be great food with flavor., now it's definitely fast Chinese food take out. Don't order the general two's chicken, nothing but huge chucks of dry chicken, old fried flavorless rice, gravy soup instead of actual hot & sour soup. NEVER AGAIN, THE WORSE CHINESE FOOD EVER!!!!!
I ordered food on Christmas, and it was horrible, I had a 79.00 order and the only thing that was not sour was the steam broccoli, the lobster sauce ,sour the dumplings were old and hard. Bourbon chicken was hard as a rock didn't even look like chicken. I had been to this restaurant so many times before it was always good. But I am not going back again after this.
I was shocked, as I've been a regular customer for many years, but had not been there for quite some time. First of all, the prices listed on the internet menu are considerably lower, so the pickup is a shocker. Here it's not about the money. It's an insult to customers. And what has happened to the kitchen? Our beef with broccoli featured something that resembled, but did not taste like beef, in a sauce that had no flavor; and our shrimp-fried rice was not fried. Just shrimp in white rice. Goodbye, Chan's Peking. It was nice knowing you.
I drove one hour north to what was once a great Chinese restaurant. I ordered chicken fried rice and family something. It was just white rice with chunks of egg and chicken, nothing else and a bunch of broccoli and dried old meat. No one wants to eat it, I developed Chinese food burnout after this place. I am cooking at home from now on. Save your money!
Food wasn't great. Was very bland...unfortunate because the food is usually good here....
Dumpy. Got 2 Broccoli & Brown Sauce, very bland, tasteless w/ white rice and a stale Egg Roll and another order. We asked for forks, which we shouldnt have to. They sd " yeah, in the bag" yet he did not put them in so we had to go back inside to get them! Such a waste of time and effort and our money! These losers should go out of business!
Chan’s Perking Chinese food and Jade’s Palace is the most NASTIEST Chinese food there is in this area!!! I got boneless spare ribs and crab rangoon with almond cookies. The boneless spare ribs didn’t even look like traditional boneless spare ribs, very sweet and bland lack of flavor. Rice tasted weird it wasn’t that traditional sticky rice. The ribs was cut into cubes and tasted nothing like spare ribs. The crab rangoon was nasty , no flavor , cold. The egg roll was cold no flavor and real big and mushy no crunch. They was cheap on uber so I gave them a try and I wasted my money!!! If you want good quality Chinese food go to King Chef, East Garden or Yeung Ho ll . They need to shut down!!!!!!!!!!! I included pictures but trust me it looks good but it was very nasty only ate it because I paid for it and didn’t want to waste my money.
Absolutely horrible I ordered beef and broccoli with a couple of egg rolls. No flavor awful meal and how do u not get an egg roll right everything went right in the garbage a complete waste of $30+ dollars. Will never order from this place again. Stay away order from any other place
so I ordered this food yesterday to be exact I ordered chicken wings, beef fried rice and cheese ragoons . NOTHING WAS FRESH EVERYTHING WAS OLD , and extremely oily. not good enough portions. WHAT THEY CALL CHICKEN IS NOT CHICKEN,TRUST ME CHICKEN IS NOT THAT SMALL and THE BONES ARE NOT LIKE THAT. I HAVE BEEN SICK SINCE I ARE THE FOOD. My husband have been throwing up there rice and chicken all day. I do not recommend it.
Terrible food. My friend and I went during COVID abt July 2020, my Shrimp Fried Rice was in no way shape or form any Fried Rice..it was soft and mushy like they had left the last step out in frying it in the Wok or w.e. it is they do. Last yr a friend went in for our Take Out, I only had bad soup Vegetable that looked like a certain yellow substance missing the vegetables like carrots, broccoli and scallions it was supposed to have in it. I'll also say that bc of "my friend's" race (Non-Cauc) I believe they are prejudice on top of their questionable food. I've gotten sick on their food several times! Idk what they're trying to prove but I will keep calling them out. No worries I will Never go back! Wasn't this the joint that had a fire down the street at their previous location on Ray ond near the Juliet circa 2009?? Then they reopened after a yr or more at their present location...OK then.
