Good place for a quick bite. Friendly staff and pretty quick. Summer Corn Chowder is very good. The place was clean.

Service was fast and courteous, everyone that works there from the person at the register taking the order to the manager and last but not least the gentleman preparing our food very friendly and welcoming. It was a treat being there definitely my family and I will return and I would promote that people should go and visit the Panera on Rt 44. Service was 110 out of 100. Good job guys. 👏🏽 👍🏼 👌🏼

My Father Jacques M. Delphin M.D. and I are regular customers at Panera in Poughkeepsie . Jim Canino is an excellent Manager who goes above and beyond bringing out orders and cleaning tables. The whole Panera team was very nice. Isabelle came right to our table and asked if she could take our plates when we were done and cleaned up the table , I offered a tip which she refused , excellent customer service all around , good food good portions , good price , great atmosphere plenty of plugs for laptops which people bring in sometime for a change of place.

Sad to hear that our favorite Signature Chicken and Spicy Chicken Sandwiches are coming off the menu as we love them, and they were tasty as usual. Best chocolate chip cookie!

To the apparent Michelin food critics, stop being so miserable and don’t give a bad review after one visit! You aren’t ordering food from Le Cirque! It’s mostly prepared comfort food that is being prepared by someone who is trying their hardest to satisfy your insane food allergies and expedite numerous orders in a very rapid time span. If they make a mistake tell them! Don’t run to bash them because you could be sending someone home for your lack of patience! This Panera is the best I’ve been to in the country! Good job!

One of excellent restaurants I love to go... I do deliveries.. workers are awesome.. nice.. smily... helpful.. I love to mention Amanda.. one of the best to deal with especially with her smily face all the time even it's busy or line.. she knows really how to deal with everyone equally and nicely.. forget to mention the restaurant is clean .

Been to many Panera Bread locations and this is by far my favorite! The food is yummy, orders are always perfect (if they aren't - they're immediately fixed!) They are always flexible and willing to make changes based on dietary restrictions and preferences. Managers are friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

My favorite Panera! Right up front- I only get coffee and usually a pastry to go. Oh, and once in a while a Spinach & Bacon Souffle which is outrageously good and a one of kind breakfast. The coffee is by far the best in the area, and no, I don't mind the self-serve coffee. That way I can make it how I like and avoid any screw-ups (except my own). The coffee is very fresh as is any pastry I have ever ordered. The staff is friendly and efficient and able to keep their composure even in the face of consumer confusion and the dining area is always clean. In all, a first rate stop for coffee and a bite.

I love this Panera, come here all the time. Food is great, service is great, it's always clean. Today we sat to eat and noticed we didn't have utensils, asked for some and the manager brought us over a couple cookies as an apology (which was completely unnecessary but so so sweet). I absolutely love it here.

Awesome dining experience. Friendly staff, delicious food, loved that the manager helped where needed. We saw him helping the cashier, help take out customers, and clean tables. It was very nice to see a manager helping his employees.

I ordered lunch using uber it's from this particular location and the restaurant had placed the wrong order sheet on the bag causing a mix up in orders when delivered. I contacted the location and spoke with an extremely kind and friendly woman who promptly took care of the issue sending her carter driver out as soon as possible with fresh items. Despite the mix up the manager was extremely professional, understanding, and willing to resolve the issue. The carter driver was also extremely ki d and understanding. I highly recommend this Panera location.

What great staff! Amanda, the manager, is the sweetest soul! Tiara was also very sweet & helpful. If you haven't already, you gotta try mixing the 3 flavors of their new charged-up lemonades. Thank you both!!

I used the self-service kiosk to order a lightly toasted bagel. Turns out there was no option for lightly toasted on the kiosk, so I simply ordered it untoasted instead and left a comment at the end of the transaction about how they should integrate an option for lightly toasted in the future. Turns out whoever made my bagel immediately saw my comment and brought it out lightly toasted!! These guys are great!

I loved my fresh food. I ate my 2by2 choices. Half a tunafish on dryer tomato bread and cheddar soup. Very yummy. My granddaughter got mac & cheese with bacon bits and she ate all of it. Two days in a row.

Similar to my review of Stop & Shop, just down the road, this is my favorite Panera Bread. It has a wonderful feel if you want to take a moment away from the hectic pace to sit and enjoy a bowl of soup and cup of coffee. The low ceilings and mix of spaces allows more of a "homey" feel. The floors and bathrooms are well maintained, and there is usually plenty of room to choose a seat. As part of the "Sip Club," I love to stop off with my laptop and get a couple of quiet hours working and watching. The introvert in me loves the anonymity and yet, somehow, feeling a part of what is going on around me.

My order last month was short so yesterday I made sure I checked it before I drove away. Two items were missing. The baguette that I got is all moldy this morning. It's so white I won't even eat it. I'm very disappointed.

Good place to eat, clean, good service and wide variety of fresh bakery items, soups and sandwiches. There is ample seating and the WiFi is pretty good. Prices are somewhat higher than expected, but overall the food is great and if you visit they won’t disappoint!

I have to come here every year during the Spring/Summer season for the strawberry-poppy seed salad. It was just as good as usual so I went back again. This was my second visit.

Easy to order ahead and wait for your order. They are quick about bringing out to you. The drive through always looks like a long wait for I don't advise using it.

Clean location, fast service. Love the blueberry muffins. My only complaint is when I come for a hot tea around lunch time, the hot water at the coffee bar is not hot, more like warm or lukewarm. As if they filled it when they opened in the morning and never changed it out. Other than that I’ve had good experiences here

My orders have always been accurate, and the workers try there best to get the food out in a decent time. Cashier Liynaa deserves a raise because not only was holding down the customers coming in. She also was assisting the kitchen, and while being so polite! The wait time can be a bit long if you do not order ahead. Mask are optional for fully vaccinated customers. Overall I think this Panera Bread is worth the trip since the location has a wine store and Starbucks next to it😁 I recommend the broccoli cheddar soup with a mediterranean sandwich!

I love panera. I do the rapid pick up here 1-2 times a week. My only problem is the parking. I think they should reserve 1 or 2 spots for rapid pick up. I'm literally in and out in 10 seconds, however finding parking takes awhile. I do rapid pick up because I have a short time for lunch looking for parking defeats the purpose of rapid pickup.

Good sandwiches and lemonade friendly staff a little pricy but worth the quality for the food. Very impressive staff. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. 😊

Hi readers <3 I picked up another order today but my review will be for my general experience. Overall, the staff at this location are nice during my take out interactions. I saw a review mention the pricing but it’s higher for delivery than if doing take-out/dine in. I don’t stay but there’s always a decent amount of seating when I stop by for those who might want to eat indoors. I order from here quite often and would say a tip for those who have bacon in their salad: air fry it. It’s usually “fatty” but air frying the chicken and bacon bits makes the Green Goddess salad a 10/10. Panera Boy is also nice when I come in Tuesday night’s so him and the lady in the glasses make my pickups less anxious <3

The afternoon/night management is much more pleasant than the morning staff. Food is okay but a lil bit over priced realistically. Fast delivery which is a plus.

Food was good. However, the young people waiting on us were preoccupied with their conversation. 4 of them, behind the counter took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge our presents. The, they seemed unfamiliar with some of the selections. When one our names was called to pick up our order, we never heard it, if it wss even done. Going to to give it some time before returning. Maybe they van get it together by then.

It’s fine when they get it right however my soup along with my friends was watered down !!! This isn’t my first time at Panera . I know what soup is supposed to taste like . So stop cutting corners ! Also when I customize an item it rarely gets fulfilled. Not the worst Panera however it needed a quality control and improvements to live up to the Panera bread namesake !

Bakery/Cafe serving sandwiches, soups, salads and house-made bakery items —breads, pastries, soufflés, etc. Food items for the most part are good. Fresh and of good quality. The main problem is service. Many times stores are understaffed. This results in poor service, excessive wait times, and incorrect orders. There seems to be a high turnover rate. This leads to Inexperienced staff which just adds to the problem. Hoping management steps in to rectify this problem.

The food is good as always, but very skimpy. I ordered the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and there wasn't even enough to cover 1/2 of the bread. And I don't think there were any almond in the dish. Very surprised. Not up to Panera standards. We also ordered a bread bowl of soup. It too was skimpy.

I experienced a wait time of 35 minutes! The salad I ordered had so little chicken that I could grab it all in one fork bite. Not coming here again. I felt robbed .. total paid $21.

A bit expensive. When Panera first opened in the Poughkeepsie area it deserved a 5 star rating. One of its owners worked in the Poughkeepsie store to insure it was run well. This man was a partner in a group, which had over 100 Pizza Huts and Panera Restaurants. Yet as busy as he must have been he thought important to understand what was happening in a newly opened Panera. Now only little attention is given to its operation. The group that purchased some stores from the old organization must have other things on their mind than running a restaurant. Possibly the problem is a new world where it is difficult to get new employees.

The food here is quite good but a bit expensive for what you get. I'll often order a salad for quick pickup via their app. Salads can be customized by excluding items you don't want (no onions for me) and adding extras like avocados and eggs. The additions is where I find you don't get what you pay for. You are lucky if you can find a few slices of avocado and or eggs. I suggest only subtracting what you really don't want on your salad, and not paying for any additions since you won't get what you are paying for in my opinion. Other than that the salads are fresh and very good.

Have been to this location many times but today every thing is amiss. No earl gray or English breakfast tea. I'm told the manager is going to the store. Since I don't drink coffee I had to have soft drink vs hot beverage. Had souffle that was barely warm and the microwave for guests is not working. Starbucks is next door!!

I do like this place but it’s nothing special. I got a Chicken Bacon Rancher and it was very good! I do like how nice it is in there but the place is expensive! I mean it’s ok for what you’re getting.

I think I'll avoid this location in the future. I ordered via the app and my order was 10+ minutes later than estimated. I had to flag someone down to even ask about it because this location doesn't have a shelf available to customers. The staff member asked me about my drink which I made a mistake on and even when I corrected it, still handed it to me as is.

Use to come here frequently to enjoy this store menu... but lately I have noticed staff is not that nice as their use to be... honestly I come here because food is healthy but the service is horrible even the manager ignore you when you ask for help, coffee station is empty and always we have to be begging for help. By the way I waited about 20 minutes for fresh coffee... there are no customers on the line but a bunch of employees in the kitchen and none of them care about the service they provide. Look at my photos, both light and dark "fresh coffee" are full of crumbs.

Absolutely filthy! Seats covered in food stains tables were mostly dirty. I had to wipe down seats and table myself because their were literally none clean. If dining area is like this in guessing the kitchen is the same.

Food was OK. Person taking order got a few things wrong. I suggest they read back the order before putting it through to avoid mistakes.

umm, bad experience my fruit punch was just water, i wasted $42 dollars for them to forget my fruit cups. They gave me the tiniest bit of teriyaki chicken 😀The people were nice though. Just never buying there again

I waited for 20 minutes for my food understanding they were busy that’s not my complaint, my complaint is about the worker who handed me my food and specifically told her no lettuce on my sandwich. When I received my sandwich it had lettuce on it so asked to remove the lettuce the lady was so irate she threw the food in the garbage and the new sandwich was horrible she threw it together on 30 seconds wrapped it up.very unprofessional for a place like this.

Food quality is as expected, however service quality varies. Every time I visit the Poughkeepsie location I constantly have to double check to make sure I have the correct food/all the things I ordered, today I didn’t stop to check and I received the wrong pastry, this has happened with different items in multiple orders the past couple months. The staff also needs to get on the same page regarding the soup, If I come into the store sometimes I can get soup (in the morning: to go for lunch later in the day), sometimes its “unavailable until later”. (I come in about the same time every time go) If I order through the app I can get it no problem.

Not a pleasant experience. Person taking orders did a poor job. The person cooking took the blame. The food quality has dropped significantly. The breakfast sandwich was not eatable. Coffee is always good and the muffins were good.

Walked in and the restaurant was clean even during lunch. My complaint is about my sandwich. I ordered a roast turkey with bacon and avocado. The turkey as you can see looks like it was from a can. It was wet and very tiny pieces. Nothing like what I used to get. That was all I had so I can't comment on anything else.

I ordered delivery 2x from here. Now granted the 1st time the driver didn’t deliver. But the second time around I received my bag and the tampered sticker ISN'T PLACED CORRECTLY. I work in food so I know the proper way to pack a delivery bag & this one isn’t it. My driver was nice but that doesn’t still have me question. People are getting lazy at work. . Would YOU want your food exposed and delivered to you like this. ?

This place never has anything on there menu and holy moly $9.50 for a bacon egg white (because they have no actual eggs) and cheese!?!?! And the sandwiche was not good !!!!!!

By the time my friend got her food i was finished with my food. Employees that were preparing the food seemed to have some type of attitude problem.

Minus 10 Stars, I was at the Arlington Panera Bread location on 8/24/2016 the store was not busy and it looked clean. While waiting for my order which was taking a long time, I looked over the counter. What happened made me sick the young girl making my order took her hand and wiped her nose and continued to make my order when I asked for the manager to let her know what I saw she said I am so sorry, I asked for a refund and left the location. I did call Panera Corp. office to vent my concerns. I did get a call back and a $10.00 certificate and a note from the District Manager thanking me for my feedback. I had ordered 2 sandwiches and a salad. Thank goodness for Four Brother Pizza my family did get a nice dinner with clean dinning. Maxine Sanchez

Gets my online order wrong most of the time. Today I waited at the register for about 10 mins and no one bothered to look my way (there were 5 employees available) until there was a whole line of people and finally someone sluggishly walked over and said they could take the next person. I get it, I also work in customer service but Jesus.

Terrible service food was ok will don’t have a coupon going here or have the sips club they will give you negative looks if you do. Especially if you’re a minority. No wonder the customers are one race must be the location

Ordered a green goddess caprese melt for $13+, and ended up getting literally just 4 slices of tomato on bread with Mayo. No cheese, nothing. Ordered a 20 oz coffee, and got a tiny little one. Door dash did nothing about this when I called them as I ordered through them. Total waste of $.

If i could do 0 stars I would. I placed an order online for my husband to pick up on his way home. Someone took our order from the rapid pick up area so they had to remake it- but they acted like he was lying about the order. Never will order at this one again.

Really, guys? The creamy tomato soup was lukewarm, the tuna salad sandwich tasted sour, and the entire meal took half an hour to come to me. I used to be able to count on Panera for fast, quality food at reasonable prices, but the aforementioned soup and sandwich cost me nearly $17 and was a travesty. I will never be back. I used to be a frequent customer of Panera--particularly at this Route 44 Poughkeepsie location. Not anymore. To Panera and all casual dining restaurants: you have to get your acts together and provide people with good food and service if you want to continue to be in business after COVID.

I had an Italian sandwich. Barely any meat (a tablespoon of roast beef, one slice of ham and one slice of salami) and lots of bread. Iced coffee is excellent. Guess I paid for the yuppie atmosphere

Had waited more than 20min to get my food (for a group of 3 people) before I checked the counter. I found my order had been sitting at the counter getting cold. When I complained, attendants claimed they had called me for 10 min. I told the attendants they should have checked the tables to deliver the food if they did not get any response to their calls. They never apologized but, I felt, they laughed at me saying sarcastically ‘Have good holidays’. The attendants were very rude and it was a very unpleasant experience. Panera doesn’t seem to educate its employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never be back to this Panera.

Friendly service but food unacceptable and the price was outrageous! I ordered a small Mac & cheese with broccoli. Was more like soup, salty, no cheesy & container was partially full...bread was ok..all for $8.4+. Great experience for first visit...again, what's the hype??? I'd never go there again.

The third time in the last few months we've ordered and the order is not properly filled. The food is good when made correctly, but the management team is doing a poor job of quality control. I am not pleased with this time after time. Ordering salads and very specifically some things cannot be on the salad. A complete waste of money and time to pickup. Extremely disappointed.

Manager was really nice, but there was no chicken noodle soup, no bread bowls, no ice for drinks, and no straws. Everything we wanted. Very frustrating especially on a rainy day when you just want a nice bowl of chicken noodle soup.

Everytime i order here or do rapid go orders i always have to wait. I never really complain because i know its busy. But today me and my sister literally waited 20 mins. We were the only people standing waiting to order. 1 worker was making drinks for another person and when she was done she walked away. 2 workers that were standing by the food making station were talking and laughing. All 3 workers were seen us but nobody said anything to us or made the effort to say anything. Then just ignored us. We left to take our business elsewhere

I visit your store today for two reasons to buy brunch and return a bread that I had bought when I got home when to toast my Bread all the slices had hole in the middle of the bread I spoke with Britt how very rude and disrespectful he was talking to me like I just showed up for a free bread Britt reply how do I know you bought it from here no one else would do this I am only going to do this one time and no more I can’t promise the bread will have no wholes I did not ask him to promise me anything I just wanted bread with no wholes in the middle of it we are not responsible for that I said then who would Starbucks I bought the bread here at Panera bread look up my number just me having to tell him that he should know to say what’s your number so I can look it up It was so insulting for me to go through that I am a regular costomer and I spend lots of money at Panera and for him to behave the way he did was unacceptable and I would not be going back there anytime soon for everyone out there when spending your money no need to take disrespect

Ordered the Mediterranean chicken with grain salad. No grain, chicken was shredded. Couldn’t even find a bite-size piece, lettuce was brown, onions were soggy from being days old, cucumbers were not fresh either. This is the second time I’ve encountered such disappointment in this location.

No quality control.I sympathize with them being understaffed but wilted lettuce and burnt bread is unacceptable. I watched the manager make my food so this was the last thing I expected. Quality starts from the top down and the top needs to get it together. This was a free meal for a previous quality issue. Is this really the best I can get?Burnt tasting food is not pleasant. This should have been thrown away and never made it to a customer's plate. And please stop marking mobile orders complete when customer's have to sit and wait another 10 minutes.
