It was good but someone put under cooked chicken out to be served. Thankfully the woman cutting it noticed and took it back to the grill. Very close call.

I love the Panda Express at the Poway Rd location! No matter how crowded they are (peak dining times), their staff always has it together and serves customer orders fluidly and at a quick and efficient pace. Their cooks so a great job preparing every menu item and keeping the trays of food full. Excellent teamwork!

I ordered through the app and the food was ready when I arrived. Staff was friendly and location was clean.

First time eating here. Had the Chicken Terryaki and Orange chicken. It was very good and we got our order very fast. I will eat there again.

The 2 Filipina ladies working the front are amazing!!! They have the best attitude I’ve ever seen. When I walked in they were smiling, super polite, and welcoming. Phenomenal customer service. Keep up the fabulous work.

Maybe they could have one plate the "special of the week" with a special price.They could advertise it on the window and change signs or just put the special of the week sign next to the item so people will go in to find it.

Stopped by on a weekday morning and received a warm welcome. Most items were ready to choose. I wanted super greens which were made to order and they prepared very quickly. Excellent service and delicious food!

The workers are always professional, even during peak hours. I always get the food warm and tasty. I've always received my food at reasonable times. I would never mind waiting 25 minutes for a family meal or 15 minutes for a 1-person meal. I always expect that they're busy and that they can run into any unexpected problems. However, I've only had one serious issue in the past with an order that they were able to make, but didn't and prioritized in-person customers. This was some time in 2021 or 2022. At around 1:50pm, I placed a 1-person order online before work (1 side, 2 entrees). I went to pick up the order around 2:05pm (15 minutes later). The order wasn't ready. I told the cashier about my pick-up order. The cashier mentioned that they were working on it. While waiting, I saw the workers taking new orders from several in-person customers. Some of those customers got their food immediately and the others got it about 5 to 12 minutes after they ordered. I ended up getting my food around 2:20pm, even though I had ordered my 1-person meal around 30 minutes before they did. This is the only serious issue I've had with this Panda Express. One of the workers apologized about the long wait time for a small order. Other than that, they've always been great with customer service, quality of food, and serving time.

The lady in the front is phenomenal, very friendly and gives more than appropriate portions, definitely recommend this panda.

The service here can be hit or miss depending on how busy it is, but if a mistake is made and you tell them, they're very good about making it right. The food is always fresh tasting and enjoyable and the staff is very friendly!

Good taste, but had to wait 15 mins for the item to be cooked. Though it was around 8 PM, many items are not available. They start cooking only after the order is placed.

While I have been to this Panda Express many times, this visit was a bit disappointing. Don't get me wrong, the place was clean and the service staff were friendly, but the food seemed a little old (and it was 12:30). I got the last of the orange chicken which was congealed and the mushroom chicken had more zucchini than chicken. All in all, a 3 star visit but I'll give 4 stars for my history with this location. Here's hoping my next visit is better.

Since I'm always interested in posting information, I asked her about the service and the food. She told me the service was excellent and her order was ready quickly (I think that's probably because they have a lot of the food already prepared and ready to go). She also commented that the food was reasonably well prepared (even though some of it might have been sitting for a while). The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking.

The food is greasy, so if you're ok with that, then go for it. Quick, easy and well-priced. Wish they would include some steamed items.

Food was good, they were very careful and safe on covit-19. All staff wearing gloves and masks. You can walk in to order and its no touch. They pack it up and place on a table for you to pick up even soy sauce and chili packs they will not hand to you they only place in bag. I felt VERY SAFE! Did notice the serving sizes were smaller, when you order double of one item, the 2nd scoop only have the size of first scoop. You are watching them serve your food. Containers a little smaller than they use to be in the past. Food fresh and good.

The food is good but they are still treating you like a criminal and not letting you in the store. All of the employees act like you have the virus and are so Scared to go near you. The state already sid they could let people in so what's the hold up?

Not enough staff working. 2 cooks, 1 cashier and 1 service line. On weekends the Manager needs to schedule additional staff at meal times. The line had 24 people in it. So the food and cost must be good.

I only come here cuz the place across the street is nasty, but stop swapping my egg rolls for cinnamon pie egg rolls. That's gross and this keeps happening.

I always liked the food at Panda Express but I am disappointed in the portion size, especially when considering the prices. The Angus beef had a lot of gristle and made some bites literally inedible. I also wish they had more options for hot sauces.

I eat there at least 3 times a week. Like the food, but there is a server that gives the smallest amount of food. She always seems to be working. She actually scrapes food back off the top of container if she thinks she put too much on your plate. The container’s have gotten smaller since Covid. Talked to my friends and they agreed with me. I will stop going there now in the new year. It makes a little sad since I like the food. We will go elsewhere. Sorry Panda

I was feeling hungry and I went on my google map to see any place is open and Panda Express is open. Went there and the doors are lock and people are inside. I had to triple check on the google and the sign on the door and my clock to make sure I wasn’t wrong a out the time. I was told they have a new hour change but they didn’t update on google or the operating time sign on their door. The review is not given to them for the quality of food or anything. Their food is great. The review is for their bad negligent of operating a store.

I went to Panda Express today at 3:30 in the afternoon I got orange chicken walnut shrimp and rice the girl gave me such small portions it barely made a meal I'm going to slow down I'm going to Panda Express in Poway from here on out. Always had nice size meals there not this time

On January 18, 2024 my $40 taken from my panda express gift card and was never refunded the money back called panda express restaurant poway and they said they couldn't do anything. Panda express poway isn't the best place to eat there manager doesn't even know how to give to a refund for the$ 40 that was taken from your panda gift card all the manager could say is there is nothing we can help you with.

This establishment used to be great. Last few times I went here, the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. I went here today and am completely disappointed in the amount of food I received for the price I paid. I’ve complained a few times, and they don’t care. Unfortunately, I’ll never visit this location again.

Every time I use a delivery service they screw something up. Items are constantly being left out. Or I order something half and half they take it upon themselves to decide which one we are going to get. If you can't get an order right them maybe you shouldn't be offering a delivery. After I go pick up an expensive item they left out I'm not going to order from them anymore.

I don't see value for the meal. Extra charge on walnut shrimp without telling customer. Moreover, the walnut shrimp tasted old. My $ is better spent in Mexican restaurants than in Panda Express.

They are showing favoritism! Giving my son less after giving other's with darker skin color way more! My sister on the phone with me talking loudly about the serving size they ultimately gave her a little more! The worst part about panda is their containers got smaller and their food portion got less as well. You should stick to treating everyone equal! stay out of politics!

Very slow I was literally in the store for 45 minutes waiting on this plate. That food was just threw inside the plate. I also paid for a bigger plate and this is what I got

Bad customer service with Asian Female employee. With no customers in the restaurant around 3:30pm, customer will have to wait a while before being helped or greeted. Very small portion size, had to ask to give a bit more. Rushes you to order. Did not have a good experience ordering this time at this location. Unfortunately, there is always a "bad apple" employee in each Panda store that is full of attitude and provides poor Customer service. Another Panda location on my blacklist.

I went there for lunch. They were out of rice and the soda machine was broken. I was charged for a full meal that wasn’t delivered. The cashier couldn’t refund me because there was no manager on site. $12 for a half bowl of orange chicken. Management needs to be approached!!! Ask before you order!! Who opened the store?? That person should be qualified to offer refunds. I was there at 10:15. Does the manager sleep til noon?

Avoid this poway location, my order to go they did not put items I paid for in my order when I got home I called manager who acted like it was a joke and did not make it right, check your order before you leave , they are incompetent at this location, this is not the first time they have done this will not return

I came back from HOME to get it and she asked me, I didn't put teriyaki sauce??? I don't think I will come back for those little packets but my son likes it for his" Teriyake" chicken. Waste of time, waste of money!
