Lunch specials are great here averaging from $9-$11 dollars some are 2 options some are 3. From salads and soups to Maine course with a drink! Very reasonable prices for a dine in atmosphere. Very clean space, friendly service, manager came and checked on which was a nice gesture. I tried the chiii bowl which was the best I had, along with a draft beer, and for my main course I had the Cajun chicken pasta, it was good but I felt the chicken could’ve had more flavor, maybe if it was grilled.

Went for a quick pint and snack with a friend, sat at the bar for several minutes before anyone helped us. But once the server came she was very friendly and the rest of the service was quick. We were sad they didnt have a bloody Mary's.

First time at this location in Prosper and it was a good experience. Service was good but it was busy there. We went at dinner time. I tried theor new s.ash burger and it was awesome. My friend had the Cajun pasta and they loved it.

First the server was awesome. He did an amazing job and was super polite. The chips and dip were ok. Not great. Salsa was very watery. The burger my wife had and the crispy chicken sandwich I had were absolutely perfect though. I'd definitely go back.

Service and food were both average. Women's restroom was out of toilet paper and there was trash on the floor but the rest of the restaurant was relatively clean. Not the worst Chili's experience but not the best. Not a location I would be in a hurry to return to in the future.

The burgers were almost perfect. The buns were soft and warm, fresh fixings but the patties were a tad dry. Maybe if it was Dine In then it would’ve more juicy but the delivery had no delays and was just a few minutes away. The molten chocolate cake was delicious. One of the burgers had a very specific request and they got it right. The carry out packing was impressive. Very thoughtful.

I was so disappointed! The service was wonderful, but our food left much to be desired. My ribeye was gray on the inside and gave an odd aftertaste. The texture was chewy and unlike any other steak I’ve eaten. It made me feel like I was eating pressed/manufactured meat. My husband said his hamburger was okay, but my daughter enjoyed her pasta, and the chips & salsa were great. My margarita tasted like cough medicine :(

The food and our server was good but they need to do better job teaching their employees customer service. Asked for help to get a to go box but I guess it was too hard for the host to do so, he said that’s our servers job.

I've been to this place with my family. Food and service were good. However they forgot giving us garlic bread for our pasta which we realized later. What I've hated about this place is, there is a kiosk on the table which my kid was playing with. When I got the check i realized there is extra 3 for using the kiosk and the server said there will be a pop up for payment confirmation while using and your kid might have said yes to continue. Charging is not a problem but putting it on a kid I felt is wrong. How does a kid know about a payment confirmation screen?

Staff are very inattentive. Walk in and waited there for 25 mins and no staff acknowledged us or gave us eye contact. We decided to bring our business elsewhere and eat at Olive Garden.

Royally SUCKED!! We placed an order of chips and dip, a strawberry lemonade, and my daughter's birthday dessert through the Chili's app. The order arrived without chips! No ssue that couldn't be resolved right... WRONG! I called and got Jake on the phone who purposely put me on forever hold and never came back to the call to give a refund or suggest a solution. I called back several times and each time, they picked up the phone and hung it up in my face over 5x! Baby keep your little chips and your horrible customer service. You don't have to worry about us coming every week anymore! Hope it was worth it!

Where to begin… Ordered our traditional large cheese fries and when they came we discovered they had reduced the platter size that was more like a medium portion. We brought this to our server’s attention and they stated that what had was a large portion, which ended up not being enough 3 people. They have changed their portion size to cut costs and assumed no one would notice 😡 Then came the triple dippers furthermore confirming Chilis is cutting costs and quality of food due to the sliders & tasting like frozen meat, the rolls barely full of stuffing, and the wings containing hardly any sauce😒 And finally, the patted out smash burgers that put Chilis back on the map of relevance has more changed to pre-made patties that are poor quality and underwhelming. I realized this after sending my burger back twice before realizing it’s the quality or lack of.. Money is valued even more these days due to cost so it is not alot to ask for quality food👎🏾

I usually am not one to make a negative review, however after my experience tonight I feel as though it needs to be addressed. As a person in the service industry I understand wanting to go home and get out for the night but when you have multiple new tables you just kind of have to grin and bare it for lack of better words. I walked in at 8:40. Immediately the bartender ( Brooke ) greeted us by saying I’m about to call last call in 5 minutes. I said oh that’s fine we only came for a lemon drop margarita ( as advertised on the photo ) she went to make the drinks but proceeded to make them in a regular glass. When she came and set them down we thanked her and she said no worries here’s the bill when your ready and roughly out the monitor in front of me. I continued to my drink but noticed that there was something floating in it so I showed her and she said “do you want me to take it off” I said no I’d like another please. She then made me another one and my friend noticed there was something in hers as well so she also needed a new drink. Safe to say after that she didn’t speak to us the rest of the night. Now if she had this energy with all of her customers I would have chalked it up to a bad night but a couple of ladies sat down after us and were greeted with a pleasant tone and to me that was just beyond unprofessional because I am also a paying customer. Guess next time I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The portions in our order left a lot to be desired. Half of the pasta was missing as was 1/2 of the order of fries. Also when my daughter went to pick up, the person behind the counter completely ignored her while scrolling through a phone, and even after my daughter got her attention, she was told, "I'm busy". We definitely won't be going back because the convenience isn't there without the product.
