Great atmosphere we sat in the patio to celebrate my sisters bday. Food was delicious and the drinks were great. It got slightly loud once they enclosed the patio but overall we had so much fun. The staff was really nice and friendly and gave great recommendations.

We can’t say enough amazing things about this location. The staff is always nice and the food is always delicious. You can’t beat their lunch deals! Erick was attentive & refilled our beans/salsa as needed (we fiend for it… SO TASTY!)

Went to Gloria’s in Prosper for a late (3pm) lunch and Julio was our server. He did a great job - making several helpful suggestions for spicy options for us. The food tasted wonderful. I got the lunch chicken fajitas with a green spicy chili sauce on the side. Highly recommend. My daughter had the pollo a la mexicana and our friend had shrimp enchiladas. Everyone loved it. To top it off the chips, salsa, and bean dip.

Beautiful place. Big enough, but not huge. Good service, not amazing, but good. I ordered the large bowl of tortilla soup and it was amazing! Big chunks of chicken, avocado and the broth was very flavorful with squash and onions. The chips and salsa were also really good.

The foods here was delicious. My only complaint is that the portions are small for the price. It’s expensive and the portions are like taco shop portions. I got a burrito and chipotle burritos are bigger. Personally I would go somewhere else to get my monies worth. But the restaurant does have good food and a great atmosphere, just too expensive for the portions to me.

It’s all about the food. I got the cheapest thing on the menu and honestly, it was just a four star result. So hence the four stars. The shredded chicken was super basic and the corn tortillas were minimally prepared. But the salsa verde was delicious and the refried beans and rice were good. Maybe next time I’ll get the most expensive thing on the menu and see if it’s worth the extra spend. No complaints at all about the service which was truly five star and the atmosphere which was lively and enjoyable. The spicy mango margarita is my new favorite. We’ll be back for sure.

Gloria’s Latin Cuisine is our go-to spot, and it never disappoints. We tried the seasoned red snapper tonight and it was really good—fresh and flavorful. The kids, as always, loved the churros. Consistent food, family-friendly, and a place we keep coming back to.

First time here. Waited a while for the waiter to acknowledge us. Once he did, service was quick. Food was delicious!!!!Didn’t notice the paper on my fruit until after I took the picture.

Went with a group of 12 after church and was unable to sit together. Had us separated into 8 and 4. Not great for being able to socialize with friends. Gloria's does not take reservations either. Had a taco dinner, skirt steak fajitas, and the combo fajitas for two. Food was good and portions met the price.

Horrible Service, our server wasn't nice at all, plus when my 15th yr old daughter wanted a kids plate, he and the manager refused to sell it to her beacuse they stated that the kids menu is just for kids under a certain age, but the menu didn't specify that. That was really annoying, We haven't have that experience at the Frisco location.

Our waitress was awesome. Even though it was busy she did what she could to make sure we were good. However the food came out cold.Even my daughters meal came cold. We asked her fix this for us. She brought over the mgr and he took our food and reheated it. Mind you this was fajitas so the onions came back burnt. Not the way I wanted to spend my money on a Friday evening with my wife and kids. I was seriously bummed out. I would have probably respected a discount on our bill or even a gift card to come back but that never happened. I will encourage my wife and children to avoid this place from now on. Which is unfortunate because they love coming to Gloria’s

I was visiting family in Frisco for Christmas, and Gloria’s Latin Cuisine is usually one of their favorite places to eat, so I was really looking forward to this visit. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. Our waiter, Jorge, was very inattentive. After dropping off our food, he repeatedly left our table unattended for long periods of time. We waited an additional 10–15 minutes just to get the check and to-go boxes after we were clearly finished eating. During this time, he was actively attending to other tables — including one sitting directly next to us — while barely even looking in our direction. He never checked on us to see how the food was or if we needed anything. When he finally returned and we asked for the check and boxes, he rushed back and immediately cleared our table, taking our chips, bean dip, and complimentary salsa without asking. It felt dismissive, especially since we may have wanted to take some of it to go. What stood out most was how quickly he took things away compared to how little attention he gave us beforehand. He was friendly and conversational with other tables, but barely spoke to us at all, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and honestly made us feel treated differently. The food was also a letdown. I ordered the Pollo con Champiñones, which is normally one of my favorite dishes here, but it tasted very burnt and unusually spicy. It seemed rushed and poorly prepared, nothing like what I’ve had here before. Overall, the service and food were both disappointing, and it completely ruined what should have been a nice holiday outing with family. I’m very disappointed, especially given Gloria’s reputation. Mariella the general manager was very rude and continued to talk over me. As i expressed this over the phone she dismissed me. All that was given to me was simply we will call you back instead of giving me a full refund which i asked for.
