It was my first time here at smoothie king and I was having such a bad day. The manager miss Nicole Cleary was very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. She helped me pick out the perfect pre workout and was very informative on certain ingredients. I will definitely be coming back to this location again!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Smoothie King absolutely deserves it. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was genuinely impressive. The store was spotless — counters wiped down, blenders constantly cleaned, and the whole space smelled fresh instead of that usual “smoothie shop” mess you sometimes get elsewhere. The staff was the real standout. They greeted me the second I walked in with big smiles, and they didn’t rush me at all while I looked over the menu. They actually took the time to ask what I was in the mood for and then made recommendations based on flavor, protein, and even the type of day I was having. It felt like talking to someone who truly cared about giving me the right smoothie, not just pushing the most expensive one. What really surprised me was how fast and efficient they were without sacrificing quality. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, my drink was ready quickly, and every single person before me got the same friendly service. Overall, this location sets the bar HIGH. Great customer service, clean environment, and a smoothie that tastes like someone actually paid attention while making it. Staff was nice, didn't make any recommendations, I asked for an add in myself after reviewing the options and my wife ordered. They were knowledgeable about the menu as they quickly described the sections. Clean store and fast service. Fresh tasting smoothies, had the coffee pumpkin high protein this time was very good!

It was dirty when we came in today. Trash on the tables and floors. The last couple times I’ve come in they make the smoothie according to the menu after I’ve asked for sweeteners and vanilla flavoring to be left out and they acknowledged that I wanted it left out.

We walked in after 1pm & out of 3 employees, no one greeted us. He rang up our order & only spoke to ask if I wanted my receipt. Customer service does not exist at this store.

Service is good and not much wait time. It's refreshing but taste is ok not exceptional.

I've been to this location a handful of times but the last couple of times they have gotten my order wrong, I just left 5 minutes ago and they forgot my peanut butter so my smoothie taste like a watered down strawberry shake, disappointed...

Delivery was pretty fast but my strawberry smoothie had no strawberry flavor? I guess I ordered incorrectly idk

More like a flys king, place was full of fruit flys around the fruits and mixers, while all powder supplements left open not covered. Floors were dirty, trash everywhere. Can’t go wrong with the smoothy though but maybe a different location.

I’ll second the “rude” employee review below. I’ve worked food industry for years. I came in very excited to get the $5 friday offer. While I ordered my drink I asked to confirm this was still a thing. Call me paranoid. Or intuition. I sat down afterwards and noticed I paid $12…I asked the little teenage boy who took my order if I accidentally got charged more, which would have been fine if that was the case and we could have corrected it no problem. Instead, he told me in order to get the $5 drink I needed the app. That’s never been a thing. I’ve gotten severalllllll over the years. I asked if this was a new thing, and he doubled down, he lied and said no, with a horrible attitude?? If it was a new thing, that would have been annoying after the fact, but at least he could have told me when I confirmed before I checked out. But he didn’t. He then said because I subbed almond butter instead of the fruit, that’s why it cost more. Which again is incorrect and a lie. He again had an attitude with the intent of being ugly. On top of that, I ordered the chocolate gladiator. He ordered the wrong drink that didn’t have chocolate as an option on the big menu, so the POS must’ve somehow let him give me the wrong drink with chocolate? I only know this bc he became very combative and somehow kept shifting blame onto me? Once I read the flavors on the big menu he looked at the POS and said “YEP we do chocolate for the Activator” Does it LOOK like a customer would see the POS and then order a drink that does not exist on the big menu? At this point, I’ve lost my cool and asked for a refund, with the receipt he never gave me or asked to give me. The manager then came out and told me the app thing is from a NEW PROMOTIONAL OFFER that ends soon btw, and is not the $5 Fridays. Did it have to get to that point? No. Honestly, horrible and entitled little boy made my experience so unpleasant. Imagine if he let me know of the offer when I asked before I checked out? Why not PROMOTE the PROMOTIONAL offer especially when asked? Like I said, I must’ve intuitively asked bc I was paranoid something would go wrong. Which leads to the employee wanting to go head to head with a customer based off ignorance and entitlement? So lazy. I’m discouraging anyone I know from this location. The other reviews say enough.

Came to this place today walked in and said hello to the ladies. They looked at me and rolled their eyes. I don’t know that was apart of your customer service. Shame I actually use to love coming to this one.

I visited at 8:52pm 12/19/24 with dylan. Instead of using the tin metal measuring cups for accuracy as he is supposed to, he used a plastic smoothie king cup of 4 heapings. When I got in my car and tasted the smoothie, it taste like water. I went back in at 8:55 and informed the employee it taste like water because theres too much ice. When he reached for the plastic cup again with the remake, I asked why he was not using the measuring cup. He then irrelevantly and rudely stated that they were closing. I then stated that may be a reason why my smoothie isnt being made correctly. To which he replied, I know the measurements and you came when we are about to close. I was on the phone so I did not have time to get a refund and have my order remade a third time due to still tasting like water. If i wasnt on the phone, there would have been an escalation as he was wildly inappropriate and unprofessional. Smoothie king customer service is poorer by the day at multiple locations. I visited nother location 4 days prior in Frisco on preston and the female employee claimed to have no ingredients to make smoothies because they were understaffed. I drove 15 minutes to smoothie king just for the door to be open like they were serving, no ingredients to be out and ready to make smoothies, the employee to not be professionally in uniform & to tell me smoothie king is understaffed and she cant make smoothies. Definitely not spending more money with sk as they are all hiring young, lazy and insane children and I cant keep wasting valuable time. I spend $12 nearly every day of each week to experience consistently poor service and smoothies. I pay that amount for convenience. Im definitely losing more than im gaining with smoothie king. Definitely not any value of any kind either financially, time-wise, or service-wise. Time for a nutri bullet. Done with sk

Ordered via DoorDash 2 smoothies and 1 bowl. My order arrived in a sealed bag and only included 1 smoothie and 1 bowl. So of the three people who were expecting to receive their lunch order, only two of us got it, the other person was left SOL. For the chocolate smoothie I did receive, it didn’t taste like chocolate and looked very white. Was this even our correct smoothie? Who knows.

The people that work there are very rude and don't even tall to you. Whenever I ask a question they limit there words was very rude. Will never come back there

I’m usually not the person to leave a review but for the past 3 months or so this smoothie king has gone down the drain. Every time I order more than 1 drink they are both wrong.

I understand if its 15-30 mins but today it was almost over an hour and a half earlier. 3 employees inside and one of them when I pulled up came to check to make sure the door was locked. Another employee started turning off lights and then another employee was in the back dancing. I’m not sure if they decided to close earlier because it’s raining or why. It’s a shame because prosper is still growing and this is the only smoothie king in the area unless I wanna go further out of my way!
