The place is beautiful, but we were really disappointed. They didn't have anything Italian on the menu!!! I ordered three different dishes, and each time it took them 15 minutes to say there was no pipián, mole, or poblano sauce. Another diner ordered simple enchiladas, and it took an hour to bring them; he asked for chicken, and they brought him pork instead. The 90-peso salad, which was supposed to have chicken, arrived without a shred of meat. When I complained, they were reluctant to lower the price of the salad. Terrible Not at all recommended.

The prices are acceptable but the food is very bad, everything seems to be prepared with frozen foods. The Hawaiian pizza didn't come with tomato sauce and the pineapple was still cold and fresh out of the can. We had to order drinks twice and the two cans of soda arrived even after the meal. We ordered lasagna and it tasted like ketchup. To top off the night, when we asked for the bill they took the trouble to include 20% under the concept of “additional service”. The waiter was very friendly, shy and it was evident that he had a hard time serving 8 tables at the same time. From the bar there was a gentleman alone watching what was happening and he did not bother to help him. I was very sad to see that national and international tourists came to the restaurant and took away a bad image of a very beautiful place.

When we arrived, no one served us, so we had to get the menu. It took them a long time to wait for our food. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We had a 50-minute wait until our food arrived. The food was tasteless, the bread was cold, except for the vegetarian panini, which was the only tasty thing. I'll never go back. Being generous, I'll give it 1 star. P.S. If you're not picky about food, and you have plenty of time and like to wait, this is your place.

Even though breakfast is the most important meal in the world and even though for silly reasons and my fault we ended up having breakfast at a restaurant named IL portale where a world of unpleasant surprises awaited us from some chilaquiles where the lack of passion in the kitchen and dedication was noticeable, highlighting the lack of skill of the cook as well as the lack of quality and flavor where these animals destroy the kitchen even though a well-trained ape could achieve more pleasant feats for the level of intelligence of the primate, I think going to IL portale was a bad, very bad decision and a bad experience. And remember, God bless from above whatever falls into the belly.

Terrible service, bland and poorly prepared food, very small portions, and unfresh ingredients that taste like they've been frozen for several days. All in all, the price-quality ratio makes this a very poor choice for dining.
