The view was beautiful, food was delicious, drinks were great and service by Garry was 10/10! Also, if you’re a hookah smoker, don’t bother to get it, it’s not worth it.

Great Ecxoerience!! We booked online for a party of 8 and had a wonderful time in a lounge-coner of the rooftop with the most stunning view of the Manhattan Skyline, sunset through to night sky-Perfect!!

Alberto is one of the most amazing servers I've ever had the pleasure of being waited on by. His attentiveness and kindness, and going above and beyond to make our experience amazing ! It was my friend's 40th birthday and they really accommodated all the things we asked for and even what we didn't think of. Gary made our dining experience unforgettable! Very attentive without hovering, genuinely warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on, the pacing of our meal was perfect, and he made us feel like the only table in the room. Restaurants can have great food, but it’s people like Gary who turn dinner into a memory worth coming back for.

Lost in Paradise rooftop is a great spot for city views, especially in the afternoon when you can catch a beautiful sunset. The space upstairs is cozy and perfect for a romantic setting once you’re seated. That said, the waiting area in the lobby can be uncomfortable since it’s small, unairconditioned, and serves as a hotel entrance, which takes away from the arrival experience. The food is good, the servers are friendly though busy, and the DJ provides decent music. Overall, a nice place to visit but be prepared for the wait.

Went here on a Wednesday evening for a friend's birthday. The vibe was good, the chicken empanadas taste amazing and the drinks were not watered down. (I appreciated that). This is a chill spot overlooking the city skyline i would visit again. It's a great date night spot.

The view here is incredible x the salmon was top tier, the playlist is perfection and the service that Gary provided was incredible!!

Came here for dinner & drinks. Ordered empanadas & an espresso martini. The empanadas were surprisingly good & a decent size. The espresso martini was strong but perfect. This place was a nice little vibe with music playing & great views of the city. Service was good too!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to highlight this establishment. Our waiter, Gary, provided outstanding service—truly top tier. The food was exceptional, and the overall experience was nothing short of amazing.

Always a great time here. Music never misses, the view is unmatched, and the hospitality keeps me and my friends coming back. I’ve had Nade as my server every time I’ve went. He is attentive and always makes sure the group is having a blast. Will be back for sure.

I had an amazing time at Lost in Paradise. Claudia was an amazing waitress. This was my second time here. The first pic I had the fish and chips, and the branzino fish was really good. My first time coming to the restaurant I had the virgin mojito and wings, chips and guacamole, and everything was great.

This place was such a vibe. I went for July 4 and let me tell you this place was poppin. The DJ was so good, everyone was enjoying themselves. They had a nice food set up, clear night and immaculate views.

The restaurant Lost in Paradise left a lasting impression! The gorgeous panoramic view of the city is simply mesmerizing and creates a unique atmosphere. Each dish is a real masterpiece of culinary art, striking with its taste and presentation. The staff is polite and attentive, creating a feeling of coziness and comfort. We will definitely come back again to enjoy this magnificent place!

Excellent service, friendly staff, majestic view. You have to try their Beef empanadas, they are delicious!! Alberto is your guy! Took really good care of us. Definitely the spot to go to if you want a nice chill vibe with good music!

First time here for brunch, had the pleasure of being served by Gary, he was top notch. He was very attentive and was quick to refill my cup during the bottomless brunch. Will definitely come back. Bottomless is 90 minutes and cannot compliance about it.

I love that this rooftop is heated so you can visit it all season long and the food is always great not too much seasoning just the right amount portions and the cocktails are strong, but in the best way, the views are impeccable, especially during sunset. Always go with a party of two and notice a lot of bigger groups celebrating special occasions so I would suggest going for that but the space is great. They decorate according to the season is the Valentine’s Day decorations right now are super cute but would highly recommend just off the view, the drinks and the food alone

Garry was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Would recommend any of my friends to come here after getting this experience with Garry! He goes above and beyond and even took pictures of me and my girl. Wil definitely be coming back just for his vibes and the food.

We visited Lost in Paradise rooftop for the drinks and views. The servers were very friendly and served us our drinks right away. Our drinks were great and they had good music. They have the best views in the city.

Honestly this place has fantastic views but super chaotic as the kitchen was closed, the hosts preferred not to sit people down. I traveled so far to just snap one picture and leave. Otherwise, if you're coming to celebrate with a group and the kitchen is open will be a memorable experience.

I visited Lost in Paradise on Friday, 7/18, for an 8 PM reservation. Upon arrival, the hostess downstairs informed us we could wait near the elevator banks until our table was ready. We asked if we could instead head up to the bar while we waited, and she agreed—but just a few seconds later, we were told our table was ready. Upstairs, we noticed plenty of two-top tables available, so it wasn’t clear why there was a delay. It may have been a way to manage the flow at the door. Our server was Gary—someone I’d heard good things about—so I was looking forward to a great experience. Unfortunately, his service felt a bit underwhelming. It’s possible the staff was short that evening, but considering the 90-minute seating limit noted on Resy, we expected a quicker start. It took about 10 minutes before he first approached our table. On the upside, the drinks were solid and arrived quickly. The food was tasty as well, though the pacing was off—they dropped the entrées before the tacos, and it would’ve been better if the dishes were coursed out more thoughtfully. Once our time was up, we were politely informed that we could stay at the bar—though there were no seats available—so we opted to head across the street instead. Overall, I’d say the food, drinks, and ambiance were good enough to warrant a return visit, but I wouldn’t be in a rush to go back. With a little more attention to service and pacing, the experience could easily move from decent to great.

This spot offers a beautiful view of the city with windows all around—perfect in the summer. When we went, it was fall, and with the temperature dropping, the breeze coming through made it feel pretty cold. The drinks were good, though not very strong. The food was just okay. I had the chicken with mashed potatoes, which was fine. Some people in our group ordered steak and didn’t like how it was cooked, so they switched to something else. I heard the quesadilla was good. Overall, this place is really more about the views and the vibe. Hookah is available for purchase, and there’s also a speakeasy on the basement level. In general, the experience was just okay.

This is actually part of a hotel. The place it sits in is not really the best given that it sits about a few blocks from the Ed Koch queens borough bridge and it’s in the industrial area of Long Island city. Going in, it seems like a regular hotel but one that was going through rigorous renovation seeing all the scaffolding that covered up most of the front and how unfinished it had look. There is a front receptionist lady that you show your reservation to. I forgot to mention you can’t get in with out making a prior reservation on notice and if you don’t make it to that time they will take a $5 fee so already not looking too good. There are about 3 elevators for about 10-15 floors in this building which makes sense. It’s a revolving doors in the front followed by a half club with a bar in the downstairs and single individual bathrooms at the side entrance. We took the green cloth covered with foliage surrounding the bases elevator all the way to the roof which to be honest wasn’t all that great. For winter it stays closed which was a bummer since I had never been to a rooftop lounge. At first glance I had to say it seemed like they had put a lot of effort into the place. I mean they bathroom attendants, elevator attendants, hostesses guiding you to your seats, waiters serving you the food all carrying credit card machines in their pockets waiting for you to pay the bill as soon as your done, bartenders basically all the help a restaurant needs. But comes the main point which was that heating was not designed all around the place. The individual only bathrooms had them, the right side of the restaurant had so but not where I sat which was surrounded by tvs and monitors playing NBA games and pre recorded football matches. Already I had felt like I was in a sports bar instead but I kept my cool and decided to play it out and I was kind of surprised. The prices were crazy to be honest with you. They don’t have physical menu so they set up barcodes on plastic showcased plates for you to scan and see the menu on their website and they had a lot of options based on timing and day you where there which should’ve been a good thing but came the prices which were outrageous. I had paid $8 for truffle fries and $7 for some black chips with salsa only for my bill to come out to $20 since it was mandatory to pay 20% gratuity. Sure the food came within 5 minutes and the waiters did give me some relative fast service but my god were these pricing crazy. Not even to mention the fact that I had to pay $57 for a cool mint hookah because that was the only flavor they had that night I went. I didn’t even want to try the drinks because I knew they would be over priced and not worth the effort. Honestly I didn’t really like this place and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
