This sonic is the absolute worst. I’ve waited 15-30 minutes just to get my orders taken and not one “ I’m sorry for the wait please give us just a moment” or something to that extent. I’ve worked in fast food before so I know the rushed and timing can be a while but when you only have 4 cars in your parking lot I’m sure you can do better. I can see people just talking and not doing anything and it’s super frustrating. Definitely don’t recommend unless you want to wait 30min just to get your order taken

Food is absolute worst. Chicken strips cold and dry, they forgot sauce, only 2 choices of sauce, and how the heck are onion rings sweet. So so gross, don't eat here. Waste of money

I swore off this Sonic because the first time I went I sat at the drive through order screen for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I decided to give it a second chance today, as there are limited options in Quinlan, and they completely disappointed me again. I ordered a #7 Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger meal with a Dr. Pepper and tots. After spending several minutes at the window after paying, much longer than it should take to put together a simple burger, I was given my food. I checked the bag and saw the tots and sandwich. It smelled like a garlic bacon cheeseburger so I drove off. When I got home a few minutes later I found that the tots were greasy, the burger was cold and it was a Plain Sonic burger. I will never visit this location again.

Ordered two honey chipotle chicken sandwiches through the app…got regular instead…happens almost every time. The receipt is correct, but the sandwiches were not…Please take time to actually read customers orders so you’ll get it right!

Our online order was wrong twice back to back and when I told them the 2cd time they acted like me wanting my food correct was some big issue like how dare I. I also believe on the 2cd time they purposely took forever cause it doesn't take 5 mins to add chile to 2 hot dogs.

Waited 10 mins for a Dr Pepper and 2 mini coconut freeze drinks. Finally got them and the freezes had sticky all over it and the Dr Pepper was old and flat

Came to this sonic today and it was busy mind you so the wait at the screen was considered but if i order something on the screen and ask for a certain sauce i should get it in my bag and if they are out its completley understandable but you need to communicate with your customers at the screenbecause i Had to pull back around to the door and ask someone for the sauce and then get told that they were out .

I wish I had a picture to share but I threw it away too fast. I had the most disgusting burger I've ever been served at this Sonic and it makes sense why. From the second I was on the intercom ordering to receiving my food at the window it is very clear the employees at this Sonic do not give a single crap. The burger was SOAKING in grease. The whole bun was wet. It was like they took my burger and dunked it into a vat of oil. This was not the first instance of lack of care. We ordered many drinks that weren't mixed properly or came out leaking all over us. We are Quinlan locals and will never eat here again before reforms

I just have to leave because you can't get anyone to take your order. The vaping while you are bringing out food is also unacceptable. Literally 50 percent of the times I went there I just had to leave because they won't take your order and not because they are busy.

I ordered 3 Super sonic breakfast burritos, one without jalapeños, all of them with extra bacon and an order of French toast sticks with extra syrup. Not a single burrito with bacon at all and no syrup at all. Tried to call and speak with someone only to be hung up on three times! Service is horrible, food was not correct, and no one seems to care.

MAY 20 2022!! 8:30PM Almost $5 a piece for these Large Cheese Fries with Jalapeños.. oreo chocolate peanut butter shake was all Vanilla! You people should try to have a lil pride in what your serving to people..
