Always very clean inside and out. Bathrooms spotless. Employees are very friendly, and work fast. Food always comes out fast, fresh, and hot! Love that the lobby stays open late even during the week.

Always fast, always accurate, and consistent food quality makes the Taco Bell seriously one of the best places to eat in Quinlan! I've been to this location dozens of times over the past year and I've always gotten exactly what I ordered and exactly what I expected. That being said, it is Taco Bell - fast food at lower prices so don't expect a gourmet experience. But compared with other Taco Bells and even other fast food places in Quinlan, this location is amazing!

While waiting for my food, I heard the workers discussing they had run out of chicken. Since my order included chicken, I waited a few minutes. Not a word. I approached the counter person and asked, he responded with,"I'll see what I can do. " 10 minutes later, I was informed it would be a few more minutes. Very poor management, and ability to keep customers informed. They should have prepared more when they started running low.

I've eaten at dozens of Taco Bells-- this wasn't one of the better ones, at least at the time we visited. Service was not friendly or efficient--order messed up. Table was sticky. Taco filling very anemic.

Review update. I just went up to Taco Bell. It's the First time I have been there in a couple months. and got a couple $7 Lux boxes. The Taco was soggy. The chulupa was okay. But the nacho chips were bad. They tasted like old motor oil. I couldn't even finish one chip. My wife said the same thing about hers. I haven't eating the burrito yet. So we will see on that. I guess it'll be a couple more months before I go back. This is just the Quinlan location I'm talking about.

After 15 minutes not one person in the lobby had been served. Employees ignore Lobby in favor of to-go and drive thru. They dont even greet you anymore. It's like they just dont want customers at all

The steak grilled burrito appeared not to have been grilled at all, yet it was coated with enough grease on both sides to suggest that was the intended effect making the tortilla soggy. This Quinlan location tends to be inconsistent in quality.

Cold cheese roll up. They shorted me on tacos which the shells were stale, made orher tacos wrong and gave a cheese rollup in a cold tortilla and cold cheese. It is supposed to be melted not just halfway done. waste of money especially when you get shorted on your order.
