I ordered two pizzas from this Domino's, and my overall experience was incredibly disappointing. The pizzas arrived a staggering 61 minutes after placing the order, well beyond what I consider an acceptable delivery time. Upon receiving the pizzas, I was shocked to find that both were not only cold but also noticeably burnt. The lack of freshness and the burnt taste completely ruined the dining experience for me and my guests. This level of quality falls far below the standard I expect from Domino's, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received.

This has to be worldwide the worst Domino's ever. No matter what time it is no matter what day of the week it is it takes 1.5 hours. To get your food and the reason is there waiting for someone else's order to come through so they can deliver 2 at one time in the meanwhile your food is sitting in a hot box are in their car in the cardboard chilling literally. If you are unfortunate as I am and this is the closest one you're better off driving to pick up your food

Never order from this store. Our food was over an hour late and when we called in to ask the status we could hear the staff talking about how they forgot it on the counter and to reheat it. When we finally received our food it was hard as a rock and the slices weren't even cut right. One slice was 1 inch another was 8 inches. Zero quality control. The store told us theres nothing they can do about it and that if we wanted our money back we could drive the pizza back to them. After calling Domino's Customer Service line multiple times for multiple weeks the location owner has essentially refused to respond even after having a refund request initiated by Domino's Corporate.

I payed extra for sauces and when Kerin the delivery driver arrived she was rude as hell AND the sauces were open in the bag :)

Someone (Internet Stranger)

Ordered my pizza as usual and all was fine. Problem is when it got here was absolutely destroyed. That's fine, pizzas get dropped / slide around. However when I called them to let them know, waited on hold for a while ( busy place on a game night, understandable ). Finally get my call picked up was asked for a picture by the first "manager" Then someone else quickly hopped on the call. Well. Here is the picture. Folks check your pizzas, and be ready to meet all the different "Managers" on shift.

Took over an hour to get my food. I had to call the restaurant to make sure it wasnt delivered to the wrong address because the tracker said my delivery was completed. The person I spoke with said the driver was around the corner yet I waited an additional 15 minutes to get my food & when I did receive it the pizza was dry and seemed rushed while being made.

Don’t order from this place!! They have a scam with UBER Eats where they mark your order as “picked up” and a minute later they mark it as “delivered” but they don’t do anything and your order is forgotten. Doubtful they ever even make it. When you call them they tell you “not our problem. Call Uber Eats.” Super rude staff.

Ordered an hour ago and I’m still waiting for order to be delivered. Called store and was told it was because driver had multiple orders and nothing can be done.

Employees are rude and careless. Assistant management unquestionably unqualified to do anything more that turn a key and punch an alarm code to open store anything beyond that responsibility and they say you have to speak to store general manager. Half the time they say they do not deliver to my address and tell me to call the dominos down at airport and Lamar who says they don’t deliver to call this dominos.

Ordered some pizza like I sometimes do, everything seemed normal. $40 even (delivery+tax incl.) for two medium pizzas, Cheesey bread, and Parmesan bites. Nothing crazy, and the tracker placed the delivery time about 21-31 minutes. Eventually, I was realizing I'm not going to get my pizza on time, as it seemed my delivery driver was either overworked with deliveries (most likely), or slacking off (not likely). It ended up taking so long from being done out of the oven, that my pizza tastes like it just got out of the microwave. Not a typical experience I've had with Dominos, disappointing to say the least. I can't see ordering again from here for awhile after paying $45 with the tip, for what was essentially Little Caesars quality pizza.
