Portion sizes are terrible, fries container is nowhere near full....like come on at least fill up the f***** container I'm already not getting much anyways. On top of that the meal is $12... $12 and I can't even get a full container of fries smh. I was looking forward to saying good things too.

When you park, always a 20+ min wait... Drive thru is eh.. I'm very disappointed with this order. If it wasn't for me living in another city I would've went back and ask them to make another or do something to compensate. You don't sell a "cheese steak" sandwich with no cheese or barely anything of it. I just get a mouthful of onion and mayo. Whoever created this one, needs to be talked to. Not at all what's advertised. VERY disappointed. Already home and don't feel like going back. #falseAdvertisement #makeFoodGreat

I ordered the cheeseburger combo n got an extra surprise! Asked to have it remade with no onions and guess what...it had onions! Can't follow directions! Then asked for a refund. By this time I was disgusted. Never going here again!! Manager needs some extra customer service training!

Unfortunately, this place was a big letdown. It didn’t feel clean, and the food just wasn’t good. I actually felt sick partway through and couldn’t even finish my meal. Sonic in Virginia used to taste so much better back in the day it’s just not the same anymore.

Nov 19th. The service was great. But unfortunately I was disturbed and disgusted to see my wife pull a hair out of her mouth, still attached to the cheese from inside her smasher burger. We were very disappointed and disgusted, I took pictures, reported it & threw out the meals. We just couldn't continue eating knowing what we had just encountered. Very dissatisfied. Will not be returning.

As i sit in my truck on stall #21, I am waiting for my chili cheese hotdog. i ordered at 8:00 pm its now 8:45 pm waiting on ashley, a single hot dog pls sonic do something about customer service ! Its not even busy there's 0 cars in drive thru and about 5 cars in stalls. Worst experience ever.

This location is disgusting ! This is about the third time (most recent Date :10/19/2023 Time: 9:08pm) I come here to order a sonic blast Icecream and they claim the machine to make a sonic blast is down. Also every time I come here they have cones up so that no one can go to the stalls. I literally waited in line for them to tell me the machine is down then got stuck. This location has gone down hill and the customer service is digusting. A bunch of careless lazy people that hate their job work here and it shows in the quality of service ! Today was my last time coming here and I do not recommend anyone come to this trashy location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a order online. Came to pick it up and order was all wrong. Was told I was given what I ordered, but I pulled up my order and they replace it with some of the food I returned and said it was all fresh. It was cold and stale. Grilled cheese double burger the bread was untoasted cheese was cold hard and unmelted. I paid $4.00 for a cheese fry it was so small the kiddie fries at McDonalds is bigger. I could of gotten 3 combo meals at McDonald's and super sized them which is what I should off done. On a worse day at McDonald's would of been better. Will never be back. Anyone who sees this please do not waste your money on this place. I feel robbed. Gave this place my money for garbage I couldn't eat what a joke.

Over 45 minutes waiting in a Drive-through ridiculous then after we got our food hot dogs we’re cold and the cheese was on the side of the container. Even the top of the bag had more cheese and hot dog. The lettuce on the burger we got was rotten. Through the burger in the trash wasn’t worth the money a waste of time and money. I would go to McDonald’s before I go back to sonic’s and then and that’s sad

Currently still sitting here waitng for my order after I've already been here and asked the person who took my order what was taking so long he said it'll be out when he gets it out and then this tahoe pulls up next to me and orders the same food as me and gets there order and is about to be done eating there food when they ordered there food 30 minutes into my wait for mine. 😕 And also I've seen at least 30 people go through the drive through Very disappointed in the level of customer service from this location

Seriously Sonic's? I waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes and waited in the window for an additional 7 minutes and you give me melted ice cream sandwiches???? And to top it off their local pbone number is disconnected so I am going to call corporate!
