Irin was amazing. So kind and patient!! We came to Koffi after a HORRIBLE experience at RM Coffee down the street (don’t waste your time there) come to KOFFI instead. Full of joy, kindness, and respect (:
This was our first time at Koffi. We were very impressed. They have adapted well to Covid restrictions while still giving great service. We were able to enjoy our coffee and muffins out on their patio. Misters would be nice though
Clean shop with cool modern touches with lots of options. They roast beans at this location and they have tons (probably literally) of beans on sale. The baristas are good and efficient and produced an excellent latte along with other drip coffee purchases. They offer non-dairy options (our latte utilized their almond milk and it was excellent). I wish they offered pour-overs, but the drip coffee was good.
Always friendly, helpful staff. Excellent espresso beans roasted there for my home espresso maker. American and European roast are both great, but we've taken a liking to the Euro version.
The shop is relatively new, very clean and contemporary in appearance. Parking is on the street and would definitely be an issue at busy times. The area where you queue up to order your beverage is very cramped and constricted. I was there during a not-too-busy time so that restricted space was not an issue. I do wonder what it is like in the busy times? I am not a coffee-fanatic and just ordered a black, bold large coffee. It was good. If you like the fancy versions with additives and swirly cream you'll need to read someone else's review.
The staff here knew their coffee and was able to quickly recommend a few based on what we wanted. The prices are reasonable considering how the coffee is sourced and that it’s roasted locally, in shop. The pastries were delicious and fresh.
Cool little cafe with some great outdoor seating. Coffee is delicious as is the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. A bit pricey but it’s across from a Ferrari/Lamborghini/McLaren/Aston Martin/Bentley/Rolls Royce dealership so that’s just Rancho Mirage for ya!
Much rather get my coffee on the go here than Starbucks any day! Super friendly people and very clean! Gotta check out Koffi, especially this one!
This is how a coffee shop should smell- in a word: magical. Was relieved to walk in. Was equally relieved to seea great and yet unique menu for both hot and cold drinks, plus every snack or quick meal a perfect coffee shop would have. Scones? ☑️ Muffins? ☑️ Quiche? ☑️ Sandwiches? ☑️ Even has outside seating! Love it. Avoid Star$.
Koffi is very popular in my area. We meet there a lot. I had a latte freeze which was great. This is a good coffee chain. I've been to their others.
Koffi Rancho Mirage is a great place. The baristas are really friendly and courtesy. Drea has a great attitude and loved that she thanked us and said for us to have a great day. She was learning and even apologized for the wait. She seems like she is going to be great Thank you!
Ordered a vanilla/cinnamon and chocolate/caramel cold brew fusions. They were really good!! Great iced coffee and great start of the morning experience, thank you!
Great coffee house. My daughter and I went there 5 days while in Palm Springs and always had great drinks and service. The people there took time to know us. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!!
amazing service, the coffee is great!
I stop every Thursday morning and let me tell you... the staff is so welcoming, attentive and nice! They get me in and out without a problem. The Koffi is always perfect! I only wish they had a location in palm desert so I can have it more!
The coffee is great and you HAVE to try the muffins, they’re all great! My favorite was the Banana Walnut muffin but they also have breakfast sandwiches. They offer indoor and outdoor seating.
Fun little coffee shop. Busy, but worth the wait! Fresh tasting coffee and imaginative drinks. Will be back the next time I’m in the area.
This was the first time I'd been to the Rancho Mirage location, and it stands up to the others; great coffee. Although nice enough, the atmosphere isn't quite as slick as the others, but if you're shopping for a Bentley, Range Rover, Aston Martin, or a Jaguar, this is conveniently located right across the street
It's location is a little awkward and the indoor Cafe area is quite small. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No drive-thru, but I don't think that is on brand.
Very friendly staff, GREAT coffee, well set stores, overall a very enjoyable experience. The only suggestion would be to get longer straws for the iced coffees, coffee freezes, etc. The current "fat" straws only stand out of the dome-capped cup by less than a 1/4". This makes it very, VERY difficult to wrap your lips around it and enjoy these tasty drinks while driving.
I absolutely love the coffee here and we stop in every time we are in Palm Springs. You can't go wrong with any of their choices, I usually go with a mocha. Service is great, coffee ready in minutes and brewed perfectly. Prices are fair and they have plenty of seating. Worth a stop when in the area.
This place is great, my favorite of all their locations. Friendly staff and well brewed bean water. They have a huge selection of baked goods and quick breakfast items. Also because of the location you can expect quicker service thank the other stores, also there is a nice and quiet outdoor area great for relaxing peacefully. The free WiFi actually works and they have two restrooms available that are always clean.
my daughter the coffee expert loves this place. The great smell right when you walk thru the door fantastic. the coffee is very good. Really a cut above other coffee places that i don't have to name right? i had a croissant & OMG best one I've ever tasted with the coffee i was in heaven
Great coffee shop. We stop in here every time we come to Rancho Mirage CA. The coffee is very good. We had the Light Roast Americana. There is a relaxing atmasfeir here and the service was excellent. The shop is very clean and organized. If you find this review helpful please like the review.
Love this place! The people who work there are amazing. I at least go once a week or more. They have a great crew there that make my day with a Helloor good morning! Plus the drinks are so good and the cinnamon buns are delicious!
I love Koffi! They make really good frappes and the staff is always personable and friendly! It's not super busy like Starbucks, yet you still get that clean, cozy environment.
Went in with a $20 gift card, they said they changed gift card company and would no longer honor my card. Then said, “we’ll give you a $10 card as a replacement.” I said, “okay, how about a free coffee for the ten I just lost?” Nope. Management reached out to me after the review and made good on my gift card, I appreciate that kind of follow up hence the five star review. Thank you Koffi
Top notch service by a very friendly team with lots of energy! Amazing coffee and fresh pastries The breakfast sandwiches are delicious The little garden at the back is great to seat with your dog. Do not miss this place ❤️
We were driving through the area and wanted to stop for coffee. Most of the coffee shops in the area are chain places, so we were glad we found this spot. Great coffee and a nice outdoor area to sit and drink it!
Great location beautiful private discreet hidden away outdoor patio when the weather is nice. It is a very mellow well-run immaculately clean coffee shop. The employees are very friendly and very helpful enjoyable place to visit and spend some time with friends or by yourself.
Fast, friendly service with EXCELLENT coffee! Try their cold brew! So good! Assortment of food to choose from if you're hungry. The muffins look delicious! Consistently brewed coffee between locations. I love this particular Koffi location for the people and convenient access from Hwy 111! Good seating inside and out with great views!
Let me keep it simple… The best, yes I said the best coffee we've ever had… Services is friendly/ accommodating… limited menu but we continue to be a customer
So this review is based solely on the pleasant service. I ordered a drip coffee and found it to be a bit on the burnt side. It could be because it was toward the end of the day and they didn’t have a fresh pot out. Anyway, I let the barista know, and she kindly upgraded me to an oat latte, and that was a good drink! The atmosphere is pleasant too, and the prices are fair.
best cold brew in town and i love their bacon and egg breakfast burrito
This place and the other locations are a valley treasure. Excellent coffee and other drinks. Fast, accurate, and friendly service, clean tables, and all of them have outdoor areas with umbrellas that are pet friendly. (but would you guys please give us a place to plug in our devices - pretty please with foamed milk on top?)
Very pleasant coffee shop. Employees were kind and helpful. Pastries were delicious. Another great alternative to the place that starts with star.
Great coffee and good vibe. Least favorite location = Rancho Mirage.
I love the vanilla bean supreme! Good coffee, would recommend
Appreciate Koffi’s policy of offering a light or dark roast when ordering espresso, this is unfortunately rare. The quality of their coffees and baked goods is excellent. Their cleanliness and merchandising presentation In their stores is 1st class.
Great coffee, choice of light or dark roast expresso.I like more caffeine amd stronger taste so choose a light roast in my small oat latte. Enjoyed my visit. Had a vegetarian option for breakfast, they offer a plentiful of choices for pastries, muffins and breakfast/lunch offerings. zPlenty of parking. Glad I stopped here.
Lovely staff and clean shop. I had a cortado and it was nice and hot and fresh.
We have not been here, so it was a chance encounter that we picked one of the best coffee places that the local people loved (we talked to a few while enjoying our food and drinks). I loved the chai they made me, I also loved the breakfast sandwiches (turkey sausage and cheese, and ham and cheese). Very thoughtful service, they heated the sandwiches and even cut them into halves for easy sharing. Great coffee too :)
Koffi = great coffee! This place was busy! And they are fast and efficient at getting orders in and out. Had a pastry to go with the coffee and it was fresh, flaky and delicious. As with most places they have milk alternatives including almond and oat milk. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating if you want to stick around. Staff were friendly, even with having to deal with a long line of people. They make you feel well taken care of, even if just grabbing a cup to go. 100% would go back.
Banana walnut muffin was one of the best I’ve ever had! For drinks the cinnamon vanilla cold brew was great! The mocha freeze wasn’t the traditional taste we are used to but it was still good. Staff was really nice and the cafe was very clean!
Koffi Rancho Mirage is an enjoyable place to gather and sip high-quality coffee. I happened to try their house Napoli-style decaff for an iced Americano, and it delivered deep-earthy-garden-zen heart-chakra opening flavors! Good food options like quiche, muffins, scones, and easy parking nearby. Koffi has their coffee craft dialed to those who appreciate nuanced and exquisite flavors, and for those who just want to hang out and enjoy the vibe.
I actually live on the road, and always strive to find unique places to satisfy my caffeine addiction. This is one of the best places I have ever been. As a coffee connoisseur, and you can look at my travel posts to verify this, I love a place that pays so close attention to detail as to roast and make the perfect cup. A couple in my group had various teas, but I opted for a light roasted espresso. If by chance you have never had a light roasted espresso, let me highly recommend that you stop by and get a drink. The lighter the roast, the more caffeine there is. Also, the lighter a roast is the more intrinsic variability there is in the bean. Dark roast have a higher charcoal content. light roasts bring out the nuances of the bean and add a flavor dimension and complexity that is unparalleled. I highly recommend that you stopped by this place for your dessert, meeting, or just to connect with Friends. There's lots of seating, and lots of choices of outstanding desserts, etc.
great shop polite employees the matcha green tea is so good! takes a little long to make the drinks, so accordingly prepare overall, a plus!
Really great selection of coffee, tea and pastries. The atmosphere is well lit and there is nice outdoor seating too. People are friendly and the prices are good.
The coffee is better than Starbucks. The food was pretty good too. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Stopped for a pick-me-up on our way back to Vegas. We did not expect such a cute back patio behind the storefront ☕️🌴
One of those alternative coffee shops that keeps me coming back on my infrequent visits to the area. The outdoor seating is especially cool.
Cute local koffi shop here in the desert. The coffee is brewed brilliantly and the lattes are great. I ordered a caramel vanilla iced latte and it tasted great. There is also a cute place to sit outside with plenty of tables, chairs and shades. This place is brilliant and tens of times better than the international chains. Must try koffi place!!

Fantastic espresso. You taste the quality and care they put into crafting drinks. Thank you!
Great coffee shop with fantastic coffee, food and service. Little things make a big difference - like asking if I want my gluten free scone warmed up and whisking my own powder into my latte. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing drink here and the offerings are plentiful for a quick stop coffee stop. Plenty of outdoor seating and some seating indoors. Great customer service!

Good drinks, good service. I tasted the Koffi brand when I was dining at Wilma & Frieda, so I decided to track down a cafe when I needed my mid-afternoon pick me up. I was traveling with friends, so we sampled a few things - a frozen blended drink, and a couple of iced lattes. They did not disappoint. The store also had a selection of bites if you are feeling snacky.
Workers were really friendly here. I ordered their cherry danish and flavored cold brew (chocolate & caramel) and it hit the spot!
This was only my first visit in a long time to koffi Rancho Mirage. I wasn't familiar with the menu and I ended up buying a drink that was not Blended well. They said it was Blended but yet the ice was solid and not in any way Blended down or like they had promised. But it was tasty and the place was very popular as far as customers go and so I have no complaints.
I'll admit I'm not a big fan of specialist coffee shops, but this was a nice environment, not busy for a late Monday morning and my iced mocha was good. Staff could have looked happier and more welcoming though.
Koffi # 2 (there are 3 in the CV) has the best coffee in the CV--better than Starbucks in my opinion, because I like darker, full-bodied roasts. It costs about the same. The interior design lacks the amenities of a typical Starbucks, with their murals, vinyl lounge chairs and attractive service bar design. There is nicer seating at umbrellaed tables outside that are enhanced by the impressively tall, ficus nitidia, hedges there, so I try to sit outdoors when visiting the Rancho Mirage Koffi.
This place is a local coffee house. I'm not a fan of coffee so I really can't review the coffee even though it smells pretty good inside. Mostly reviewing the food which is pretty good. It can get noisy and crowded and extremely busy so you want to make sure that you are very specific when you order. I ordered a toasted bagel with some cream cheese and I ordered extra cream cheese but they forgot to put it in. I didn't find out until I got home which was not the end of the world because I have my own cream cheese that I can use. It was just kind of a bummer because I paid for the extra cream cheese according to my receipt. I suppose it's my own fault because I didn't check their work before I left. I guess I will never learn to check the bag before I walk away when ordering to go food or food from a drive-thru. So if you order something to go just double check that they got it right because it gets busy and everybody's human. But for the most part everybody there seemed really happy and this place seems to have a loyal local crowd that goes there every day.
Good Coffee for some reason more slightly higher prices than the ones in Palm Springs. The place is clean, service is fast but the parking can be sparse esp. in the mornings
Nice spot with solid coffee. I had an americano, so I can’t speak to their other drinks. The coffee was good and the service was speedy. Plenty of parking and a nice small outdoor space. There were options for quick breakfasts like muffins, pastries and the like.
Stopped in here to check out a local coffee roaster. By the end of the experience of ordering coffee, pastries and enjoying their outdoor seating, I couldn't help but feel underwhelmed. The choice for coffee was light roast or dark roast with no other indication. Seems like a missed opportunity to highlight their hard work and roasting passion. I think I was expecting a more focused identity but the coffee was fine. I'd stop in again out of familiarity if I were in town in the future.
This is my favorite Koffi location. It's also the smallest, but that means they know their regulars, greeting you by name if they know you. Have no idea how they can remember, given the number of people who walk in. Love being part of a family that treasures its summer customers. They introduced me to their brand new employee, how many places do that? Then, while I was waiting in line to place my order, they had already made it, without my asking!Amazing. Only issue is that they took away the seating area in the back, so it can be difficult to get a seat.
I give the coffee and the staff FIVE STARS. I really like their coffee and is a good value. Friendly and efficient staff and I was there at 10:00 am and quite busy which was a surprise for off-season. As far as a place to sit and enjoy coffee with friends, I'd give this location ONE STAR because there is no place to sit inside, and it is loud and you can't hear each other. We had to sit outside in the humid, hot weather. Fortunately, we had a nice place in the shade under a tree in the back. They used to have more seating inside, but since this is their roasting facility and they took out the seating and use it for storage. Not sure if they will expand and make this a better location for having a coffee inside like the Palm Springs locations. Other than that, this is a good place to pick up a coffee and go.
I enjoyed the coffee. The customer service was great. It was my first visit and I appreciate that they were patient and helped me decide when placing my order. I was pleased with my iced honey vanilla latte.
Great location on the 111 with view of snow capped mountains. Plenty of outdoor seating in front, side and rear of building. Very nice staff. Only had the coffee and a GF scone. All very good. Great vibe.

Staff was great. Coffee was better than the popular chain. Muffin was big but middle was not cooked.
The drinks here are always amazing and spot on. I never have to wait long when I come in. They always keep the line moving. Service is always quick, I've been to their other locations and can speak the same about that place too! Always a good experience.

I go often to RM location but The vibe in Palm springs is better. Today I went to the RM location today. the woman that took my order was especially dry. Walked in no greeting she just looked at me which I took my queue to give her the order. I felt like my patronage was imposing on their conversation
The coffee is a notch below Starbucks (wherever you rate that on your scale. For me, very low). The cappuccinos have no foam. You are basically getting an americano with milk. They over-roast their beans, so if you like that, then ok. The coffee is 1 star, but they crawl up to three stars because the staff are very nice and they have a decent selection of grab and go food. If there were no other coffee spot on earth, I would come here, for tea.
Good: got a good quality 12oz. 4-shot latte and espresso shot on Saturday, March 10, espresso was tight. 7/10. Bad: Ordered same thing on Sunday, March 11. Way too hot, shots overdrawn, astringent,, and milk scorched, 2/10. Baristas need better training and consistency. Coffee selection for a roaster is odd: blended coffees, no single estate, roasting is light and dark (aka ashes). Coffee and espresso is better than chain coffee houses, but they have opportunity to be better.
Not so much this time... We usually hit up Koffi for a morning after pick up. Their pastries are always great, but there was a definite disconnect with our Chai lattes. In fact, it tasted nothing like Chai tea lattes but rather hot water. Even after taking the first one back and being told I needed to request "sweetened or unsweetened" it still tasted like hit water.
I ordered San Jacinto coffee and almond granola bar. It was okey. Just normal coffee shop I thought. My girlfriend ordered Chocolate cold brew fusion and she said it was very good. Not too sweet and very refreshing. I'll try that one next time☕ We also bought a coffee bean pack, which makes a good gift.
We hadn’t been to this Koffi before, only in PS, where we’ve always been happy. However, the coffee at this location was terrible. I ordered a Flat White, which was 2/3 full with no foam or creaminess whatsoever. It had an oily dark brown surface and tasted like the bottom of a used coffee filter. And way too strong. My partner ordered an Americano at a “drinkable” temp - which was scalding hot, overly bitter yet watered-down tasting. We were really surprised. I hope this review inspires them to tighten up their QC.
First time at any Koffi. My drink came out pretty quickly, but the two sandwiches we ordered took what felt like 10 minutes to get to us. The place wasn't crowded so I don't know why it took so long. The place is more expensive than Starbucks... But it's a smaller "chain", so I get it.
Don’t try to pay with a big bill. All I had on me was $100 bill and they wouldn’t take it no matter what! I was lucky enough a random customer tapped his card and got me though, which i hugely appreciate!
Please check Koffi hours before you go, particularly on summer afternoons. I arrived at the RM Koffi just before 2:00 pm and was told they were closing in less than 10 minutes. I quickly ordered 2 iced teas for myself and a friend I was meeting. Out of graciousness, the server gave me 3 iced teas to address the unexpected early closure. Unfortunately, we had a very brief meeting in a hot parking lot. Thank goodness for the iced teas.
Don’t understand the high ratings. They must pay people to do reviews in the area or something. They were ok… coffee was nothing special. I ordered online at a not busy time of day. 1) it asked how much you wanted to do for tip and no matter what you enter it reverts to 20% and leaves it that way. 2) we arrived after the time that they said the food would be ready, it was not busy, and they didn’t pay much attention, then told us some of the stuff we ordered they did not have. Then they forgot to tell us that our coffees had been sitting behind the counter the whole time. Overall, I should give it a 2. The muffin was 6.5/10 so I made it 3 stars. Go elsewhere. In this instance, even Starbucks would be better.
A Hidden Gem with Room to Grow I stopped by this spot on a whim one afternoon, and I have to say — my first visit was impressive. The service was absolutely impeccable: attentive, friendly, and fast. It felt like one of those rare dining experiences where everything just clicks. That alone was enough to bring me back for another round. On subsequent visits, however, the service wasn’t quite as polished. While the staff remained courteous, the attentiveness and consistency weren’t quite at the same level as that stellar first impression. That said, food and drinks still arrived quickly, even during busier times. Speaking of drinks — they’re worth trying, especially if you're looking for something refreshing to enjoy on the spacious patio. While I found them enjoyable overall, the consistency varied a bit from visit to visit. One day the cocktail was perfectly balanced, the next it leaned a little heavy on one ingredient. Still, nothing was ever bad — just a little hit or miss. One big plus is the convenience: there's plenty of parking, which is rare and appreciated, and the outdoor seating area is a great spot to relax, especially on a nice day. Inside, the vibe is lively — it can get a bit crowded and noisy, but that energy is part of the charm if you're in the mood for a bustling atmosphere. Overall, this place shows real promise. It’s got the bones of a local favorite: great drinks, fast service, and an inviting space. With a little more consistency, especially in service and drink prep, it could easily become a go-to staple for locals and visitors alike.

Coffee is great. To go cups are very flimsy. Literally split in half when I picked it up and spilled all over me and the car. If you’re going to go - go to the Palm Springs location - atmosphere there is awesome.
All though the drinks were delicious, the service was poor and the environment was horrible to be in. If you are a minority most likely you will experience racism. I have experienced it several times and I dont feel comfortable going anymore. Just a warning, I would recommend going to Palm Springs.
What has happened to Koffi RM? Walked in and stood at the register for 3 minutes with no greeting and it wasn’t even busy. Sad that customer service is disappearing already and it’s not even summer.
Good local coffee shop, but very slow. Today, I waited almost 30 minutes for my drink and although it was a holiday (New Year's Day) it wasn't much busier than it normally is. Whenever I come, it usually takes around 10-15 minutes to get my drink (a Mocha with regular whole milk,. nothing special). Also today, I asked if they could take the cheese off a breakfast sandwich and they forgot - but the sandwich took 15+ minutes so I didn't want to wait for another. I guess I should have looked and checked while I was waiting for the drink. I'll still go back, but after today it won't be for a very long time. It's too bad since I live nearby and would love a local option I can walk to that isn't Starbucks, but at least that place can move the line quickly.
Enjoyed an excellent latte like all Koffi locations. I was shocked by the awful croissant for $5.25. It was soft, doughy, and mushy like a slice of Wonder Bread. I actually just tossed it in the compost bin. Honestly, Costco and Walmart sell far better croissants for much less. I’ll be back for the coffee, but never another pastry.
Stopped by here for a morning coffee before exploring the Palm Springs area. The coffee was just ok– nothing special or outstanding to write home about; about as good as a typical Starbucks order. I'd be interested to know if other locations are similar. We sat outside to drink our coffee, and the patio area was crowded, and very busy with customers coming in and out of the door the whole time we were there. Definitely not a "chill coffee shop" spot if that's what you're after.
Next time I'll go to Starbucks. To each their own, but in my opinion this place needs to step it up. No variety. And their employee had a terrible attitude. Thank goodness I had a gift card and didn't waste my cash. The pastries are super bland too.
Not impressed at all! A bunch of employees standing around talking about how one of them is moving to AZ and sharing each others IG addresses. Meanwhile one employee is making all the drinks. I had to ask if my drink was one of the ones just sitting there. I felt I was at a school cafeteria. No bueno !
On Mother’s Day this year I was treated so rudely when I stoped to get a cold drink. The guy running Koffi needs to learn basic customer service. His attitude sucked like he did not want to be there. I was patient when he took so long to prepare my drink. I have been there many times and have never had such a bad experience. With business being so tough good customer service is essential. I will never go back and I will tell my friends to stay away.
I was hoping my first experience with this Koffi was just an off moment for them. Sadly it was not, I have gotten two different Iced Mocha Lattes from here on two different occasions. Both times have been an awful experience, the espresso always taste burnt and the drinks taste like they added nothing to them, I have gotten the same drink and the different Koffis in PS and it’s literally night and day different. They either need retrained here or just shut it down because it’s doing a disservice to how good Koffi actually is.
This is the second time to try this coffee place. On each time they messed these drinks. The first time, was a hot mocha decaf, and the second time, I asked for a specially requested for the mocha freeze decaf. The customer says, yes...see they have it. I am very sensitive with regular caffeine and I quickly will know that I am still awake the whole night. I am sure that this was not decaf in the coffee. ... I was very disappointed
