Came in for takeout based on the online reviews and the fact they use a sourdough crust. Walked in and was immediately welcomed by the friendly staff. Ordered the Delilah and cheese pizza. Both were delicious. That sourdough crust did not disappoint. Wasn't too thick or too thin and just the right amount of crunch. Great balance on that Delilah. I prefer meat on my pizza but honestly didn't miss it with the great flavor this pizza has.

Best pie around. Simple as that! Their dough is an exceptional homemade sourdough and all the ingredients are first rate. I wish they had one in La Quinta. Don’t expect anything fancy for atmosphere, but just exceptional pizza and great service. Also love that I can grab a couple slices and a cold craft beer for well under twenty bucks.

I truly enjoy the pizza here—it's easily one of the best I've ever had. The sourdough crust is incredibly unique and full of flavor. This place is so good, it’s one of the spots I’d make a special trip back to town for. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy to have another Bill's pizza location i Palm Deserf. Much larger & more accessible. The pizza was delicious. Just to our liking. We had the 10" sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni & white onion. Enough for 2. Small eaters. Just always wonder why there is only a 10" or 18" as the o nly size choice. We are from Wisconsin & and have always enjoyed Boll's when visiting the desert.

I love Bill’s Pizza and it satisfies every time. I was in town from Orange County helping my elderly Mom and she wanted pizza from Bill’s Pizza, so I did take out. My Mom had the pepperoni and I had the combination along with a small Caesar salad (enough for two). We ordered slices this time rather than a large or individual pizza as we have done in the past. The pizzas are consistently good and the salad was tasty and fresh. What’s just as nice is that the staff are extraordinary! Brian took care of my order and he was kind, caring and friendly, everything one can ask for and he made me feel at home even though I don’t visit there often. Then, later, because I had to make another stop, I called back and got Amanda on the phone to ask about the best way to heat up the pizza if we wanted some later (400° for five minutes) and she delivered with the same kindness as Brian. I highly recommend Bill’s Pizza when you are in town or if you live locally.

I live out of the area. When I am in town , Bills Pizza is one of my Go To Restaurants when I am in Palm Desert. The waiter Brian was friendly and nice. My Pizza was the “The Works” it was delicious. Also, I had a really fresh crunchy Caesar Salad. It was a great dinner , it was crowded and nice atmosphere with pleasant people.

Came here for lunch. Was greeted as I entered the restaurant. It was easy to find a table. Ordered a couple slices for the kids and personal pizzas for me and wife. Food arrived fairly quickly. I got the buffalo chicken pizza and it was probably the best I have had in a while. Kids liked the slices as well. Service was friendly and fast. Overall was a good experience. Would recommend coming here if you are craving some good pizza.

We really enjoyed dining in and having the pizza. We ordered half buffalo chicken then a bunch of vegetables on the other half. The crust is thin except for the ends. The salad was okay but different from any other house salad. They have a sit down dine in and their counter is for take out only. You can see the pizza being made if you want to peak over the open space. They list a star when one of our family members were stuck in the restroom with no toilet paper…. They had to call us so we could request some.

The dough had nice flavor but it was soggy and undercooked. Cheese was all white without any caramelized goodness. The vegetable toppings were half steamed, half raw. Pizza couldn't hold its shape at all - had to be eaten with a fork and knife. Our server was nice and the atmosphere was nice but the food was disappointing, unfortunately.

It’s definitely not amazing pizza. It’s fine, but doesn’t scratch the pizza crave. Great customer service though.

At 230 in the afternoon we stopped in to have a late lunch. Most of the empty tables we dirty but we did find a clean one. Sat down and for 10 minutes the staff would not look at us. They only helped existing customers. I got up and stood at the counter and they walked away. I stopped one of the Servers and asked how we can order. She told me to sit down and wait. We waited another 5 minutes and no one would help us. So we left. Rude , rude , rude!

It was genuinely surprising how many basic things Bill’s Pizza apparently can’t afford. They can’t afford a website that properly accepts an address or functions without confusion. Their automated location system repeatedly rejects information exactly as requested. They also can’t afford a delivery service at all—which is an odd limitation for a pizza place in 2026. They can’t afford a functional online payment system either. Our credit card worked perfectly in person, but their website would not process it online. And they couldn’t afford to care that their own system caused the problem. Customer service didn’t help. No smile. No politeness. No basic courtesy. Orders weren’t called out—they were shouted, with no attempt to address customers properly. And after all of that, they couldn’t afford to make the pizza as ordered. The pizza we received was undercooked. It seems Bill’s can’t afford much more than taking orders—but not executing them well.

Absolutely rude and poor customer service. Went there with a party of 13 and they said that we were too big of a party to accommodate and then tried to back pedal and say “well we can split you up” You don’t want our business; that is fine. We went to a Mexican restaurant a couple of blocks away and they were happy to accommodate us.
