I've come here a couple times. The waitress was nice and attentive but the kitchen forgot multiple items. Also had to remind the waitress that I had ordered a Coke because they seemed to have forgotten. Service took a very long time (likely due to to the kitchen rather than the waitress). Food prices definitely do not match what's listed in the online menu- expect a 30% increase on all items. A few cocktails, apps, and mains was well over $200 with tip.

Bar good. Server was nice. Food not good for the price. We had 7 people and most were disappointed with their order. They offered to give us free desert, so must have sensed something was off.

Food was pretty good, but service was terrible. We waited for over an hour to get out food and the server barely paid attention to us. When food finally came out it trickled out with half the table waiting for 15 minutes for the rest of us to get food. Also there are huge cracks and obvious water damage on the ceiling that make this place feel way below the price point. Overall a really bad and expensive experience.

Our waitress was nice and kept our waters full. The food was just okay. Cowboy steak was not great quality. The walnut cranberry salad was weirdly salty. The Texas toast they give you looked better than it tasted.

Decided for a late lunch/ early dinner to drive down from Redding. Should have called ahead to verify if they had their full menu, however didn’t see anywhere on their website only lunch was served. Waitress sat us and took got our drink order immediately. Unfortunately they only had lunch so we ordered potato skins. Took about 30 mins for them to come out and was honestly just a twice baked potato. Only plus is they didn’t skimp on the sour cream. We weren’t checked on and had to finally go up to the bar to cash out. There was only one other table eating when we got there.

The drink was less than ok, the appetizer had no flavor except the breading, & the sweet potato fries were soggy. The salad was good & the NY steak was excellent. The waitress acted as though she'd rather be anywhere except working. Not sure I'll ever go back.

Food was overpriced for how it tasted. I got the meat loaf, and it was very, very salty. My husband got the steak, and it was honestly pretty good. The hostest had a terrible attitude for setting the tone of our experience. My family and I walked in. I said "hey how's it going?" She said how many I told her 3 she asked my name told me it would be a 25 min wait. I said that would be fine and she was gone. Our waitress seemed like she was also having a bad night. i suspect it was because they had a new cook, but idk. The best worker they have was a young man he was so nice and attentive and had a great attitude.

This used to be my favorite spot in Red Bluff for date night with my wife. Naturally, I chose it for a celebration with our party of six. Unfortunately, it’s not what it used to be. The atmosphere was so loud we could barely hear each other. Fried green beans tasted like fish, cheese curds were likely frozen, and multiple burgers (including mine) were overcooked, dry, or burned—despite asking for medium. Fries came out undercooked. One salad was so heavily seasoned it caused a coughing fit. Even though we had a reservation, we were only given three menus and had to hunt down staff for the rest. Food aside, our waitress was the redeeming factor—attentive, kind, and quick to offer drink refills. She did try to fix things: two comped meal, that we send back. three free desserts, and a genuine apology. We left the bill at $200 and gave her the difference in tip because she deserved it. The bathroom was clean, which helped slightly. Sadly, only two of six meals came out right. This place used to mean something to us—but after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

The service was great but the food could have been better. The artichoke dip was to die for, the pork loin was very dry and I'm pretty sure it made me sick, and the chicken picatta was dry and bland the only good thing about that meal was the side of garlic fries. We went home with leftovers, the next day my husband tried the pork loin and it made him sick. Could be a lot better for the price of the food and not make people sick. Only rating two stars because our waitress was very nice and attentive, otherwise it would be 1 star and really should be 0.

Meatloaf was so bland. No taste.Gravy tasted like it was package gravy. Bread was cold. No choice of vegetables. For the cost, so not worth it!! Doubt if I will go back. Will not recommend!!!!!

The food isn't bad, but its nothing special and way overpriced for what it is. I have been there 4 or 5 times and I don't think I have ever had good service. The staff is friendly so I don't want to give that impression, but it takes forever to get your food and its nothing to rave about. It took over 2 hours from the time we got there until the time we got the check and they were not that busy, perhaps its understaffed? Weekdays or weekends doesn't seem to make a difference as this has been the case every time I have gone, just way too slow. After giving it another try multiple times, I can honestly say that I just don't see the hype and how this place has so many positive reviews.... They didn't have the AC on and it was 81 degrees when we arrived and 84 degrees when we left according to the thermostat in the lobby. People were fanning themselves with menus.... I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I cannot recommend them until they step up their game. The atmosphere isn't bad but that doesn't really mean much if everything else is mediocre

We so wanted this place to be as good as the reviews we read though apparently the 5 star reviews were posted before the change of ownership. We came in after our last night of working at the bull sale looking for a good meal after having corn dogs and popcorn all week. We started with onion rings which were good so we were happy the place was living up to its rep. Then we tried to order but they ran out 3 of the 4 items we requested so we kept having to change until we found something they had in.. The salad came from a bag and the mashed potatoes came from a box. The vegetable beef soup was out so I was given minestrone. I typically like minestone but prefer it without frozen vegetables especially carrots. What was worse is the fact there were only 5 carrots, 2 small triangles of zucchini and one little tube of pasta. My chicken was like jerky because it was so over done. My husband had the scallops and though the flavor was heading in the right direction they were tiny. The risotto was tasty however. I wished we just asked to pay for our drinks. The decor was really nice and our server was amazing. She needs to relocate to another establishment with better food so she can earn the tips she deserves. I am a lousy cook so I never have bad things to say but when you spend 90.00 you want to be more satisfied than if you just ate at Taco Bell. Thank you for responding to my review though based on our experience we will not be returning or making any referrals.
