My son and I went there for lunch today. There was an issue with my gift cards and management took care of it. I was having a rough and stressful week so then having issues with my gift cards didn't make it any better. The manager/owner was patient and understanding with me. I wanted to send him a kudos to corporate but I wasn't sure how to go about it. This act of kindness made this horrible week seem bright😊 May God continue to bless him...BEST LOCATION!!💖💖
This is the best location thus far! Even when the lines are long - it moves quickly AND you’re greeted with a smile and/or “how’s your day?” I love it. I love the waffle fries! I love the specialty drinks for the season. I love the sweet! No need for pictures because I eat it up in my car upon receipt!! If you haven’t been to Chick-Fil-A... well I don’t know where you been! 🤷🏽♀️
They white boy who took my order yesterday in the drive thru is what got me. And yes even in this hot Texas sun he went the extra mile even when he didn’t have to. He saw that my phone had my app ready but I had forgot show him and he asked if I wanted to use it! I tell you after a long tiring day and just wanting to grab a bite for the kids, simple gestures like that are so appreciated. I wish I would’ve caught his name to add to my review but I was so tired. The only con is the Hi C machine was watery as if the machine was out but that seems to be at every restaurant now. The food was perfect though but I really appreciate that gesture. It seriously made my day and I don’t live in Red Oak so randomly stopping by and receiving great service was a plus.
I love this place. The customers are very friendly and are very fast when trying to get you in and out. I was very surprised one day when I saw a long line in the drive through and the employees had it rolling really well. I was in and out in no time. And much respect for the employees that have to stand out in the cold to take your order. They are the best.

Best salads in town & they make them fresh if you want it a special way. I love their mac-n-cheese. It takes just like how grandma used to make it. Fresh squeezed lemonade with lots of pulp is nice to have on a hot summers day. Employees always greet you with a big smile & have been seen working in all kinds of weather & always say have a blessed day at the end of taking your order. I frequently go here 2 to 3 times a week whether it be for food or drink. We love our local Chick-fil-A family. 🙏❤️

The service was great. Everyone was working hard and the manager was making sure each customer had been helped. The manager even stepped in to take an order. The order actually ended up being a curbside pickup that did not receive their condiments. The manager handled the situation well. He got her the items needed along with a sweet treat for her trouble. Great leadership. Well done.
This is the BEST Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. No matter how long the drive thru is, they always have the line moving so quick. Everyone is so friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Management is amazing.
The line moved pretty fast and the employees offered excellent customer service as usual. The food was fresh and tasty! My kids love their nuggets and their drinks taste good. Machine drinks at other places usually taste weird like the machines aren't cleaned, but they always taste good at this location. I'll definitely return for future visits. 👍🏻
Chick-Fil-A is always a solid experience with kids. They love the play place and I love getting to sit down and enjoy my meal. It's an easy environment to meet up with friends and the food quality is always delicious.

Up until about a month ago I hadn't been to Chick-fil-A for several years. I forgot what I was missing, I would say this is the best fast food place hands down. The employees are genuinely nice and actually want to make your food the right way. Everybody has manners and it's a good environment. Not to mention how good their food is. I've been coming here almost every other day for lunch now I just hope I don't get burned out.
I love this location, food and staff. This morning I was overcharged in the drive thru for my customized order that I always get, However the lady at the cashier window recognized the mistake and she fixed it immediately. I was so impressed with her kind attitude and professionalism. No, I'm not getting paid for this review!!!! Lol

This place rocks.... One of the best franchises of Chick-fil-A I've seen. The drive-thru will be so backed up busy... But they've got 9 or 10 people dedicated to drive through.... And two lanes... And they will just crank people through.... You can be in a huge line and still be in and out of there in 5 minutes. Pretty impressive

Chick-fil-A is one of the only fast food restaurants that I enjoy dining in at. The servers are always extremely kind and helpful. This particular location is clean and the employees here are the best. I love that they have an employee come to check on you while dining in. They offer to get you a refill on your drink and ask if you need any other sauces., etc. This is definitely a great location to visit.
Unbelievable service and staff!!! We came from Austin and have been to Check Fil-A many times before (mainly in Austin and a few times in other cities). Overall experience has been great. But this place blows our minds!! The sauces are organized in such a way neat way that we thought we were in Japan. The food/salads were nicely boxed, and they even taped the straw to my drink!! Unbelievable service and the best ever experience!!
I came in through the lobby and ordered a big Mac with a large fry . The girl proceeded to tell me that McDonald's was across the street. After a few long mysterious moments of silence I repeated "big mac" . The cashier said my pleasure and proceeded to bring me the best big Mac I ever consumed. S/o cfa!!
I love Chick-fil-A. I’m super annoyed that they have some antibiotics and their chicken, but I understand the basic dilemma. In terms of this location, it’s right by Costco and seems decently clean and efficient. I Always get the number two spicy deluxe and it was hot fresh and tasty as ever.

I've never felt so loved and so important to people. This restaurant really knows how to make you feel special and get you refills and barbecue sauce and anything else you need. They checked on us like four times to make sure we had everything we needed. Especially the lady with the beautiful silver hair.

Nikita and Lori are probably the BEST fast food employees we've ever met. Super sweet down to earth fun and bubbly attitude, made sure we were taken care of, our drinks were always full and the atmosphere is just super friendly. Our first time dining at this establishment and so far it's our favorite fast food place. The food is Absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing this memory with us. I love this Chick Fil A. The staff is always amazing, they host community events which I love. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always very attentive and friendly and they always let me get the ice cream treat after the kids have ate their meal!
Well dang was trying to redeem my points and I ordered a sandwich the drive thru guy scanned it,I also ordered kids meal but when I got to the pick window all they gave me was the kids meal. I said I was missing a sandwich they didn’t have it on the receipt explained I had points and there were gone now they got a young lady with orange hair and braces I can only assume it was the manager and she told me to wait out front 15mins go by and I seen the young man who took my order and finally he got someone to help me, but I can’t believe she would tell me to wait out front and seriously just waste my time I’m on my lunch break. Update returned and did dine in and Lori was so great and sweet for her y’all get 5 stars
What can I say? It’s always a great day at Chick-fil-A. I’ve never had issues with my orders or food. Service is typically quick. Staff is generally welcoming and polite. Food is fresh.
Super impressed by the customer service here! I believe it was Shawn that brought our food, one of the fries fell onto the chair next to me, he apologized but I didn’t complain or think much of it. He came right back with a free medium fries to make up for it! Totally unexpected, good to see that there’s still good customer service out there.

Chick-fil-A is always great - however I'm not a fan of the new drive-thru patterns where they use one lane for drive-thru and one lane for mobile pick-up. It made the line twice as long, meaning the line was blocking cars in in the parking lot. Meanwhile, the mobile pick-up lane was completely empty. It's a waste of space and made my wait time twice as long. It seems really inefficient.
Food was good. What happened to the spicy chicken biscuit? That was the only reason I pulled in here versus Wendy's. One less star for that. Otherwise, service was good, what we come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Would go again, just with lower expectations so my breakfast dreams don't get dashed before coffee.
Usually really fast and enjoyable but today, I placed an order through the app and the app took my money but didn't place the order. I spent my last to feed my kids tonight and now we can't eat because that was all the money I had and haven't got the money back
This Chick-fil-A is actually out of my way, but i love coming here, the service of great and the food always on fresh, hot and delicious. My last visit was as usual great service, friendly employees, the lemonade incredible, my friend fresh and hot, my only complaint the sandwiches, most of the sandwiches I bought were dry or over cooked no tenderness at all. That's the reason for the start treating on the food.

Let's face it folks. Chick-fil-A is the finest fast food in the nation. The company provides a good wholesome product and adheres to traditional American values. However, I love pickles on my sandwich. I always order extra pickles on my chicken sandwich. The other day I went through the drive through and specifically told them that I wanted extra pickles. Yes, I got extra pickles alright - exactly two extra pickles. So I called and spoke to the manager and basically inquired as to what constitutes extra pickles. It was eloquently explained to me that I have order the extra pickles and specify pickles+, pickles+, pickles+. Because ordering extra pickles means you get two slices. Probably the only Chic-Fil-A that’ll forget an item or two ever so often. I expect this from any other fast food chain, not chic fil a. The young ladies in the drive thru weren’t so amicable neither. Again, I expect this from a McDonald in South Dallas not red oak.
This Chick Fill A service has gone down. I’ve been living here for 3 years and it was amazing at the beginning. I usually order from here every week sometime 2+ a week and now they never have food ready, and when it comes to Online ordering dont even say it. I’ve had bad experiences here that sometimes I just rather eat something at home then deal with the hassle and frustration.
This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered a Chicken Biscuit from them, and the chicken was rubbery, pretty inedible. The chicken minis are better and well made, I don't know why the Chicken biscuits are so bad. Order anything else off the menu and you should be fine.

I went to the drive thru today 07/31/25. They had a poor young girl passing out from working in the heat at the drive thru. Someone was checking her already but they kept her outside in the heat to check her instead of taking her inside. Another young man tried taking my order but his iPad was not working as it was overheating. Management needs to do better. It was around 3pm in the heat of the sun with over 100 degree weather, drive thru was empty. Please let your workers go inside when its not lunch rush hour, us customers do not mind ordering food from the speaker and waiting a little longer for food.
Don't take liberties with my sandwiches!! This location seems to have issues with getting orders incorrect. Here is another. Ordered breakfast egg white grill no cheese. I was too far down the highway to realize that the female taking my order took it upon herself to change it from the normal bread to biscuits. This may be the south, but I didn't ask for biscuit to be substituted, I don't like biscuits, I can't eat biscuits. There is a reason I ordered it bland. Don't take it upon yourself to change things that aren't asked for.
This location is in serious need of service intervention!! Multiple issues over that last month with missing or wrong items in our orders. In store, drive thru, and DoorDash issues! They are consistently incorrect! Received a grilled chicken deluxe sandwich with NO CHICKEN! Excuse: We have new people on the line. Today, placed a mobile drive thru order of 2 large Cokes and an 8 piece nugget. When I got to the store, the mobile drive thru person couldn’t find my order…finally found it and I was asked to pull around and park. When the order FINALLY came out, the nuggets came first and then the “manager” brought the drinks. Completely unorganized!! I ordered 2 large Cokes but got a Coke and a Dr Pepper!!! The manager, Devine, explained to me that the order was delayed because I ordered a “lunch” item (8 count nugget). I explained that I ordered mobile drive thru to give plenty of time AND the nuggets are just chicken mini’s without the bread! Shouldn’t be ANY delay!!! Reading the reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing issues at this location! The issue is obviously systemic! Love the products - APPALLED at the lack of service normally associated with this brand! Chick-fil-a Red Oak - DO BETTER!
I visit this location almost daily. I continuously try to give the benefit of the doubt, however the quality of food is below acceptable. Every single time I get a meal, the fries are soggy and salty. Idk what happen but they used to deliver the freshest food always. When you ask for fresh fries, they just double drop the old fries to make them crisp. Very disappointing as my daughter loves Chic-fil-a and is the most convenient location. However spending my hard earned money for old food often is unacceptable. I hope they can deliver a better routine for fresh food. They are very swift which leads me to believe quantity over quality is their priority. Slow down and stop giving people old food. You will lose customers and carry a bad name of being a location "that is not good"....
If you order food here, especially through the drive thru, you have to make sure you got everything you order. The amount of times items are missing from my orders is baffling. It is a 80% chance you are missing something you ordered. And it is very frustrating when the one time I don’t check to make sure I got everything I ordered that of course something is missing. The chic fila is too far to go get my item and it’s a pain in the butt getting reimbursed so I am just settling with this review. Food is okay, but it is almost worth going to waxahachie to make sure everything is done correctly. Please do better
I initially went through the line and ordered my food and totally forgot to order my daughter a chocolate shake. When I got to the window I ask could I purchase it there. I was told no I had to go back through the line. No big deal, went back through the line and happened to pull up as the started mixing my daughters shake and seen the girl poke a hole in the bottom of the shake with the mixing machine. The shake spilled out and the guy standing by her and seemed to tell her to double cup it and serve it. The shake looked fine on the top, but when I got home about 1/4 of the bottom was missing. I knew I should’ve said something but I couldn’t get a good look on how much spilled out. I guess it’s partly my fault. 🤦🏾♂️
This place is usually great, but today was a terrible experience. All I ordered was a chicken strip meal with an extra fry and was told to go to the curbside, so I proceed as directed. I wait there and see several vehicles get their food and go. After 15 minutes I decided to call because I figured it shouldn’t take that long for chicken strips and two fries. I am 19 weeks pregnant and had my one year old with me, so it would have been nice to get my food and go, you know…fast food. Anyway, I call and they tell me that they had been looking for me for 15 minutes, claiming that it said a white Toyota SUV on the order (see drink receipt that clearly states white SUV Chevy). They had thrown my food away (which I hope they really didn’t cause that is a waste of food) because they “couldn’t locate me” and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the food. Thanks for the free cookie. Just admit you made a mistake.

The disappointment of ordering something and getting your food to be told we don’t do that at this location is ridiculous like not only did I wait on my food but it’s not what I ordered so why would you think I would want that? It’s not even the fact they don’t do make the spicy chicken in bowls for breakfast. It’s the fact I waited after ordering my food and pulled around when y’all could’ve said that at the window instead of wasting my time this morning. I paid $50 for a delivery order from Red Oak store, and although the food was fresh the order was WRONG. That was upsetting bc all they had to do was make sure the order was correct.
Not very pleasant experience. I asked for my food well done they told me they don't make food well done because they cook it as much as they can. Came today (9/29/2022) because I was craving some chick-fil-a got a 12ct nugget . I’m a big fan of fresh out the grease I will even wait for it I understand it’s busy so that’s not a problem for me to wait . so I told the young man that took my order that. I turned around and my food was ready . The manager (I think his name Jeremy) brought me my food I said I ask for fresh out the grease he said “it should be fresh it’s lunch time, and we don’t do well done fries here then he went on to say “I mean you can check”
Today, I placed an order through the Chick-fil-A app for delivery. Since my local Chick-fil-A does not directly deliver to my home, the order was automatically delivered via DoorDash. My receipt is in the Chick-fil-A app, not DoorDash. Upon receiving my order, I noticed one of the grilled chicken sandwiches was missing. I called the restaurant, and Mariella answered. After explaining the issue, she told me to address it with DoorDash. When I contacted DoorDash, they only refunded me $3.43, which is the cost of the bacon with tax from a sandwich I redeemed using my Chick-fil-A points. I called Chick-fil-A again, spoke to Mariella, and explained that DoorDash only refunded for the bacon, not the sandwich. I asked if my points could be returned. She said no and that I would need to reorder and repurchase the sandwich because I had received a refund. I explained that I was refunded for the bacon, not the sandwich, and that now I was out a sandwich and earned points. To resolve this, I would need to repurchase the sandwich at full price, plus pay DoorDash delivery fees again—an error caused by Chick-fil-A, not DoorDash. The receipt clearly shows I ordered four sandwiches, but only three were included in the bag. When I asked to speak with a higher authority, Mariella said she had already discussed it with other managers. I clarified that this was a separate issue about missing points, not the original complaint, and requested to speak with someone else. She refused. I then asked when Jeremy, the owner, would be available. She said she didn’t know and claimed he wouldn’t be in that day. When I asked for her name and its spelling, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another manager, whose name started with “Ja.” She informed me that Jeremy would be in around 9:00-9:30 a.m. I asked her to let him know I’d be calling between 9-10 a.m. to address the issue of one of his managers hanging up on a customer. She agreed and confirmed the spelling of Mariella’s name. This location consistently has issues, but I continue to use it because of Landon, who resolves problems promptly. It’s evident that Mariella requires additional coaching or is not suited to represent Chick-fil-A, a brand known for high standards of customer service.
I am not from this area so I am not familiar with this Chick-fil-A and I accidentally got into the mobile app pickup line in the drive through. They would not let me go ahead and order. There wasn’t anyone behind me. It would not have been that much trouble for them. Since the two lanes join into one, I had to wait for about 6 cars ahead me just to be able to go back around the building to get into the correct lane. That is horrible customer service! My sister had told she once accidentally went through the wrong lane at a Chick-fil-A in McKinney and they understood it was a mistake but went ahead and took her order. I am very disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. My first job was at a Chick-fil-A and I know what “use to be” their exceptional customer service expectations. Obviously they have not kept those high levels of customer service.
Through the Driveline part of my order was left off had to park. Go in and get my missing item. Didn't pay attention until I got home that the two fries I ordered had about a fourth of the box maybe for fries. I wish I could upload the picture that I took. Never have I been disappointed at Chick-fil-A. Always great food and good service but this location in Red Oak needs help desperately. Their food quality is bad and their service is not good!
Honestly, I’m sick of this Chick-fil-A. I’ve never had any problems at any other Chick-fil-A other than this one. Every single time I order here, the order is wrong. If you can’t hire quality people to serve, then just close your doors. Just spent good money on Two chicken sandwich meals, and a chicken nugget meal. Both sandwiches missing cheese that I paid for, I ordered a bowl of tortillas soup and got a small chicken noodle soup, And I specifically ordered a mac & cheese side for my wife because she usually gets home a little later in the day and fries are gross to warm up… if you didn’t guess it already, it was completely missing
I usually get good service from this location but tonight it was horrible the young lady that was standing in the rain was great taking my order how every they young woman in the drive Thursday was not a people person. My food was cold and old and gave me all the wrong sauces that was clearly on the receipt correct. Then when I ask forn1 of the right sauces she couldn't even make eye contact she was to busy playing with co workers
Food is good as always, only thing that aggravated me was that I literally had to go through the drive thru twice. Why? Just because the first time that I drove through the drive thru (where it said drive thru, not mobile order) nobody outside said anything. The girls out front were just talking instead of doing their jobs of taking orders or even making sure that we did order and didn’t order on the mobile and my accident, went through the drive thru. When I drove to the front, all they did was said sorry and had me drive thru again. This is the first time this happened, and hopefully the last but honestly, it really irritated me!
Ashley S at least that’s the name on my bag messed up my order.. Didn’t add cheese on my Spicy chicken sandwich! My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was a regular sandwich NOT Spicy! Forgot my sauce for my Chicken Strips! Just very disappointed especially paying extra doing Uber Eats and paying extra and not getting what I ordered.. still love this place but not tonight!!
Normally, this is the best place to get a quick, easy, satisfying meal…every single time I order something from here my order is either completely wrong or it’s not fresh at all. Every other Chick-fil-A is amazing, but the one is Red Oak is piss poor. Never going to this one again..
I got my order 1:42pm Monday and was missing 2 large fries only noticed when I got home so I had to drive back when I pulled to the drive through they told me to wait by the side and somebody will come drop them off im like cool ill pull over. Waited 10 minutes not a single person so i walked in asking and apparently when I asked they remembered so now its 2:28pm almost a whole 1/2 hour just for my order and drive home. The "service" for this chickfil a building is like any other fast food check your orders.
Went through the drive through, it was quite quick but when I looked at my food the fries looked like they were old. I asked for extra pickled so they were all thrown in the sandwich, they didn’t even spread them out so when I went to pick up my sandwich the bread was soggy and it just broke apart. I spend $17.99 to get food made this way. Do better.
Im writing this review since I couldn't do it in the app yesterday, I ordered a meal for delivery, and I always make my meal a large, when it got here it looked like someone ate half my fries, it was nowhere near a large fry and it was highly upsetting since I paid $22, lesson learned
Unfortunately, it’s hard to enjoy the food when the front-end service feels rushed and inattentive, even when customers’ needs haven’t been addressed. It seems like the management doesn’t reflect the values this store should uphold. Very disappointed and I won’t be returning.
Too many times, I have had disappointing service from Chick-fil-A in Red Oak. I ordered three meals to be delivered for three people in my office, including me. When the order arrived, it was missing my chicken sandwich. I called Chick-fil-A; the person's only response was to give me a free sandwich on my mobile app, which I have not yet received. I went the entire day with a side and drink. I am highly disappointed. It seems that my concerns are not valid and that I had to go through the day without a sandwich I purchased is very disappointing.
Our family was asked to get up by an employee, IN THE MIDDLE OF EATING OUR MEAL MIND YOU, in order for that employee to move the table we were sitting in, for no apparent reason but to straighten all of the tables that were not even occupied at that moment. That employee clearly does not know the meaning of hospitality and definitely does not fit the true hospitality culture inherent at Chick-fil-A. She is a bad hire, Chick-fil-A!
I ordered a wrap meal for lunch, it was very disappointing. There was barely any chicken and lettuce, it was mostly the warp and hardly any filling. I will definitely not be ordering from here.
Just order 48 dollars worth of food and didn't get the sauces I ordered.
I made a mobile order and the app said they would start my order when I got close. I only had 2 orders a wrap and crispy chicken salad. I was about 10 minutes away. I had to go park somewhere to wait for my order to come out. Plus all my ice was all melted in my ice tea but I was already home when I realized that. I don’t get what good it does to mobile order the meals ahead.
I placed a mobile order on the app for a 4ct mini and hashbrown. The bread on the 4ct was so stale, burnt, and hard. You could definitely tell it had been sitting out. I had asked the gentlemen outside to put a note on my order for extra honey butter (love that stuff) on my mini's and there was none. The chicken wasn't even warm. The hash browns were also cold. I didn't realize until I got to work and opened the bag. Pretty disappointed as I love cfa breakfast.

This location’s service is TRASH when it comes to delivery. My money is hair as good as the customer that come to the store but we always get soft soggy half box of fries. There are almost never any condiments that are requested with the order. Like today…. No condiments. We pay for larges to get the equivalent of medium. The only Chic Fil A in this area that is this horrible. And this came directly In the Chic Fil A truck not door dash…
I went through the drive through and ordered a salad and other items, when I opened up the salad to put the toppings on I found a dead fly on some lettuce. I called Chick-fil-A and told them what I found, they asked me to send an email with the pictures and so I did, they then told me that I was going to get a salad on my rewards but That didn’t happen and I haven’t heard anything else from there.
I haven’t had Chick Fila in over a year. Today I had a taste for it only to get my order home and my chicken wasn’t fully cooked and my lettuce look old and withered. I think I’m finally done for good and this location is usually the best. I had to put my chicken in the air fryer Update: I also had to pour my tea down the drain all I could taste was the tea bag and water. If I had time I would have taken the order back but I can’t due to work.
This location has an extremely hard time putting extra bellpeppers or pepitas seeds in the bag when asked for and shown on the receipt. In fact, they never do, I always have to check the order and ask for them again. I get a salad probably 4 times a week and they fail every single time. No other location is like this. So don't drive off before checking your order they do this with the sauces you ask for also.
They were in such a rush to push me through my whole order was wrong. And I appreciate trying to be fast but dang atleast take my order right. I called and spoke to Jordan, that was pointless. He actually said it was my fault for not checking or communicating right. I said wow okay. That's fine I'll just go somewhere else. No worries.
