I tried the Regio bowl... and it is SO DELICIOUS!!! I already come by regularly for large charro beans. However, I was looking at the menu more closely and decided to try your bowl. It is amazing! I was impressed with the robust and well proportioned flavors. Nice hefty portion. I will be back..again and again. I also met Sarahi! She is so friendly and took her time with me as I was asking about the Regio Bowl. By the time she made sure I understood, I was ready to buy 3 bowls instead of one and just keep them refrigerated. You guys have a diamond in Sarahi!!! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Went to Pollo Regio today for lunch and Fernanda was amazing. She was very polite and answered all my questions about the menu. First, I started coming to this location off live oak because it’s close to where I live.. everytime I come, I have exceptional service to go along with the best food around this area. I went to visit family and was getting gas and noticed the place accross, I've heard of their food so we went to give it a try. It was delicious and excelent experience, this was not long ago but just had time to review since google notified my again. Place was running smooth and saw woman running the whole deal with ease, Nazaret or something was the name I hope a got it right. We will be visiting again before I leave back home.

I passed this place all the time, decided to give it a chance. So worth it, I ordered the carne asada nachos. Very generous with the sides (guacamole, sour cream, salsa, pico.) I’d recommend giving this place a chance.

Came in when I was really craving some home made dishes from home. San Juana helped me pick out a big plate of flautas and got me to buy some of their horchata. Reminds me of El Paso 11/10 - would recommend to anyone looking for quality Mexican food to go.

Came here for dinner and the food was delicious. I've found the Pollo Regio chain has consistent delicious food, especially the chicken. This time my boyfriend had the torta which was huge! He could only finish half. I had the 4 piece special. It included a drink and dessert. The dessert was a cajeta churro. OMG! It was warm and soft and about the best churro I have ever had. Our order could easily feed 4 people as we have leftovers for two more meals. Adriana who works here was great! Friendly and fast service - with our hot food, drink refills, salsa bar requests and requests for to go box. Clean dining area with plenty of seating. My only regret was not taking a picture of my food! Highly recommend this location on Live Oak.

Stopped here after reading reviews. No Spanish speaking needed. I got a barbacoa quesadilla. The meat was very tender. It came with sour cream, guac, Pico, and salsa. The grease ran down my arms when eating it. Truth is, I enjoyed the flavors much more the next next day when eating it for left overs. The chips are hot and serve yourself. Thankfully, I saw someone else do it first or else I might have missed it. There is also a salsa bar with all the extras that is also self serve. The horchata was good and had lots of cinnamon, not extra creamy but still good. It's a very busy place with lots of locals and regulars. The staff are friendly and helpful! No wonder they have so many repeat customers

This is an amazing restaurant with freshly cooked whole chickens 1/2 chickens and a variety of other meat choices. Authentic Spanish style with a huge salsa bar. Adriana was very friendly when we explained to her it was my first time and I ended up getting the fajitas which were very tasty and fulfilling. Next time I want to try that carne asada. The horchata was the perfect recipe. I'll be back.

The fajita plate which is now called The Regio #2 is great the only reason they received a 4 star as the cut the portion down. This food is good and doesn't taste like commercial Mexican food

I found out the have baked potatoes and went and got one, let me tell you I've been back a few more times. The service isn't spectacular but most of the employees are nice enough. I usually go through the drive thru during lunch. I love the baked potato and I'll keep coming back for more. (This one is barbacoa.)

I have previously posted 5 stars but when I got to the important meeting, they forgot to put the tortillas. For a big order over $150 dollars I called to let them know and they took over 30 minutes on a 10 minute distance. 😣 They just have to make sure to double check the orders other than that food was good.

I would give 5 stars everything is great but. When I ordered the baked potato I don't know what happen. There use to be full potatoes but now. Every time I go here now the potato are like left overs or something it's so wrong. Like there's no potatoes skin. You know something wrong. It's almost kinda like a soup. The baked potato use to be great. Get anything here except baked potato. It use to be so good when I see the potato come full I will change this post. Now I have to use the fries from the burger to replace the stuff baked potato. Also noticed there was no baked pepper. The staff is great tho. I don't know why the cut back on baked potato.

I have ordered here a few times and each time there have been chicken bones in my tacos or quesadillas. That is so dangerous I am shocked they don't prep better.

It's not my favorite out of similar restaurants like this. The food was good, the service was just like the atmosphere...bland!! When you walk into an establishment, I expect you make a customer feel welcomed. Expect to spend around 12$ or 15$ per adult for a meal.

I only gave this place 2 starts because I like their food, but their service leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second time I come through the drive through and I had to wait forever because, I didn’t know. I’m assuming they were getting the food for the person in front of me. But instead of having the Perón move forward and bring him/her the order, they jus had him wait at the window, the cars behind me simply decided to drive away. When I got to the window it was not even acknowledged, it’s like they’re oblivious. I hope the owners read this and provide better training

I ordered my food today and it was delivered through this company. Unfortunately there was several items missing when I called to try to speak with someone I was placed on hold so long that I had to hang up and try to call back once I spoke with someone and explain the situation they told me to contact DoorDash. I explain to them that I order through their company online, once they put me on hold and spoke to the manager, they never came back to the phone . I called several times. I used to love coming here almost every week till lately the half of chicken is not a half a chicken anymore they’re very small pieces. I can’t even explain how small the chicken is not worth the money. It’s better going to fiesta and buy your own chicken for less and have big pieces. The soup doesn’t come with pieces of chicken like it used to before with bone in now it’s just three little pieces of chicken in the soup and everything else is vegetables. I spend almost $30 dollars for one regio bowl with extra carne asada and one small drink. The carne asada looked like ground beef. Should have looked at my food before leaving. This is ridiculous. They charged me 7 dollars for the extra carne asada. I feel robbed.
