Love love these donuts. But this local business is more than that. Great local business!

Stopped here while en route to Bend, OR. I don't eat donuts much but this was the best cake donut with sprinkles I've had in a long time. Arrived at about 8:30AM, donuts still slightly warm, great glaze, and so soft. Worth a stop if you enjoy donuts!

Best custard filled bar ever!!! Great service! Good coffee! Excellent apple fritter! Yum! Freshly baked! Do not miss this wonderful little shop.

Best doughnuts in redding! Exceptionally friendly service and almost always a few doughnut holes thrown in on your order. They make some great croissants, get the one stuffed with ham and cheese if you want to feel like you've had breakfast!

By far the best tasting donuts in town. The old fashioned donuts are heavenly and delicious. The woman that works there will sometimes give out free donut holes if you come here enough. I feel welcomed and the donuts are fresh. Perfect texture.

Fantastic little shop with honest to gosh real donuts. The way donuts should be made. Most bake shops, chain stores etc. Do not have donuts made the old fashioned way. Treat yourselves. It's a trip back in time. I urge every young person who thinks chain store donuts are good to try the Donut Shop.

Wonderful little doughnut shop whole in the wall. The bacon and maple was fantastic and the coffee was piping hot. If you're craving for something sweet give this place a try.

A MUST if you’re passing through Redding. 🍩 ❤️ Every time I’m in town I always start my morning with these donuts! The bougie donuts in LA and Austin don’t even come close to these donuts. Malinda is always so sweet and amazing and always seems to remember me no matter how long I’ve been away.

Absolutely love their donuts. My latest favorite is the chocolate bacon bar filled with custard. Sounds weird but it's delicious! Friendly and helpful staff that always greet you with a smile.

We love Donut House! They have fresh donuts and it is a special treat to grab a box (or two or three!) and take them to school for my kids' classroom. Always fresh, quick, and great customer service.

Have loved this place and have always gone with my family to it when they were still in the mall! I no longer live in CA but every time I come back to visit we always stop in. I’ve even turned some people from out of state onto it! Best donuts imo!

Great shop that even had kolaches while I was there. The blueberry stuffed triangle donuts were amazing. Old fashioned donuts were available too. I'm almost glad I don't live here or I'd be back every day!

Chocolate bars were crispy and airy; perfect. Glazed old fashioned was tender and fluffy with tasty lemony glaze. So far, these are the best doughnuts I've found in Redding.

Every time I'm here the owners are warm n friendly. They have the best donuts!! My favorites are maple bacon bar, peanut round, and newest favorite is round with fruity pebbles.

I'd get another and I'd come back just for these. Chocolate covered yeast donut- slight crisp exterior with fluffy slightly chewy interior. Very Mary Lee like. Good chocolate. Chocolate glaze chocolate cake donut- good but I wouldn't have to have another. Crisp exterior and the donut is so small there isn't much interior to provide that dense moist cake character I like so much Crumb cake donut- really good. I'd get another. Donut holes- solid donut holes. Not the best I've ever had. I'd get them again. All around solid donut shop. Everything is good. Excellent yeasted donuts. The glazed yeast is delicious. We loved everything we got. Maybe my favorite fritter all-time. Definitely top 5. Very very happy with this shop.

Yum! I bought a couple of maple-glazed donuts topped with chopped nuts. When I opened the bag later, I found 3 donut holes included! What a sweet surprise. Everything was delicious!

I go to the Donut House every 2 to 3 weeks to get a half dozen for my old client. I'm an IHSS worker, and he is now at the Redding VA Home. The donuts are always fresh, and the couple that owns the place are very sweet. My only donut place!!

Fresh donuts are the best donuts! Stopped by on the way home to SoCal. Had stopped at a different place on the way up, was not expecting anything great. This place blew us away! We were lucky enough to swing by as the donuts were coming out. Shop is clean. They take cards (not cash only!) Staff is friendly (even at 5 am!) They have croissants stuffed with ham and cheese (parent win) Even my kids thought it was amazing. Great way to start a 630+ mile trip!

Not sure what’s going on here . We got old old donuts holes. She had fresh ones she gave us 3 bags of old ones . Then both of the drinks were expired by 6 months. Don’t give out old donuts. This was not the first time . You can tell. Throw them away are give them to all the homeless people. I get donuts for my class party. Plus I give you great business please don’t do this again. When I came back in you gave me an attitude . I was so nice and quiet about it so others didn’t hear. You did not replace the donuts hole . I had to buy others .

Finally popped in today after meaning to since November. I don't usually like ham & cheese croissants but it was the only savory item they had left when I got there. It's huge!! I haven't made a meal of a croissant since I was a kid, thank you. And I still have a massive apple fritter for lunch 😂 I'll def be back!!

They not only serve the freshest and widest selection of donuts and pastries, but also at the best prices. A friendly clean atmosphere inside, welcomes all guests in a timely fashion. I highly suggest this small gem of a spot.

Best donuts I found so far but can't give it a 4 or five star because they can't keep up with making donuts. Truly sad because they are imo great donuts.

I love their donuts because of the fresh taste. They say they open at 5, but they did not open until later. I also called and asked if they had donuts out at 5:20 and she said they only had buttermilk and old fashioned. She said the other donuts didn't come out until around 7ish. Just wish they had more variety earlier on.

The Donuts were okay, they looked over cooked. Not a big selection at all. But the Lady was so super nice and kind, just chatting it up with my 6 yr old. Wonderful, worth it, staff.

I called in advance to order 3 dozen doughnuts for my sons birthday for his class room. First off the lady on the phone should not be taking orders on the phone because her english is not very good and she doesnt understand. She said they will be ready by 530 and i told her i cant pick up till 1. She said OK OK. Then when i get there to pick up my order she said she put them all back in the display case at 10 because i never came. I told her i wont be able to pick up till 1. And i never got a call either to let me know she is going to put my order back. Im giving this a 1 star for service!!!! If i could i would give a negative!!! My son was expecting doughnuts for his class for his birthday!!!

Got some donuts and a milk last week before they closed. When I went to drink the milk it was sour. They have already closed so I couldn’t swap it out. This week I explained to her what happened and she did not fix it and charged me for the milk on this order. Will not go back here ever again.
