If you know, you know. Sadly dive bars like Naja's are becoming a rarity in LA, but if you're into craft beer or the local brewing scene then you probably already know what's up. If you don't know, here's the basics; 88 taps rotating with some of the best of the best beers in all the land, right on the water. They have food but that's not why you're coming here.
I loved their huge selection of beers!! Quite a few beers that I never even knew about. Great dive bar atmosphere with a view of the marina. Always a good vibe!
Very cool place. Tons of beer options. Great smash burgers
First off, we live here in the South Bay. Anywhere is great. But having a beer overlooking the boats in the harbor and seeing the sunset, is just incredible. The beer selection is great, something for everyone. The food was on target. I loved the ground beef quesadilla. I'm glad that Naja's Place is here. Awesome place to eat, drink good beer and talk about how much we love living in the South Bay!
Always an awesome selection of beers. Knowledgeable staff who really know their beers. The beer rotates so they keep it fresh. The beer $ are well priced. Even on a lazy Sunday afternoon you can hear live music. Come as you are and enjoy the beer and view. Been coming here on my bike rides for a few years now.
Great place to congregate. Live music, easy open atmosphere, great selection of beers (100+ on tap) l, great views of the water & boats. The reggae band smashed it!! Love Naja's!
It's a really great bar. A lot of choices of drinks between wines and beers. The food is pretty good too. It's a great bar when they have live bands performing. I've celebrated a few birthdays there. Never disappointed. It's a good vibe right by the beach as well.
Best beer selection with well over 100 on tap at all times.
One of the best Burgers I've had in a long time, impressive beer list, and super nice staff. Pro tip get there before the band plays so you can talk to whomever you're with.
Best beer selection --enjoyed a couple of glasses of Pliny the Elder last weekend. They also have great live music. We especially enjoy Carol and the Time Travelers.
Great burger, as someone who was there the first time. Price was a little much, as it was $12 for it. I can assure you however, that the taste of the burger will make up for the price. I’ll ignore the price part, since bringing down the review down by an entire star for that isn’t fair.
Back for more today!!! A classic great “dive bar” by the ocean! Always a Great selection of draft beers! It’s a waterfront dive bar, but it’s got a very large beer selection between $6-$9 a pint. Also, really good burgers, and live entertainment. Decor is shabby graffiti chic. So, it’s a great place for an afternoon or early evening stop, but not a place to impress anyone. I am sure it’s even more fun at night! VictorB
Chill place, local hangout. Great live bands, dancing, and friendly crowd. Have fun! Blessings ❤️
Naja’s is located in the harbor across from the boat slips. There are so many choices of beers, plus wine, ciders, champagne an assortment of non alcoholic drinks. There’s something for everyone. The place usually looks crowded, but there are so many people coming and going you can usually get a table fairly quickly. There were 8 of us and we were able to get two tables within 10 minutes. There was a band playing 70s-90s rock music, like The Rolling Stones. Everyone there looks like they’re having a great time. Even if there is no band playing, you can still watch people on the stand or the boats in the marina. There are plenty of open windows for everyone to see the strand and marina. They have food here, typically bar food items.
Good music and just a few types of beer.
This place looks and feels like a locals hangout. Nice view of the marina. Huge selection of beer including the hard to find Pliny The Elder from the Russian River Brewing Co. Good music. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoy!
No other place like it. South Bay quality. Lots of WC IPAs, more doubles than singles, and more triples than you can handle. If you catch the live music (you will), there is no other place in LA like it. Cheers mates, let's discuss...
This place has so many great beers on tap. Such a wonderful dive bar. The whole strip gives me old fishing boardwalk vibes. Definitely hit this up.
Fun time busy with the Band Yieks playingthey rock the hous. good time . The place was pacte lots of fun we dance too.epic.
This is a great little dive with a huge beer selection. It's definitely not a place I'd order food from - but the beer selection!

Friday, February 27 will be a day that a long time customer has passed away and buried on this day. A celebration at Naja's after the funeral will be at his favorite bar and hangout. Everyone to toast a drink to the life of Robert. May everyone have a blessed day.
How has the health department not deemed the toilets in Naja’s a concern? I visited this bar last year and thought…surely they will be cleaned up. Nope. Not a jot. I will NEVER be back.
Very cool place. Tons of beer options. Great smash burgers
Waterfront-ish (marina-front) beer bar where you can kick back and watch the world go by. Lots of different taps, plus snacks. Live music on some nights. Decent place to hang out and do some day drinking and possibly see a sea lion or pelican. Located next to the Redondo Beach Pier, with the fish market and restaurants all within a few feet.
If you love beer and want to experience the Redondo Beach Pier the way locals do then add a visit here to your list. I like it because the beer selection is huge, over 80 on tap in addition to hundreds of bottles to choose from. I wouldn't say this place is known for their food. It's mostly the standard fried "bar food" fare you can get just about anywhere, the kebab plate is my "go-to" menu item if we decide to eat here. This place has been in business since the 1980s and while it has grown (slightly) larger over time the decor and vibe remain largely the same. This is a no-nonsense beach-y "dive" bar. If you order food it will be brought to you but all transactions take place at the bar. No one is going to check on you and the friendliness of the staff relies largely on the size of the crowd. It may not be for everyone but most locals love it for what it is. When I've had an opportunity to swing by during the week I have occasionally found it quiet but on any given summer (or warm) weekend this small space is usually packed.
You could describe this place as a "Tiki Bar", with the open windows and Pacific Ocean just feet away. Where people arrive in swimsuits and flip flops to eat, drink and listen to live music. DRINK...that's correct...at least 83 "clean taps".... no booze, no tiny umbrellas for your glass...just BEER'S at the north end of the Redondo Pier.
Went there on a Saturday night. It wasn't crazy busy but not dead either. Beer was good. Food was okay. I was glad they had food available. Cuz I was hungry. There's other fancier restaurants nearby if you want something a little more inclusive for food. But this is one hell of a dive bar and has a great beer selection.
Great beer joint for tourists and locals alike! Best of all among the amazing selection you find gems like Pliny the Elder! Atmosphere is hard to beat as you sit sipping your brew while enjoying the hustle and bustle of life on the wharf!
Nice little Bar near the Harbour in Redondo Beach. Has a HUGE selection of draught Beers on Tap 😎 Service is okay, Barman can be a bit surly at first, but he gets better after he's served you a few times 👍 We didn't try the food so can't comment. Well worth a visit 👍
This place is definitely one of a kind. Great beer selection, great service and great ocean view. They often have live music and always have great energy. Not the cleanest or most updated bar but still a good time.
Naja's is a classic dive bar on the boardwalk. The beer list is immense and featured 88 taps when I was there. Nearly all of them being decent choices and heavy on local brews. The food was average deep fried bar style eats. Nothing special but it's what you expect from this type of place. Check it out if you want a good beer and a casual hang.
Beer was great and the smash burger with grilled onions and fresh jalapeños was super yummy! Only wish there was a little more meat in the burger for $14

Solid place to hang out with a great selection of beers, and food if it isn't too late.
Been going here for years & it's great! Fantastic selection of beers & entertaining live music...what more could you ask for!??!

Love this local dive bar but not lately. Bartender not too friendly and beer tastes a bit off. Sat at the stools facing the marina and the window sill part was just disgusting. Caked on old skin mixed in with arm hair and just nasty stuff. Might be the most disgusting unclean thing I’ve seen at a bar. Better to just Uber to Hermosa.
The definition of a mixed bag. Smells awful (and I don't think it's just because of the pier), horrid food, loud (pray there's no live music when you go), and indifferent service on the one hand. On the other, they have an amazing beer selection and usually plenty of space. The staff definitely aren't fake, which is a plus; they are who they are. There's also a really nice vintage bottle selection and parking is pretty cheap down there. There's also plenty of food options which you can bring in.
Good to see a place with a live band on the boardwalk. Barmaid was not all that welcoming to first tim’ers, and seemed irritated that I didn’t know they only served beer and wine. Definitely seemed more interested in chatting up the locals than attracting new people. But, overall a cool place with a good vibe.
This place is 2 blocks from the beach life festival, and I’m not complaining. Staff is friendly and quick to quench your thirst. Cheers!
Very nice beer selection. The staff was a little busy socializing with each other and other customers to make us welcome. We found a seat near an open window to enjoy the view. Unfortunately it was where the smokers and ash tower was located. As they turned on the music, it was excessively loud and obnoxious.. The reason we went in was for the beer and the selection is good. No other redeeming feature in what could have been a great stop.
Used to love driving to Redondo Beach Pier just to go to Naja’s to have a beer, listen to live music, and best of all, eat their fries that USED to taste like McDonald’s fries. Over this weekend I learned their fries now look and taste like fries from places like Jim’s and Tam’s. I miss the old fries. Hopefully they bring em back.

Terrible people that run this place. Great beer selection but expect to be treated like you’re the server, not the other way around. Got a beer and stood on the edge by the harbor looking at the fish. A guy came up in ratty clothing saying that we had to go back inside. We asked him why and then asked who he was and he snatched the drinks out of our hands and tossed them into the harbor. I went back in to ask for another beer and the lady said that he was the bar back. Amazing how he was dressed. I thought he was a homeless person. They told us we had to leave and didn’t give us our money back.
I moved to Redondo Beach a few months ago and was trying the places in walking distance. I would not recommend this place for locals. There was so much smoke from them burning the burgers it overwhelmed the place. The bartender was rude, she needs to quit if she hates her job. Beer was flat and not cold. This place is for tourist. Only good thing about this place was the music. Still not enough to put up with overpriced flat and warm beer. Smoked out bar.
Worst decision I made of my wedding weekend was deciding to host an after party at this establishment. I talked to them Thursday evening that we were directing our wedding guests to meet at Naja’s after our event ended on Friday and they said that was fine. Cut to the night of my wedding, where we all walked over post wedding, dress and all and they denied a majority of us entry and/or drinks. This is the biggest regret I have from my wedding three years later. We could have easily chosen somewhere else to congregate and have an enjoyable end of the night but instead the end of our wedding evening was soured incredibly. Not to mention this spot is a total dive and has rude staff. Go anywhere else but here, so many more beautiful and kind establishments to visit on the boardwalk.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. The service was absolutely horrendous — slow, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. But that’s not even the worst part. The food arrived late, cold, and with visible mold. Yes, actual mold. When we brought it up to the staff, they acted like it was no big deal. No apology, no replacement, nothing. We were charged full price for something we couldn’t even touch. To make things worse, we later noticed extra charges on our receipt for things we didn’t even order. When we asked the owner about it, she was unbelievably rude — shouting, mocking us, and refusing to fix the bill. I’ve never encountered someone so aggressive and disrespectful in a customer-facing role. It honestly felt like a scam. This place should be reported. It’s not just bad — it’s unsafe and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
Tried to buy a beer, they turned us down because my wife had an Arizona state I.D and AZ state ID doesn't have an expiration date vs a driver license. They say their book doesn't say that and I recommend they look up a state ID for AZ and they didn't even want to try. They need to update their book and learn liquor laws before enforcing them. Bad business don't spend here.
