Friendly staff, delicious drinks, pre-ordered with PayPal and arrived 15 minutes late and they made me a new one! Love this store

Did a lovely stop at this place and the service was rapid and the drinks were delish! Sometimes each location is a risk of service for me but this one was pretty top notch.

Teo and Kyle helped me when i came in, very polite gentleman. Helped me very quickly and were amazing overall. Best workers i’ve seen here.

Yes, I can make my own juice at home. But why? I can pick up my favorite ginger and greens juice fast and I don't have to clean up,😉 love it!

Lavi was very polite, she helped me place my order and she went to WASH HER HANDS after touching the register to prepare my order ! Hygiene is the reason why I don’t like eating out, but I trust this place now with hygiene. And my drink was delicious. Thank you Lavi!!! I hope you get recognized for your great work. 🤗

I've had my fair share of Jamba Juice experiences in the Bay Area, and of them all this location is my favorite. The staff is always social, friendly, and kind at every visit(not to mention that they make that PB chocolate love better than any other location)! Always good vibes at the Sequoia Station Jamba. Great job guys.😁

I like this location a lot. Always has great A/C, has some outdoor seating (with shade), and some indoor seating. Workers are kind, courteous, and efficient. Order comes out in a good amount of time.

Slow service and slightly overpriced, but delicious smoothies

The location is getting a bit tired but the whole shopping center is going to be demolished eventually so hard to blame them. Same Jamba Juice quality.

It is a good store, but this time the manager or one in charge did not do a good job because he did things reluctantly and served with very little fruit, I was disappointed

I don't go here too much. But when I do, I always get the chocolate moo. Which I love.

man the prices have sure gone up over the years. still a delicious sherbert smoothie though. fyi you can still order some of your old favorites even if they aren't on the physical wall menu.

The staff was not organized at all waited 23min for 2white gummies. I'll never go back

At least five employees were working around 1:10pm still hadn't taken my order until after 1:25pm and hadn't apologized for the wait kept looking over at me and wouldn't say anything. So unacceptable and rude! Not professional. I only give 3 stars because so far this is the first time this has happened.

It takes a while to get your order at this Jamba Juice location. It also gets pretty crowded sometimes with a lot of the local high schoolers and that will make your wait time even longer.

Service is good and the drinks are good as expected, but the space is run down so it feels a tad unclean.

nothing spectacular. Average service.. just avoid going after 2:30 because the high school kids love spending their lunch money here...

It really depends on time of day, last time I was the second person to place the order and yet had to wait about 12-15 minutes for the one smoothie I’d ordered. Most recently, it was empty when I came, and the lady took my order very quickly and made it immediately. I did notice the new menu does not list the ingredients for each smoothie which made riding a bit cumbersome as I then had to ask the person taking the order.

The cashiers are always nice and friendly, but now its just gotten seriously bad. This is my 5th visit and my smoothie yet again is like a slushed icee NOT a smoothie. So very disappointing. I truly stopped going there for a while because of this issue and I tell the cashier please make sure they blend my drink well. I wont be going back! I shouldnt have to ask someone to blend my smoothie. I mean the chuncks in my drinks are from the ice so I have to chew it down in order to swallow it. This isn't just bits of ice. To bad they are the only Jamba Juice in Redwood City, looks like I will be going to San Carlos for proper smoothies.

I usually ask for the same flavor. In that unit it was awful, with bad taste, and no peanut butter. Sulky employees, I will never return.

Waited almost 20 minutes to even place order. Only 1 out of three employees actually making drinks. Actually, 1 employee was taking orders, making drinks while the other 2 obviously were not trained at all and looked lost! BAD

I came at 8.13 pm today for a simple orange juice and guest what ??? they say no fresh juice after 8 pm this is totally ridiculously you advertising offer the smoothie and juice until 9 pm terrible costumer service total disappointed One start is to much for terrible service

No food items, out of half menu items, general slackery and wasted my time on a busy morning I was counting on them to be fast for.

Don’t pay for extra adds ons because they will not add it. I paid an extra dollar for Nutella drizzle and got no Nutella drizzle I left so sad. I said thank you and no response. Save your time and go to a different Jamba Juice this one sucks.

I always get a chocolate mood add strawberries. The last few times I have come to this location and ordered my drinks have not tasted good. Today there is no strawberries and the chocolate mood is flavored down with milk or something. The last time I came a few months ago they put bananas instead of strawberries. I'll stick to the San Carlos location.

They were totally out of sherbert and only had "plant based smoothies" which they then should have put a sign on the window saying so or not been open at all. The app is very glitchy and wouldn't load so I couldn't order my favorite ahead of time or possibly see they didn't have anything decent so I wasted my time going all the way there in the heat for utter disappointment. They poorly advertise lying down almost unnoticeable after the fact at the pick up counter to download the app and earn points. They say scan your receipt if you didn't scan your phone upon purchase. I tried doing that and "they couldn't" because I didn't ask for a printed receipt, yet I was the only one there and had just finished my transaction, to which they could have simply printed and given me points as it said....and employees could mention the app and points. What else are they doing but standing in a daze waiting for anyone to come in and get screwed out of their order? Barely legal teens who don't know what they're doing and getting paid for it. Ridiculous place and staff. Just avoid.
