In my opinion I recommend this McDonald's to retrain employees on having order accuracy and provide better quality food, I was missing all the sauce that I ordered and payed for. The fries were also poor quality, they were very cold. I couldn't even get it replaced because it was a delivery order, 0.3 miles away from my home. Very unsatisfied, probably wont order here again.

The service here is absolutely terrible. The McDonald’s employees completely ignore customers — you can stand right in front of them and they still won’t even look at you. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. It feels like you’re invisible. Everyone is busy doing anything except their actual job. You come in to get food and leave feeling like you wasted your time and they did you a favor by even taking your order. McDonald’s used to have standards, but this place has turned into a mess of indifference and careless attitude. Extremely disappointed.

I visited this McDonald’s on Nov 5, 2025 around 3:00 PM with my 6-year-old twin daughters. The restroom was locked, and customers needed an employee to open it. I asked multiple staff members for help, including the manager on duty, but everyone ignored us. My daughter has a lifelong medical condition that makes it difficult to control her bowel movements. Because no one would unlock the restroom despite repeated requests, she could not hold it and soiled herself. It was humiliating and extremely upsetting. When I asked the manager for her name, she refused to provide it. The lack of basic assistance, professionalism, and compassion—especially toward a young child—was shocking and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training and customer care.

Don't come here, they cancel your order and act like they never recieved it. Worst Mcds and they hide from costomers in the kitchen, no one is ever in the front. People stand and wait for a single refill for 20 mins and dont make eye contact with you to avoid attending you. Terrible service if you want a simple ketchup packet be ready to wait 15 or more mins.

Bad service. They deliver things in a bad mood. If you want a refill, you have to wait at least 10 minutes for them to serve you. Another problem is that you have to wait a long time for your order to be taken. Not all of us know how to use kiosks. We hope the supervisors take action on this matter so they don't lose customers.

Incredibly Unprofessional overnight manager I had an extremely disappointing experience with this McDonald's manager during my recent Uber Eats order. The manager made me confirmed the order to start the trip then tried to pressure me into marking the delivery as complete on the app before l had even received the food from her. This is not only unprofessional but also against Uber Eats policies. I can't believe a manager, who should be setting an example, would try to push something so dishonest. The workers there knew the manager was being stupid but couldn't say anything because they were not confident enough to tell the manager she's being stupid. Eventually after 10-15 minutes she realized she didn't know what she was doing, then gave me the food which was delivered late due to her stupidity. I hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and ensures that managers gets better training and their staff understand the importance of following proper procedures.

We went to eat here today and my wife asked her to eat ice cream and told her that I want it in a glass, but don't care and bring it in a funnel. I was surprised by this glass and technology. Everyone laughed as a joke. Only one gentleman who worked there was so kind and hard-working. I ask you to take care of it, thank you.
