Food is decent however; drive thru is lacking productivity. They make you park and wait additional time for breakfast items. In addition they mess up the orders about 60% of the time and can't even offer an honest apology or make it right.

I was delivery in DoorDash, arrived. I walk in door locker time 7:00pm? what I confuse, I look window say it post clock time 10:00pm will closed. Weird. and also I Thur-driver in park, woman is Latina give me bag, missed one coke cherry Large, uh, Hello!!!! I got mad please coke Large cherry stop you behavior yourself! I call to complaint filed report your behavior stop! People need eat hungry, no respect I speak OUT yell at her customer work gasp!

The server named Ana C had a very bad attitude as we were ordering when she said she couldn’t understand the order. At the time of giving us the food the food was made incorrectly it wasn’t what we ordered. We asked to get the food made correctly and she was in a bad attitude she rolled her eyes and started to be sarcastic. Which is why we decided to return the food and get a refund for her bad attitude. It was a very bad experience!

The woman in the drive thru I believe she said her name was Adriana or Andrea she had a tattoo in her left hand a baby’s face she is so rude she literally threw the bag of food to me seriously the employe should be trained better when it comes to dealing with costumers I pay for all my food nothing was free the less I deserve is to be treated right.

Whoever was working today( Tuesday July 15) at around 9-10am ( the grown woman ) you were so rude at the counter and had an attitude for no reason and you also gave me the wrong stuff but once i realized it was too late to go back but yeah. IF YOU DONT WANNA WORK A JOB WHERE U HAVE TO TALK TO PPL THEN QUIT.

We visited the Jack In The Box at 6820 Reseda on today, May 15 2025. I used the app to pay for our order as we sat in the dining room. When I attempted to submit our order, I received an error message: Payment issue-unable to process card, so the order did not go through. However, I checked my bank account and the funds were actually taken out of my account. I went to talk to the manager, Pedro. He said he had no order for us and the charge was just "pending." Not true. I called my bank and was told that yes, the charge did go through but JITB immediately reversed it for some inexplicable reason. We went back to Pedro and this time my husband tried to speak with him. Pedro kept saying that this happens all the time to a lot of people, and that the charge was only pending and would be back in the account in 7-10 days. He also said he could not give us free food. My husband was asking him to give him the floor to speak because what the manager said was unclear and the verbiage he used was difficult for my husband to understand his inaccurate explanation as compared to what the bank informed us of. When my husband conveyed this to him, he flew off the handle and accused my husband of being racist, saying that he was not speaking in Spanish. Pedro started hollering over my husband and shooed us off, saying he was going to wait on other customers behind us instead of addressing our immediate concern. He then slammed his hand on the counter as my husband said he would report his unprofessional behavior and Pedro just retorted that we could do whatever we wanted to. This was not what we anticipated having to endure just by going to JITB for breakfast. I have never seen a manager behave with such apparent contempt over an issue that was not the fault of the customers at all. He was not well informed of the reality that the charge did go through and he did absolutely nothing to ensure customer satisfaction in spite of his lack of knowledge. We are highly appalled and would not refer anyone to visit this JITB location if their lives depended on it.

It appears that a lot is broken at this location. drink machine doesn’t work, bathrooms have urine all over the floor and manager ignores people at counter to focus 100% on drive through. I was waiting at counter for 7 mins to order. during that time, several more people showed up. when the manager finally returned, i was ignored and others were served before me. Rude customer service. So this morning I decided to give this location another chance but they failed miserably. I placed an order for a cluck sandwich at 630am and b4 I can tell the Spanish lady I have a coupon she already charged me full price . So I told her to cancel it and she said I'll refund it but I refuse to take a new order from you. So I left after she gave me a hard time. being professional is one thing but refusing to do your job is a another. Never will I purchase anything from that location again

They held a fire extinguisher and I thought nothing of it I was served burnt food in drive through when I came back I was bullied and threatened. My lawyer will continue this for the anxiety attack and breathing attack I had. My son almost chocked, stressed and horrified by what he put in his mouth. I'll see you guys in court. Personal and corporate. I have it all recorded. I contacted corporate. You can't treat people this way. Scare them and bully them.
