It was good looks like they don't speak Spanish, but they do, I don't mind I'm mexican, the manager was very relaxing and smart.

This jack was nice and cool. Clean dining area and a clean restroom. The salad was so delicious, lettuce was cold and crisp. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Overall good salad. Staff was very professional and order was served promptly.

I went through the drive-thru, and I had no problems. The Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger I ordered tasted as good as ever. They made sure to not put mustard on it as I asked for. The fries were nice and warm too

Tbh, I used to eat at this particular Jack in the Box regularly, but over time, the burgers just didn't taste fresh. I decided to try the double chicken sandwich combo for 3.99 that I'd seen heavily advertised recently, and I was very pleasantly surprised! The sandwich was totally delicious! The 2 patties were white meaty fresh and came with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on a fresh bun. The fries were also fresh and everything was hot. I really enjoyed the combo and at 3.99, what a Bargain! A really good price for a really good sandwich combo!

This location is normally clean. The staff is pleasant and quick. They rarely get my order wrong. During the day, it's always packed. There is a Starbucks next door. And those customers take over the parking. So parking can be difficult sometimes.

No one is perfect and mistakes happen. Cesar was professional and drive through was apologetic and totally fix the problem. Staff was professional and I would recommend this jack. If you have missing items or something isn't correct remember everyone makes mistakes but how you handle them is what counts.

Wow... was impressed. Jack in the Box is one of my go-to for a Taco on the go. For some reason I keep returning hopefully they will get it right! Plus the price does not hurt. Scrap for a buck two tacos for a dollar and change . This time surprised Hi-5. The Congeniality of the order taker was definitely positive and excited to take your order. Noticed when paying there were some adults in the kitchen and was glad to see that Jack in the Box hires seniors. Back to the taco the shell was crispy not greasy like I usually have received them got to say I don't usually finish eating them. The filling was hot inside and the lettuce was so fresh cold and crispy. Adding a couple hot sauces to the Taco was absolutely delicious. Went through drive-thru and it was Swift and easy to grab my order and travel on the road. This may seem so simple but my orders have always required a crispy Taco fresh lettuce and hot melted cheese. This store nailed it! Congratulations👍👏

This is my favorite Jack in the Box because of 1 employee. She is always so kind, generous, and caring. Ive never seen her work without a smile on her face! If she isn't management then your employer is making a huge mistake. Sandy is an amazing employee who always makes my visit the best it can be!

I went on Friday 01/07 they were very busy and short staffed. I think there was only about 2 or 3 employees. My order was taken and after they took my big order I was asked to park because the food wasn't ready. I was waiting and thinking my order would be wrong or something missing, but no! My order was correct despite the fact again that they were seriously short of people and a real busy drive-thru. Great job!!!

I just had probably the best experience I've ever had at a fast food place. I went through the drive thru and Daniel was the one at the window and let me just tell you, this guy was awesome! He has a great sense of humor and what I appreciate the most is that he isn't jaded and isn't one of those people who hate their job and take it out on you. No, this guy was funny as hell and extremely helpful and attentive to my extremely complicated order. You all should go to this Jack in the Box just to have a few laughs with him. He's there every day - except Monday and Tuesday haha WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER OF THIS JACK IN THE BOX: DANIEL DESERVES A PROMOTION AND A RAISE.

12/30/2025 Jack in the box is my favorite fast food since highschool and still one of my favorite fast food joint today. I used to come in this particular franchise since 2003 after work out with my homie Chris. I'm glad they kept the "double ultimate bacon cheese burger" and their "99 cents tacos (2 pcs). They still have the best ranch dressing amongs burger joints.

I went to Jack in the Box to get an Egg and Cheese Croissant with a child sized french fries. They know how to make breakfast items extremely well. I'm not a meat eater, so having alternative meal options is important. The employee exhibited great customer service, and i will definitely be back again to the Reseda location. Thank you for the nice treatment, Jack in the Box. A++! 👍👍 Update: I recently went to the Reseda Jack in the Box and purchased the breakfast platter, which consists of two scrambled eggs, 3 sausage or bacon, and one hashed brown. You can either buy this ala carte as i did, or with a drink and hashed brown combo. It's one of the best meals on the menu. Also, the value taco is an inexpensive addition to a meal if you're super hungry.

It's a jack in the box. If you've been to one then you know what to expect. I do recommend the tacos. The late night munchie meals are always a go-to also after an evening of smoking out and then wanting some munchies. Yay for legal smoking out in California.

Place looked very clean and very welcome, I had no problem in making my order as well as receiving it. I'll definitely come back good job ladies!

This particular Jack in the box, as other fast food, and restaurant's accept EBT, Yes you read right food stamps and cash. Something that should be nationally imposed. California has been doing it for a long time.

The food is tasty but the sandwiches are too small to satisfy an average hungry adult. Choice of regular, medium or large help, but the size of the sandwich remains the same, only fries and drink size change. The cost may floor you. $40 for 3 combos, med to large with a $5 large shake [which incidentally is the size of a small soda]. Next time I'm hungry for fast food, I may have to get a bank loan. Good thing my boss picked up the tab.

This particular Jack has somewhat of a big eating area. In other words it's big. There are times when it's not busy and most the time they do your food after you order it. I especially recommend the Ultimate Breakfast combo, if you're hungry it's tasty and juicy; croissants are good too but you run the risk of getting dry or flaky that route. Also their eggrolls are really tasty. You wouldn't think eggrolls would be from Jack but they are. Gotta get the sweet and sour to dip

Drive thru is a bit slow but food is hot and good. There's a jack in the box closer to my house but I rather drive a couple min more to this one because food is better and so is the customer service.

Almost perfect ... The food was made perfectly! I was so disappointed though because my tacos were so perfectly made but I ordered tordered 2 orders which would have been 4 tacos I only got 2 so the person that took my order when I said 2 orders of tacos Must have thought I only wanted 2 tacos. I don't do fast food very often but I was impressed as the last 3 times I've been to other jack-in-the-boxes the tacos were got awful I asked for extra lettuce and then I get no meat I can't praise this location enough the food prepared and in the bag actually looked like it could be in an ad.

We had ”Jack’s spicy, chicken burger ” 🍔it was all yummy and fresh. A slice of tomato and chicken bar made it all win for us. Being an Indian we have a spicy test so for us it was moderately spicy.. And last but not least, I love the New York-style cheesecake🍰😍😋it was dam tempting, that I could not even wait to take a photo. Thanks, guys👍🏻

You're typical ghetto Jack in the box. Typical Jack in the box food with a variety of less than stellar individuals popping in and out doing drug deals in front of everybody. You're occasional homeless or two or three or 50 begging for change before you even get in. If you're a person that is afraid of certain individuals who's hygiene isn't as great as most then I would stay away from the Jack in the box other than that no like I said typical ghetto Jack in the box.

The woman working the drive thru windows shouldn't have been. Had to repeat myself over and over and over for each item I said and she still couldn't get it right. And she wouldn't let me do two separate orders she told me one order per car.

I hate having to lower somebody score in stars but I went last week in ordered 2 orders of tacos it's their bargain menu I order it with extra lettuce otherwise it's paper thin. Last week when I went the order was pretty good only one taco was weak. Unfortunately today when I had to grab something quick I ordered the same from the same location all tacos were weak Definitely not extra lettuce. Which such a simple request it should not be ignored or slighted.

Love Jack in the Box. Wish I could afford it. Not really, worth it. Which is why I don't go there all that much. Including Carl's Jr. who do they think they are that were the food isn't quality food. It's bad food. But they don't care about your health. Just so long as you buy it.

After arriving into LAX at midnight, we pulled up to the drive-thru at 2:00 a.m. There was a line of four cars in front of us. We had a straightforward order, one order of tacos, a lemonade, two bacon cheeseburger combo meals, and another specialty burger a la carte. When we arrived at the window, after paying, two of the three employees working asked us to get back in line and drive through a second time because the burgers weren't ready. There were six cars behind us, so I pushed back a bit. The two employees insisted that we drive back through. I instead parked, walked up to the window and quietly and politely waited for my order. The window staff handed me three bags and two drinks. I politely informed her that the lemonade was missing. She gave me the lemonade and I got in my car and drove away only to find, once back on the highway, that neither of the bacon cheeseburgers had the bacon that we paid dearly for. We won't be back.

I had to wait 10 mins for my order. Short staffed no one is at the front so the line gets long which affects the wait time on your food. This is supposed to be a "fast food" joint so the long wait and lines is not helpful. Also their large coffe is more lile a medium coffee.

Wait time is always LONG, but the worst is they are always giving my order with missing items I ordered they always offered me to come back and get them replace but that shouldn't be happening . I order number 13 today 12/6/18 and once again they got it wrong instead they gave me a hamburger I repeated my order twice to the cashier and not she didn't get it right. Going back and exchanging the wrong order should not be a solution they should pay more attention to what they are doing after all they take forever to give you the food.

The only thing nice about this location was the ladies who took my order, they were all smiles and cheerful. However the manager who handed me my food in the drive thru apparently was unable to read the order and didn't give me the right one, I did not realize this until I delivered the food to my fiance and it wasn't anything like what she ordered.

The restaurant itself is always clean. Restrooms are always clean. Employees are nice. Plenty of parking. But tell me why every time I come here my fries always taste old compared to other Jack's around the area? My last order was a chicken nugget combo and both the nuggets and fries tasted old. 2 stars was for the employees and clean establishment.

Food is decent however; drive thru is lacking productivity. They make you park and wait additional time for breakfast items. In addition they mess up the orders about 60% of the time and can't even offer an honest apology or make it right.

Earlier this week I went to this Jack in the Box twice and both times I was turned away because the store was closed. The first time there was supposedly a fire but the employees were just sitting around and the drive thru was still open. The second visit a couple of days later they were closed at 11am because they didn't have hot water. I used to frequent this Jack in the Box but I no longer wish to return.

The price on the menu is different than what they actually charge. 5 piece chicken nuggets is $1.69 on the menu but they charge $1.79. The manager is indifference and unapologetic. I will take this matter to BBB.

I just left this place a woman name ANA was super rude to me trying to charge me extra for hot sauce. She only gave me 2 packages for 3 meals that means it's for 3 adults. If I was asking for an unreasonable amount I would understand but I just wanted two more for my mom. She was not nice about it at all very rude woman.

I’ve nvr experienced such horrible service from a Jack n the Box location before. They must have new mgmt bc I nvr experienced such immature behavior. I order a chicken sandwich and after paying for it, I asked for 2 ranch cups. A completely normal amount of ranch for a large chicken sandwich. They said they have to charge 30¢ for the 2nd one. I asked if I could simply get a second ranch in lieu of me not asking for ketchup. It’s such a petty charge and I refuse to pay for condiments when I’m asking for a normal amount. I’d completely understand if it was a packet of ranch w name brand but it’s not. I was told they had to charge me after I already received my card back. I said that I didn’t want to pay for the ranch but want/need 2 ranches for a chicken sandwich so I asked for a refund. The Mgr issued the refund quickly but when I asked if I could see the receipt he said I could take a picture but couldn’t have it. Understandable bc I didn’t leave w any food. So I simply asked if I could read the refund so I know it was returned. I left next door to get Gyro tacos at Arby’s and when I got home I checked my acct to see if it appeared. I noticed they refunded me less than the charge amount. Literally the difference of the cost for a ranch haha. They obviously did that on purpose haha 😂. Pathetic but funny. It makes sense now why the Mgr wouldn’t let me see the receipts when I initially asked. So I called the location and spoke to a male employee who claimed he was a team lead. I mentioned the issue above that it seriously appeared they refunded less than what I was charged on purpose. He said it was an “accident” but offered to let me speak w a Mgr so I agreed. However, he hung up. He was clearly the person who charged my card the cost of a ranch and decided to hang up. Completely immature staff over a ranch that shouldn’t have been given a price tag in the first place.

By far one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever encountered. 1. I waited in the drive thru for 24mins with only two cars in front of me. 2. The man at the window was rude & seemed unclear of his duties or even how to speak to a human, let alone a customer. 3. They tried to charge me more than double what the chicken sandwich meal cost. Then argued with me when I questioned it. 4. I got home only to discover my sandwich was made with beef instead of chicken, no tomato, mayo (not supposed to be on the sandwich) EVERYWHERE, and an extra random top side of a bun in the middle. We drive up to the Drive through window, we place our order which is 3 fries, a Burger and a fajita. It takes us 14 minutes to get out (not a busy day), and when we get home, they forgot to give us the burger. This was a very simple order. Very little room for error, yet it seems that the crew at this establishment found a way to screw up the order.

I will not recommend this restaurant to nobody. Their food is disgusting. Their supervisors are very rude and very mean. The people that works in there. They are very mean very rude. I would not go to this restaurant anymore in my life again

Obnoxiously rude employees, very demeaning service. I had to knock on the door for minutes for an employee to just dismiss me to a drive through, and I had to knock for another minute or so to actually get my order done. The unfriendly mannerisms of employees made me regret even buying anything.

This location seems to be one of the most problematic ones I have found. It is always something. If it's not a wrong order, they ran out of cups or sauces or something. Today not only was my order wrong but the debit system wasn't working and the line was outrageous

Stopped to pick up two salads yesterday at 4:30 p.m using the drive through. Took a long time and they were the saddest salads. A Chef with a few tomatoes, some bacon and cheese and a Southwestern with lettuce and some cheese. Not going there again.

LACK OF MANAGEMENT. They have no quality control over correct orders on food delivery. The last 4 orders have had missing items twice. Management needs to train staff to double check orders that all food items are in delivery bag for pickup by postmates, grubhub, etc. Put workers in place who can count items and accuracy, Hopping mad tonight about 3 missing items. And when I called their store 3 times - no answer and no voice mail to voice my frustration. I got reimbursed by postmates. . But I am out 3 of the missing items and that is BAD.

Had a scary experience. Customer was very upset and your employee didnt help the situation, by throwing cup holders at him. We took our 3 year Granddaughter there and had to step outside because we did not know what was going to happen. I know it was the customers fault. But I think it could of been handled better. At the time of giving us the food the food was made incorrectly it wasn’t what we ordered. We visited the Jack In The Box at 6820 Reseda on today, May 15 2025. I used the app to pay for our order as we sat in the dining room. When I attempted to submit our order, I received an error message: Payment issue-unable to process card, so the order did not go through. However, I checked my bank account and the funds were actually taken out of my account. I went to talk to the manager, Pedro. He said he had no order for us and the charge was just "pending." Not true. I called my bank and was told that yes, the charge did go through but JITB immediately reversed it for some inexplicable reason. We went back to Pedro and this time my husband tried to speak with him. Pedro kept saying that this happens all the time to a lot of people, and that the charge was only pending and would be back in the account in 7-10 days. He also said he could not give us free food. My husband was asking him to give him the floor to speak because what the manager said was unclear and the verbiage he used was difficult for my husband to understand his inaccurate explanation as compared to what the bank informed us of. When my husband conveyed this to him, he flew off the handle and accused my husband of being racist, saying that he was not speaking in Spanish. Pedro started hollering over my husband and shooed us off, saying he was going to wait on other customers behind us instead of addressing our immediate concern. He then slammed his hand on the counter as my husband said he would report his unprofessional behavior and Pedro just retorted that we could do whatever we wanted to. This was not what we anticipated having to endure just by going to JITB for breakfast. I have never seen a manager behave with such apparent contempt over an issue that was not the fault of the customers at all. He was not well informed of the reality that the charge did go through and he did absolutely nothing to ensure customer satisfaction in spite of his lack of knowledge. We are highly appalled and would not refer anyone to visit this JITB location if their lives depended on it.

It appears that a lot is broken at this location. drink machine doesn’t work, bathrooms have urine all over the floor and manager ignores people at counter to focus 100% on drive through. I was waiting at counter for 7 mins to order. during that time, several more people showed up. when the manager finally returned, i was ignored and others were served before me. I placed an order for a cluck sandwich at 630am and b4 I can tell the Spanish lady I have a coupon she already charged me full price . So I told her to cancel it and she said I'll refund it but I refuse to take a new order from you. They held a fire extinguisher and I thought nothing of it I was served burnt food in drive through when I came back I was bullied and threatened. My lawyer will continue this for the anxiety attack and breathing attack I had. My son almost chocked, stressed and horrified by what he put in his mouth. I'll see you guys in court.
