Great ambiance, service, food and location. When my husband remarked that my veggie sandwich was huge, the woman making my sandwich said this location is the only one she knows that makes the veggie sandwich the way it’s supposed to be made, without skimping. The sofa seating arrangements, pendant lights, tv, spacious layout, wood and stone elements and cleanliness make this a standout Subway.

I walked in on April 1st, and was looking for food. I ordered my usual sub, and I noticed the couches, and, the giant metal subway logo above it. That was pretty cool. I didn’t go into the bathroom, however, my dad did, stating that it was clean. When I arrived to my destination, I started eating the sandwich. They not only got my order just right, they also made it taste and looked good. also, I did not see one piece of trash on the floor. I also saw no rodents. it was a very cool place that makes good food. Best atmosphere of a Subway I’ve ever seen. Do NOT listen the the bad reviews!

I eat a lot of subway, and I've been to a lot of different franchises, and this one is one of the worst, especially when that lady is working. She always seems to be in a rush and doesn't take any care when preparing your sandwich. She doesn't clean up or keep anything in order. This location is the closest one to me, but I often go to further locations in order to avoid this lady. The other workers are okay, but overall, the location is lax and really in need of management improvement. Sometimes, it closes early and opens late. The time posted on the door serves no purpose.

We got to the store at 8:20pm. There was no one at the front. The TV volume was extremely high. When the employee showed up, she told us that we would be allowed to have a seat and eat, because she was getting ready to close. We asked, at what time do you close, because the schedule says 9pm on Fridays. In a mixed of sarcasm and rude, making faces, she said, ok, whatever. We told her that we would report it and she laughed at us. She seemed to be high by the way her eyes looked and the way she walked. When she saw that we took our phone to take some pictures she left us speaking alone, turned around and left. Long story short, we had to leave without our sandwiches and extremely disappointed. This happend on Friady, April 28th, at 8:20pm. 😞

I am a long time Subway enjoyer and I usually love Subway but this location which is unfortunately the one closest to my house is always bad. There's a lady who works here and whenever she's there everything is just disgusting. She does no upkeep when she is there. The food is all mixed up and intertwined with other foods. There's no cleanliness at all. She's always in a bad attitude and never a high hello. Thank you! It's always just here's your sandwich and that's it or no greeting at all. I've attached a picture of the workspace and you can see how everything is a mess. And this isn't a one off. It's every time she works.

I came here for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I ordered an order online and when I got there they didn’t have the bread or meat that I ordered which is fine but when I got my sandwich the veggies haven’t even been cut properly I bit into the sand which and noticed how hard it was and saw huge pieces of cucumbers and onions. You can tell they didn’t cut these properly. The woman’s bathroom is out of order so everyone uses the mens and when I walked in I walked right back out it was disgusting and had open diapers out in the open. Their ice machine is dirty or moldy because the ice chips all have black debris on it. Won’t ever go back. Gross should be shut down honestly.

*Horrible customer service and disgusting food* I will never order from this place again. I placed an online order and showed up to pick it up 10 mins later, this happened at 9:10 pm (they close at 9:30). When I walked in I said good evening to the worker, who did not reply and was clearly annoyed. She replied, "I've been waiting for you to close for 10 minutes." Mind you, they should still be open for another 20 mins. My food was all over the place, the order was not sealed, and the wrapper that my order came in was stained with some black substance. Upon walking out, the employee shouted " thank you" very loudly. At this point it was clear that she was ready to close about 30 minutes before their advertised closing time had my order not come in. It was also very clear that she was either inebriated or high on something. Funny enough, a few months back I was coincidentally picking up an order from here (the other worker, a bigger guy with tats thankfully took care of it), and I believe the same employee showed up, not dressed in uniform and looking high, and tried to get meatballs from the other employee that was working there, he declined. On another occasion when she was behind the counter, she had a TV show blasting in Spanish, to the point where one could not even be inside the establishment. Just some info in case management even cares about these reviews. Anyway, needless to say, I did not eat the food as I did not know what that black stuff on the wrapper was. The order also barely had any chicken and the bread was the wrong type. I went to a nearby restaurant instead. The moment they remove this employee from their payroll, I might return here. I will also post this review in the local community app, so others know to watch out for this. Oh, and if you want a picture of the employee, a review from 5 months ago by Kikito King included pictures of her walking away from them after a bad experience at this establishment.

This lady just gave me 2 slices of ham on a footlong BMT. Subway is already slim on the amount of meat they put on the sub. What a joke..... On top of that, the African American lady with red weaved seemed annoyed at the fact she had to get up and make a sub. Ordered around 3:30 on Saturday 7/20/19, if managment cares to know.

Have you seen what this location is now doing? Forget about not accepting coupons, dirty facility and poor quality of their food, they are now shutting off ordering footlongs on the app. Instead of ordering a large sub, they are only 1/2 subs which if you bought two of them you are paying about 30% higher. I know these are franchisee locations but i do not think this is even legal pulling this off. I have reported them and recommend anyone that still goes to Subway the same. There are still plenty of locations in this area on University and Pine Island going both North and South. TIme to put an end to this.

Got here at 9 pm for a quick stop in and the place was closed. The sign and the website says they are open until 9:30 but this woman blatantly mimed to me that they were closed.

Just by reading some of the reviews, I should’ve not ordered from here, but did anyway cause it’s close to my house. Where do I start? First tried ordering online on a Sunday afternoon and it said that they weren’t taking online order’s. So ordered the very next day. Placed the order for 2 subs, a Philly and a tuna at 1:40pm said it would be ready at 1:55pm. I was running a little late and didn’t get there until 2:05. I walk in and the employee told me she hadn’t done them yet and that I had to wait. As I’m waiting she’s telling me what’s in the order she says that she can work faster if I tell her what it is instead of reading the print out. By this point it’s already 2:20 and there was only one person she was making a sub for. Didn’t have a majority of the ingredients and while making the subs she decides to pick up her cellphone and have a conversation with someone and I told her if it’s an emergency I can understand, but if not she needs to get off the phone and make the subs that should’ve been done a half hour ago. Of course I got the rolled eyes back with a side of attitude to include. This person needs to be let go. Just cause of that I’m never going back. Corporate needs to pay attention to these reviews!!!

Do not visit this place especially if you are Latino, today I went with my family and the cashier was very rude when she realized that our English was not good, we still tried to communicate and although she understood us she turned her eyes looking at us. . He did the same to us with a bad face. He asked to make fun of our accent, made a complaining sound when we asked him to add another order, and really seemed like he was doing us a favor by providing us with service. I'm not about making comments on Google Maps but about avoiding bad times. This happened on 05/18/2024 (10:30 am)

Most unpleasant experience ever at a Subway location. Nastasia was nasty and extremely rude to me, my son, and nephews. Other times when the kids ate there, she harrassed them and chased them away from the store even when they were just standing outside in the parking area talking to each other claiming that they were "mocking her" with gestures when they were just telling each other jokes. I stopped eating there 2 years ago when I had food poisoning 3 separate occasions in a 6 Month period. I recently started back because a friend had eaten there and said the food was better. But after this experience I will not ever return. I have warned everyone I could to avoid ths Subway. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where the subs are better and the service isn't rude.

The employee behind counter ( Spanish lady) extremely rude. Hard to understand, very argumentative. Explained to her that it was rude to give lip service to customers. Ended up leaving and other customers that were there and saw her attitude said the same thing, that she was rude and left as well. If I could rate the shop zero I would! The manager should let her go. No business can’t afford having an employee that ruins their reputation.

I dont normally leave review like this but after my experience last week and this week and now seeing some other reviews I am leaving this. I dont know what happened to the older staff there but the new lady there, short and hispanic is the most rude person I have dealt with. Last week when I ordered online and went to pick it up I told her my order was wrong and she flat out ignored me. I stood there a few minutes before I finally just left and dealt with it. I ordered online again today and get there and she barely acknowledges me until I say I am here for a pickup(mind you I was there after the time it said it would be ready), it wasnt in the pickup spot so at first I thought maybe I was early but no my sandwich was just sitting on top of the register and it was cold. She told me to grab a cup handed me my sandwich and just turned and left. Of course when I went back to work to eat it, the bread was burnt from over toasting it, the bread she used was so small its was the size of what should be in a kiddie meal, there was hardly any meat in there and maybe one slice of cheese. I ordered the philly which is supposed to be double cheese. The vegetables were just tossed in there and not toasted with it. It was not busy in there at all matter of a fact there was one person eating and thats it so why such poor quality food and service. I will not order from this location again after 2 bad experiences and rude employee and I would not be surprised if that location doesnt last much longer since its never busy in there even at lunch time. I hope management sees these reviews and gets new staff. 13.00 later and still starving.

What a drag. The employees there definitely don’t want to be. Impatient, dull, lifeless and rude. Seriously subway, what’re you doing to these people? The prices have gone insane, but the food hasn’t gotten any better and the customer service gone. Completely gone… interacting with the staff is depressing.

Let me start by saying how much it love Subway. It’s always a quick easy meal solid sandwich have always enjoyed it. I live in the area for the past 20 years and visit multiple subways nearby. That being said, I visited my closest subway near my house in Pine Island Ridge Plaza in Davie off of State Road 84. The disrespect , negligence and unprofessional I’ve received The last five times I’ve been there is completely unacceptable. I work very hard for my money as I’m sure all of you do as well and to be disrespected after a long day of work is the last thing you want to experience. I felt degraded. I asked for assistance with the app for Subway® and she completely neglected me and made a joke of it and told me if I can’t figure it out good luck. I’m completely appalled by my experience and do not recommend this location ever to anyone. To be laughed in your face after working a 12 hour shift and just trying to get a quick bite before going to bed. I’m being so disrespectful has me flabbergasted if anyone goes to this location I recommend you go directly next-door to Ciro’s Italian restaurant you will get a solid sandwich for the same amount of money. Have lunch for the next day and at least be treated like human being. . Shame on you Subway and you should immediately correct this horrible service!
