Just tried this place out last weekend and was very happy with the food that I ordered. Was also pleased with the service.

Been eating here for years, never once been disappointed. Very nice people!

We cross the river to eat at Jade Palace when we want good Chinese food!

Tried jade palace out because Golden Wok in red hook has declined in quality and flavor. Jade Palace is cheaper and the food is much better. Wasn't disappointed. Will be back!

I enjoyed my Moo Goo Gal Pan. A longer wait than expected, yearning for an answer oh boy here I come. This Chinese boy that I assumed was not even working there was just staring at me. Then I finally break my own will and enter the back room. To my disbelief the fricking Baphomet is dumping his goo into my Pan and my lord if he was not attempting to summon Jah my word. That sh*t was fire though ate that sh*t up real quick and it only cost like 4 jah coins I will be back

We ordered Beef and Broccoli, Chicken Chow Mien, Roast Pork Lo Mein, and two containers of Won-ton Soup. Let me say this again and I cannot shout it loud enough, WELCOME BACK JADE PALACE YOU ARE WELL WORTH THE PRICE. Thanks again for not charging a fee for using a card which so many other places are doing. The place is clean, and the people at the counter have always been friendly. We have interacted with the grandfather, mother, father, and child (which we watched grow up from an infant.) This has been and hopefully will continue to be a family business. Whether or not it maintains this business model the food is GREAT!

Overall kind of bland flavor palet and terrible eggrolls I could get from the freezer section at a grocery store but the sweet and sour chicken is wonderfully crisp. Tldr if your looking for flavorful dishes this is not the spot but if ya just need ur Asian fix it might or might not satisfy

Rice was hard and not good at all. Pork fried dumplings were also disgusting. Waste of 18$

Horrible Chinese food. Was remodeling a business in Red Hook and stopped by for a lunch. What a disappointment

Honestly I haven't had good Chinese food in many years. This place however is one of the worst I have ever had. I had completly tasteless General Tso Chicken. The broccoli tasted like mildew and the sauce had no flavor except that of grease. I highly suggest you don't waste your money here.

Food was mediocre in my opinion, and significantly overpriced. Also just a heads up, the menu they have listed online is outdated and items cost between $4-8 more than the prices listed.

Visiting from Georgia and should have listened to my nephew who said its really bad- even our dog gagged and spit out the food- it was tasteless and gave us all a stomachache-save your money and your gut and go to red hook- we ordered because red hook is closed on Tuesdays but never again!

Split an order of dumplings for lunch yesterday with Co -worker and both of us got sick that night. Highly do not recommend.

I always seem to forget how bad it is and go back, but never again. It's worth making the drive to red hook or kingston. Avoid this place.

This place turned out to be take-out only. There was one table pushed into a corner with a couple of chairs. The food was microwaved so hot that it tasted burnt. I threw it out. The bathroom facilities were out of order. I asked for a cup of water while waiting and was simply told "no".

The food was absolutely horrible. We could not enjoy it no matter how hard we tried. The rice was dry and one of the combos rice had some sort of soap and dirty dishwater taste to it. The sweet and sour chicken was also dry and very chewy and some of the pieces didn’t even have chicken in it. The sesame chicken was also very dry and chewy. We were all left with stomach aches after eating 1/4 of the food before throwing it out. Definitely do not recommend.

I would rate Zero Stars if I could, I ordered the Pepper Steak with Onions and Pork Fried Rice last night, The Pepper Steak was absolutely disgusting one bite and in the Garbage the meat was not meat it was all fat and the one bite I did eat was flavorless The Pork Fried Rice very bland and dry my fiance ate it she was not impressed with it but still ate it I want my money back or they need to make good of this

I’m not into Chinese food in general but o love Shrimp and Spring rolls and these were by far the worst spring and shrimp rolls I’ve had in memory. They had absolutely no flavor I’m serious, “Zero” seasoning. I was so very disappointed. It’s like a restaurant who can’t get a salad right, you that if the salad is bad everything else usually is as well. Anyone who thinks Jade Palace food has taste has never had good food. I’m a world traveler and I’ve eaten in restaurants in many different European countries and had Asian food of many types and never have any of them been this tasteless. Why is it so hard to season food if you’re a restaurant?

Not just the worst chinese food I have ever had, but the worst food in general that i have ever had the missfortune of tasting. Unless you are holding a severe grudge and hatred towards your own intestines, do not go here. You'd have better luck at the dumpster located in their parking lot.

I’m leaving one star. My family gets take out from here a couple times a month. I live 25 minutes away. Check your food before you leave. I ordered 2 sweet and sour combinations platters chicken and broccoli soups etc. the works. I’m starving we get home and the sauce for the sweet and sour chicken is missing. They didn’t even give us one. My Daughter won’t eat the chicken without the sauce. It’s the whole purpose of sweet and sour chicken. I’m so disappointed. With prices going up everywhere and to get take out and have them missing the Sauce ruined our night. We thought we would relax and enjoy some take out but we’re wrong. I’m never going back there. Daughters 5 and crying what a nightmare over sauces. Please check to make sure everything is in the bag before you leave because apparently it’s your job.
