They were absolutely amazing! I ordered for my whole office and they went above and beyond with ensuring all sandwiches had names and they were so thoughtful! Madison was a QUEEN!

The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is that the prices are a bit on the higher side for a sub shop. However, the quality of the food makes it worth it. Overall, I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying sub. I’ll definitely be returning!

Solid experience, but don't waste money on the "extra meat" Because you cannot visually tell the difference, nor does it feel like it even weighs more lmao. Still tasty, though they do seem to forget chips a lot

This place gets very busy, the young men inside work quickly to get ppl their food. At least a few of them do. I did see sm1 just standing around 🥴 I ordered curbside but no1 came out so I went in and got it. The sandwich was mid, cause it was dry. Smbody forgot to add mayonnaise. If I had to choose I’d choose the skillman or coit location, This 1 was once good but it’s gotten chaotic and underwhelming.

Previous Manager lacked professionalism and refused to take ownership of her employees mistakes and their lack of attention. Being that she is the Manager on duty any mistake the employees she manages during her shift are her responsibility and their mistakes reflect on her and are her mistakes. I paid for my order, stepped to the side while they were making my sandwiches and yet four customers that were behind me got their orders before I did. More and more customers kept getting their order after me. It was at that point I spoke up and asked for my money back and what I got was a negative attitude from the manager who once she set up the refund back to my credit card throws my receipts and credit card on the counter without giving me an apology or accepting responsibility for their mistake. Manager and employees a-like lack focus and the discipline to attend to the needs of us customers. Is pathetic how these individuals run this establishment. Now 7/7/25 New Mngmt. but same lack of attention to detail by the employees. These guys have a short attention spam. They will forget your order if you’re not on top of it. They will forget to give the full order paid for if you aren’t paying attention. Another words if you wish for them to make you the sandwich you want stay on them and watch them.

On Nov 25th I place order for #7 through Jersey Mike’s app for $20.84 for food+ $3 driver tip making total $23.84. I place this order for delivery. 7:55 I received text from Door Dash that my driver was having issues locating my address. I called the number provided. The gentleman did not speak English and could understand my help. The driver started texting me but insisted that I drive down the road to meet him to pick up my order. I insisted if you can’t find my location cancel my order. He, the driver, refused but insisted again I meet him to pick up my order. Door dash stated they could not refund my order because it was ordered through Jerseys Mikes. I called Jersey mikes the manager on duty at the time stated no refund because I ordered through Door dash which is not true. Finally spoke with someone 3 days that finally processed refund. However, she only refunded the cost of the food not the tip. I want my $3 back.

I came home to a completely different sandwich than the one I ordered. I called them and all they said is that they owe me a free sandwich and they would write my name down thats it. A month later I go to claim said sandwich and they said they only keep names for two weeks. Which was never said to me over the phone btw. They would not honor it at all. The girl would barely look at me. She was too busy reading her text messages. I can tell she was upset about a text before I got to check out so I gave her a moment of grace to re coupe herself and she still was very rude to me. The vibes here are completely off. 2/11/24 I bought 2 of these for the Superbowl and look how chincy this looks hardly any meat and no vegetables this is supposed to be a philly cheesecake this is nothing very disappointed If I wanted this kind of service I would have gone to Subway. When your meat cutter is barking at the shift mgr about how she can't keep up, its probably a problem. No? Pretty sure with a grilled wrap, the tortilla gets thrown on the grill with the meat and it is served warm. Embarrassing what your compentant employees have to deal with when your less than stellar employee decides to talk smack to her coworker in front of customers. Trash service, poor training. Be well.

Big Mikes fan!!! Love the menu!!! Just went in to get my sandwich I had ordered online about 20 mins prior on the app, went in to pick it up and to my surprise it was barely getting cooked, cooks looked busy talking to each other with no sense of urgency, but that’s not what made me write this review!! The fact that I paid for extra meat($3) and didn’t get it was the thing that pissed me off when I got home. Don’t think I will be spending my money at Mikes anymore just gonna go to F.H. Across the street
