My friend recommended this place and we had to give it a try. Fahmi and Ahmed were polite, friendly and patient with us. This is our first time to try a Yemeni coffee shop. They thoroughly provide the different selections. We tried the Iced Pistachio Latte, Mocha Latte, Shibam Coffee, Sana'ani Coffee and Adani Coffee with yummy pastries! I forgot the pastry names but the cheese pastry and the cheese with honey pastry were good. I typically get acid reflux when drinking coffee so I was cautious. BUT after finishing my iced mocha latte, I was happy that I did not have acid reflux. In fact, I got another drink -- iced pistachio latte! Yum! We brought more home :) The ambience was cozy and welcoming. Our quick coffee run turned into a few hours sit down chat over delicious drinks. I reside in Princeton, about 27 minutes away. I surely will be back here. Highly recommended!

THIS WAS SUCH A SWEET AND AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I went with my friends on a Friday evening and I was astonished in how beautiful it was inside and the service was TOP TIER sweetest girls working there! I have always loved anything Arabic and this was over the edge wonderful I genuinely wanted to cry happy tears when the manager gifted us a carrot cake for being our first time it was so sweet and kind. We got one of each of the milkcakes and the HONEYCOMB BREAD oh my goodness the BESTEST!! Definitely will be coming back!!!

Met with a coworker here on a lunch break. The decor and overall atmosphere was beautiful. There was plenty of seating. The service was excellent, owner was very attentive. I ordered the spinach pie and signature tea. The spinach pie filing was great, not too sour like other ones I’ve had elsewhere. The tea was served very hot, (be cautious) but pleasant and sweet. Would definitely come back.

Shibam is my favorite Yemeni coffee shop is the DFW area. It is quiet, clean, and spacious. I got the Spanish and Pistachio latte but my favorite was the Spanish latte. The staff is also so friendly and kind. I don't usually write reviews but had for this coffee shop! The biggest selling point for me is there is an area to pray, Subhanallah. I wish more muslim owned coffee shops had designated areas to pray. Would highly recommend Shibam!

Aromatic cappuccino and the chocolate cake was one of the fudgiest ever! Loved the wall decals and decor!

I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite spots for Yemeni coffee and tea. The Adani Tea is perfect – not overly sweet or heavy, just really well-balanced. The Shibam Latte is excellent too, smooth with no bitterness and a really nice blend of spices that makes it stand out. Customer service has been great every visit. Mohammad was especially friendly and quick with taking and preparing the order, which I appreciated. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the place is very clean as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic flavors, good service, and a relaxing spot to enjoy your drink

This is a really good coffee shop and it’s Yemeni! The interior is really cool, too. We had Jubani coffee & the Shibam latte. The mango mojito mocktail was also light, refreshing & good! The food is a must here. I had a zataar fatayer which is a delicious flatbread pastry with tasty spices! The sambusa was also delicious! Do not skip food here.

I come to Shibam all the time and the service and coffee is always exceptional! Mohamed is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks they offer. P.S you should get the pistachio latte, it’s amazing!

Another new coffee shop nearby Spring Valley/Greenville area! I ordered hot mocha and it was superb. The beef sambusa was very delicious, too. The place is very clean and comfy, with luxury decor and lighting. The guy barista named Anas was quite nice, too. The sweets look so tempting and I will definitely come back to try one.

Beautiful interior. I tried the honeycomb bread and Shibam latte. The honeycomb was fluffy and light. The Shibam latte was aromatic but not overpowering and hit the spot. Best yemeni coffee shop in town !!

The coffee here is amazing! It’s delicious! I ordered from this place numerous times. We ordered the latte, Shibam latte and Mufawer. All were delicious. The Shibam latte was a touch of sweetness and amazing blend of spices. The Mufawer is a non-sweet Arabic coffee but very good. We also had both the Pistachio bites and Honeycomb bread - both delicious snacks with our coffees!

Shibam Coffee 5/5 high quality and great Matcha Latte this coffee place have really nice décor and setting area, fairly priced compared to nowadays prices. The interior was beautifully decorated overall good atmosphere. The staff were kind, and service pretty fast. I recommend this place for hanging out with friends or family. as it can be casual hangout or a quick coffee stop

Today was my first time visiting. I was first impressed by the color and bright beautiful atmosphere. On this visit I had a Shibam coffee only, just to try, and the coffee was very tasty. My only change was that I ordered it without sugar, but it was among the best coffee beverages I've tried to date. Will be going back.

One of my favorite spots for studying ut is always calm and peaceful. They have really good atmosphere especially in the morning we're i get to study and do some work. They have wifi and really good beverage options like Yemeni style teas and espresso coffees. I like their Shebam latte and the Spanish latte and Adani tea. Also I like their Spanish pie, although I love Al Bilad's more (the restaurantnext to it). It is my hidden gem 💎 ✨️

I went with the Shibam Latte, and it was perfect. I also asked for a recommendation for my dad, who loves mango, and he suggested the mango smoothie—it was absolutely 1000/10! So refreshing and delicious! He also recommended the pistachio milk cake, and I’m not usually a fan of sweets, but this was phenomenal. It wasn’t overly sweet, had fresh pistachios, and was just amazing. I also tried the cheese pastry, which was homemade and so good! You can tell they use the best ingredients. The place was super clean, and the two people working there were so kind and attentive to everyone. The girl at the counter also recommended the spinach pie, and I got both the spinach and cheese pies to-go. Everything was so good that I couldn’t resist taking extras home! Service was slow waited in line for a while before someone showed up in the register. Ordering was easy but took a while to receive which is reasonable since 1 person was working. Coffee? Not good at all more syrup than actual coffee (you can even taste it) also had the carrot cake it was good but a bit dry. Some items do run out too so make sure to ask before placing order since I was told after paying. Atmosphere is nice a lot of space to sit down and study or gather with friends.

Waited 10 minutes at the front of the line while a single person made orders, then waited another 10 for a simple Jubani. After all that, they got the Jubani wrong by adding milk that I did not ask for and is not supposed to be in the coffee by default. Since I’m lactose intolerant, ended up paying for a $6.50 coffee I can’t even drink. Recommend going to any of the other Yemeni coffee places nearby if you want your order quick and correct
