The staff is very friendly and after a while, they know you by sight and can call your name...which is always nice.
I love Papa Murphy's! making it yourself as a lot more convenient; you don't have to worry about the pizza cooling off on the way home, and it's always fresh whenever you're ready to eat it. OnTuesdays you can get any large pizza for $10, any pizza on the menu. That's a really great deal, but any day of the week Papa Murphy's is just some of the best pizza I've ever had!
So sad that's some Papa. Murphy's have closed. But I have always found their dough and they're sauce. To be amazing. I love their pizza
This is one of our lazy day visits. Even though we have to bake the pizza at home, that ensures the freshest dinner we could have from eating out. The staff is really great and friendly. The pizza is usually ready within 10 minutes or so, just enough time to go buy soda from the Tom Thumb next door.
Love the service and the food here. My family loves when I order pizza as it is always so good. This location is clean and friendly too.
Order was made and delivered fast and accurate .
Enjoy their GF combo pizzas. They seem to be much better than some of the big chain stores pies. These are take and bake at home. There is good uniformity accross stores since they weigh and measure everything. Look for discount coupons. The GF does need to be baked for a few minutes directly on the oven rack, as they instruct.
Papa's is the ONLY place we get pizza from. They are fresh, really good ingredients and we have the ability to customize it before baking. Win Win! The people at the Custer location in Plano are very friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs. Shows what good management can do!
I sure like Papa Murphy’s Pizza. I love baking my own so it is nice and hot when serving.
Our Papa Murphy's closed awhile back -- so we hadn't been in awhile. I'd forgotten how yummy their pizza is. It is even tasty the next day -- I was in a rush and ate it cold -- and it was still good!
Very friendly staff. Easy to walk in and get your pizza.
I love their pizzas! Non greasy, fresh toppings, and super fast. You get to bake the pizzas at home so it’s ready when you want to eat! We ordered ahead on the website and it was done way before the estimated time, which was so nice. Highly recommend!
Food is always fresh and delicious. We love the ease of ordering on the web and curbside pick up!
It's a good deal to pickup, take home, and cook your pizza fresh at home! 🙂
Clean and good service. Like being able to customize your own pizza.
Fast and friendly service. Always great pizza. We got a Papa’s Favorite and customized our second. We all loved it!
The employee was very friendly and we had a conversation about how so many locations have closed. I personal hate that they keep closing locations. I have had 3 locations near me that have closed. I have to keep going farther and farther for a Papa Murphy's pizza.
Every order is correct and accurate, the customer service is always outstanding.
O. M. G. I was so impressed with the employees at this location. Specifically, the young lady who made my pizza and helped me out, Lauren. My order was finished quickly and I was even offered help carrying my large order to my car. Very impressed with the quality of service.
The best take and bake pizza. Always tastes great coming out of the oven, My favorite is the Papa Perfect, half Hawaiian and half pepperoni.
There is something about Papa Murphy’s. The taste is nostalgic but I can’t quite put my finger on it. It’s like a combination of my favorite pizzas from my childhood and teenage years. Can pizza BE “comfort food?” On this visit I got four Mini Murphs for my three kids and one of their friends. (Note we added the bell peppers and basil at home.) and one large pizza for myself and my wife. The kids loved putting together their pizzas and it was fun to play “pizza man” at home and call out when the pies were ready.
The young man that made my pizza did a wonderful job. It was perfect! I didn’t even know Papa Murphy’s existed anymore, but I will be back !
The only complaint I could have would be there's only two younger guys running the store on a Friday night and wait times just to pick up a pizza is over an hour they need more staff on a Friday night and they don't answer phones so it's a bit frustrating when getting to the store and then still having to wait to place an order because there's not enough staff for such a busy day.. And the pricing is really outrageous got four pizzas and one salad and it cost $70 and I still had to go home and bake it myself Previous time when I ordered six pizzas it was just about $90 Pricing is not really worth it and then still having to wait an hour for the pizza to be prepared and then still have to go home and cook it.. And it was $18 for one large pizza that only had two toppings on it
Came here for the first time being lazy for dinner and managed to get 2 (solo) meals worth of pizza (dinner is their pizza outta my oven tonight and lunch tomorrow) for just $10! Staff was very patient and polite even with my indecisiveness 💁♀️.

This is solely takeout, so no rating for atmosphere. The pizza maker is very good, courteous, and makes great pizzas. They always have the pies ready when we arrive to pick them up. Their salads are always fresh. Love the super thin crust version. Tastes homemade and makes your house smell great!
I love Papa Murphy’s Chicago pizza. We don’t have one in our small town, so when I went to Dallas, I made sure to get one. As a walk-in, I was treated kindly and patiently. The store was so clean and enjoyable to wait in. I will return for another pizza as soon as possible!
I have always loved Papa Murphy's and hate seeing their locations closing. Please don't take away one of the best pizza shops from Dallas ya'll! Best pizzas!!
Excellent take and bake pizza! We were very surprised by the excellent quality of their pizza. We’ll be back!
Great pizzas! Fresh and made to order. Discovered them through onr of my best friends. She regularly orders a variety for parties and get-to-togethers.
I always have a wonderful experience at Papa Murphy’s. The employees are polite, helpful, and make you feel welcome. And the pizza is amazing! fresh, delicious, and consistently perfect. Keep up the great work!
We get pizzas from papa Murphy’s all the time and love the convenience. The gf pizza is good too! Huge shout out to Champ for helping me get my order to the car!!
The app made ordering the meal very easy. The pizza is consistently ready when I arrive. We brought it home, baked it and the pizza was (as always) topped with fresh ingredients on a crispy, flavorful crust. We are loyal customers of Papa Murphy's. It's our "go-to" place whenever we want to treat ourselves to pizza.
I love the tale and bake concept. They do a great job and I’m able to cook it on my outdoor gas grill in the summer on a pizza stone. Comes out perfectly. My only complaint is that the online system keeps adding a tip. I shouldn’t have to tip for a pizza that isn’t cooked or delivered to my door. I wish employers would stop making consumers pay a portion of their employees wages. Pay your employees and if the price goes up, let me make the decision to frequent your business. As a small business owner, I treat my staff very well. It’s in the price of my product. I don’t expect my customers to pay for my staff. Yes they do indirectly, but a big chunk of that cost is absorbed by me. I have staff that have worked for me for over 15 years. Sorry for the rant, but really this tipping thing has gotten out of hand.
We love papa Murphys! Just wish they would answer their phone at this location! 😉 always consistent though and always fresh!

We ordered on line with no problems a custom pizza for curbside pickup. We arrived a few minutes early and before we could call to let them know we were there - the pizza was delivered to our car. And the pizza was totally delicious. WE LOVE this location better than another that has sour attitudes for curbside pickup.

Papa Murphy's is okay. It's nice to be able to basically design your own pizza and take it home and bake it. I like the concept. The folks here are a little rambunctious but I'm sure it's just passion for what they do.
Picked up 2 family-sized "bacon-chicken-artichoke" thin-crust pizzas (1 to eat & 1 to freeze) & 1 large-sized "Cowboy" original-crust pizza (to freeze)!
Friendly staff; efficient and timely ordering and pick up
The pizza was excellent! Service was on time and professional. One star was removed because our salad had an unusual amount of brown/reddish lettuce in it! We would use this location again and inspect the salad next time.

This our go to place when we have babysitter. Our son loves to do the Mini Murph with a sitter. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve been in, it looks like a bomb went off inside. Especially with the glass in front of the ingredients, you have to work cleaner.

Pizza from Papa Murphy's is great in general, but service by location varies. I have called the Custer location several times to place a phone order on my way home from work. They never answer so I call another location that's out of my way just so that I don't have to wait - it's ready when I arrive. I came to Custer loc tonight to place an order in person. Called the # while waiting for my pizza to see if I could hear it ring, and sure enough I did. And no one answered. They must be missing some phone order business!! I waited 10 min, but my pizzas didn't match my order. They did make others quickly, and we're friendly & apologetic. I'd come again if only they'd answer the phone.
Food tastes good, but customer service is non-existent. I ordered and paid online, and due to an injury, I requested curbside. When I arrived I called three times (no one answers the phone), I left messages and waited 15-20 minutes. I finally had to go into the store and get my order. They were not busy, no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. Customer service was ridiculously bad. I am not going back.
Arrived 8 minutes to 8 to be greeted with a confused looking employee. I asked is it too late to order a pizza (as all the ingredients were being put away) he goes kinda.. I guess. I respond, kinda you guess? He said what size do you want? I say large (Tuesday has the $9.99 large pizza deal), he looks at the pizza rack and goes uhhhhh….. and stares at me blankly with his mouth open. I just turn around and leave. I thought closing at 8 means they close at 8, not 7:52. Really papa Murphy’s?
We buy a pizza here several times a month & usually the pizzas are appropriate. On 4-13-21 the chic bacon artichoke pizza I phoned in barely had any toppings! Why I even accepted it...I will never know. I will speak up when I feel the toppings are skimpy, in the future. Beware.
Claimed they no longer did the 5 meat stuffed pizza. Its on all of the menus and the actual companies website. 99% sure the person at the register just didn't want to do it. Super dissapointed was the only reason i went there but if the person at the register can just decide what they want to do and dont want to do then im not going to keep going here because its not worth my time to go in be told they dont make it (when they do) and its on the menu and then leave. (Its also on the doordash)
I have no issue whatever with the outlet where I order and pickup pizza, my issue is with the website and Papa Murphy's corporate policies. I am often offered rewards or discounts on pizza, then when I do an online order, my discount or reward is refused. If you thought enough of me to offer a reward/discount, what I order today should not disqualify my reward/discount. If you offer it, honor it. Why do you want to piss off a loyal customer?
This pizza is absolutely as generic as it gets. Not worth it at all.
I ordered GM vegetarian L for $17.49 To impress my friends. I thought it would be a wonderful experience because I used to eat lots of pizza from Papa Murphy in Portland, Oregon. I was given a pizza with no olive, no bell pepper , maybe 4 pieces of mushrooms, no red onions, 3 pieces of zucchini wilted spinach, and less than a table spoon of cheese. Of course, they forgot the jalapeños and the Pepperoncini.
My first time ever ordering here and they messed up royally. I ordered a chicken garlic pizza w/ Italian sausage and spinach added. They gave me a regular cheese pizza and added Italian sausage and spinach. Problem is, my husband already put it in the oven so it’s cooked now. When I called, no one offered to exchange the pizza, I just have to call back tomorrow. Well that was a quick one and done 🤣 UPDATE: the bottle of soda we purchased is expired. Absolutely nooooooottttttt.
Edit review for the way I was treated today! Left a good review about Monday but after today I'm very upset I was mistreated in the store by the manger because I was not happy that the pizza they tried to sell me which was the thin crust veggie pizza for 8.99 that had black slimy spinach and mushrooms. I asked if I could get new veggies fresh and they told me all the spinach and mushrooms came like that when delivered yesterday and informed me that it was because it was sitting in water before being delivered. I told him spinach that looks like this is bad and if it's black and slimy could have algae or bad bacteria so I asked for pepperoni instead while the other kid was making my new pizza I tried taking a picture of my pizza and how gross it looked and the manger (Hispanic kid with black glasses) took it from the counter looked me in the eyes and threw it in the trash so I could not take a picture of it when I asked for his higher up number he said I will tell my district manager walked away and grabbed the spinach tray from the bar and walked away to the back. This made me feel like as A customer I was not valued and he was ignorant. Would you feed your family Black slimy spinach and mushrooms? I have NEVER been mistreated the he mistreated me. I was just there on Monday and got the same pizza and the spinach was not black and yuck it was fresh and crisp so I gave a good Google review but I did edit my review to give 1 star as the way I was treated today was not on at all. I was able to get a picture of the mushrooms which also didn't look fresh and was slimy also. This should not be this way as the store just opened I picked my pizza up at 10:21am. I have been a good customer for almost 5 years buying pizza often and sometimes more then once a week. No one should be treated this way for worrying about the safety of her family and what they eat. Thank you in advance.
Disappointing having to write this review but finding mold in your seasoning is never ok! I’m so thankful I inspected the bottle and didn’t just sprinkle it out. This would have been a disaster!
