The Pappas family continues to outperform other restaurants. Lunch today was outstanding with great service. They accommodated our 6 party with a round table for comfort and conversation. Everyone ordered something different and all were delighted with their choices. The top shelf margaritas were delicious. Tex-Mex menu and atmosphere. Put this on your preferred list . Highly recommend!

Took my 11 year old niece out for some Sunday afternoon eats. We settled for Pappasito’s in Richardson, TX and it did not disappoint! The food was awesome! The service by Holly and Ellie was swift, friendly, and accommodating. My niece and I really enjoyed the service and will definitely be back.

Food was great for the most part! Thought what I ordered would be bigger but it was my own fault since it was an appetizer. This is an iconic Dallas restaurant serving Tex Mex food. This location has been a popular landmark for decades. It has good food and a warm cozy interior with an art deco influenced style.

Delicious, usual Mexican fare with some interesting differences. The guacamole is tasty, very plain with large chunks of avocado. The chips are very thin, salted & hard to not eat. The salsa is not the expected tomato base, but more herbaceous with peppers, little spicy. The queso is a nice, thinner consistency than what we might consider nacho cheese dip, jalapeno flavor is prevalent. All portions in the 7 meals were plentiful. The ribs were tender, but the bark was tough I think because of being out back on a grill plate while bacon-wrapped shrimp were cooked on the same plate along with sauteed onions. Everyone was very happy with their supper, filled to the brim. The parking lot is not quite large enough for a full house at prime supper hour. At this location, there really is nowhere else to park, so we waited to get a spot. We waited approximately 45 minutes to be seated. It was a full house, very noisy. I had hoped to have a mariachi visit, but we didn't have that luck. 3 birthdays, including at our table provided fun. The birthday girl & 2 kids were brought enormous ice cream sundaes.

Me and my husband went here on a date night and enjoyed everything. Our waitress was Erica and she was awesome! Everything was 🤤 drinks are mango margarita, and frozen watermelon margarita. They both were delicious very smooth like a smoothie and quite refreshing. Love it!

Who knew that there is a fajita special at Pappasito’s on Wednesday evening - apparently everyone but me! It was jammed packed, but the fajitas were worth the effort to get to this location In Richardson and drive around looking for a parking spot! Food was incredible, service was awesome, and the atmosphere at every Pappas restaurant is always great! Hate that this location is right off 75 - traffic is awful, but if you want incredible Mexican food, you’ve got to try Pappasito’s! Didn’t know the fajita special came with queso - that’s nice - we got some queso and it was a nice addition to the meal.

The hatch chile queso A little light in the chiles and real heavy with the cheese. Was tasty but just sayin more chiles would be better. First time here, and it was outstanding! Ordered a glass of sparkly to start. $8, and it was nice! We ordered two bottles of a Sicilian Cabernet wine called Stemmari, which was the perfectly paired wine for our meal. It was lovely! Appetizers of queso, guacamole, chips, and salsa were delicious! And was already loving the tortillas, guacamole, chips, queso, and salsa when... they set a huge dish in front of me, filled with ribs and grilled spicy shrimp. The most awesome looking ribs and shrimp ever! Sides of beans and rice, and a super generous plate of guacamole and Pico. I selected the Borracho Beans. Beans and rice were okay, but I took one bite and gave them away. I love ribs and have eaten at the best BBQ restaurants in Dallas, but NONE compared to Pappasito's Ribs! My husband doesn't like to eat ribs b/c he says they require too much work for so little meat. But at Pappasito's, he could only eat half of his ribs b/c they were so meaty, and Allan is 6 ft 4 inches tall, so he can put it away! Pappasito's is THE PLACE to enjoy the best tasting, juicy, huge, meaty ribs! You have to experience them yourself! So guess what left-overs we're having tonight? We finished our birthday party with a tres leches cake and sopapillas with honey. Fantastic food, fantastic service, great fun! I'll never go to a BBQ restaurant for ribs again. I came for Happy Hour and was happy with the early seating. There wasn’t a crowd and the bar had plenty of space. There were 2 bartenders who were very attentive. My drink came and was overflowing. Chips were warm and crunchy. The salsa was flavorful but could have had a bit more. The portion size was large for one person but I got through it. I had the beef fajita quesadilla and it was the cheesiest. True Tex/Mex style with this restaurant. I will always visit them when in Texas.

My wife and I are here as out last dinner before our baby comes and to celebrate her birthday. Our service was top notch. The food was excellent. Our overall experience was amazing. I ordered a margarita and my wife ordered a virgin pina colada. Both were refreshing. Our food was seasoned perfectly. I ordered their enchiladas and my wife ordered one of the specials. Our wait staff and manager were very nice and they were attentive. We will be back.

The best Tex-Mex in the state of Texas! The food is unlike anywhere else you'll eat. Definitely recommend the Beef Fajitas and Diablo Shrimp 🍤. The butter sauce is just ridiculously good! Always get the Guacamole and Tortilla Soup for starters. Our waitress, Amairani, is FANTASTIC! So sweet, and kind, and attentive. She truly made the experience memorable. Bathroom needs a few more men's stalls. Too small. Overall, great place to dine! Take the family! You won't be disappointed. 😀

5-star experience from start to finish. We chose this Pappasito’s for Mother’s Day - something that can pose a challenge for a restaurant. The staff handled the holiday rush well! Our waiter was Jacob, and he was excellent. The food was plentiful and fresh - think sizzling as it hit the table. This location is a credit to the Pappas franchise. Despite the rush, our party was treated with courtesy and respect, and we all left satisfied.

This is my favorite restaurant in recent years. Lots of seating; indoor, outdoor, open areas and private rooms, booths, chairs, etc. Great food; although I stick to my two favorites, the chips and guacamole and their tortilla soup (minus cheese for both), my family has tried their 🦞 lobster, enchiladas, tacos, etc. And always have a positive experience. Amazing staff; every time I mention my food restrictions, they bring out the manager to reassure me that they will be taking it very seriously and take extra precautions to prevent any cross-contamination from occurring. I've had other restaurants tell me they don't know what is in some of their menu items, and I'd just have to take a risk if I wanted to eat their food, so I appreciate this part about the Pappasito's staff more than they could possibly know. In addition, the waiters are great about checking on you throughout the meal to refill drinks and make sure your food is to your expectations. Good price for the quality and portion sizes; I always have leftovers, and they always taste amazing when I reheat them. Clean; the seating area and bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Plenty of free parking; most of it is behind the building, and there is a security guard who patrols it. If you have sensory issues, I'd suggest going between meal times and/or sitting at a booth. There is less noise from music and crowds then.

Pappasito’s is consistently amazing as my friend who lived here 40 years ago said her food tasted just as good now as it did back then, and the fajita beef quesadilla was amazing, as were the margaritas!!! What made it extra special though was not the food but it was server Jashawn and manager Jacob! They treated us like royalty and we left there with full hearts and tummies, feeling like we had just made 2 new best friends!!! We will be back any time we are in the DFW area!!!

Wanted to leave a review just on my reservation experience - I called in on Wednesday night for reservations on Saturday night, the Saturday before Christmas. I knew it was a long shot, but had to give it a try. The hostess was very sweet - let me know they didn’t have any times available for a part of 7 - she then went to check with her manager. Mgr. Venus got on the phone with me and I apologetically explained my situation - totally my fault for waiting so late and so close to Christmas. Venus was an absolute GEM and found time and space for my family’s dinner on Saturday night. Both she and the hostess went above and beyond. Absolutely fantastic first impression and am so grateful for their kindness.

I’ve been going to PAppasito’s for years. I hadn’t been in quite some time, but decided to go for lunch. Same experience as always. Food is always great and portions are huge so well worth the money spent there. Atmosphere is good as well as the service.

By for the best Tex-Mex food I have had. I had the stake and shrimp fajitas and the shrimp. The stake was flavourful and the grilled chicken seem to be smoked with magic. Can’t say enough and can’t wait to go back.

Restaurant was very clean and service was outstanding. We had Alfred as our server and he knew pretty much everything about the menu. Table was packed with plates and we did our best to make space. Alfred did remove plates, that we deemed unnecessary, in a timely manner. At the end of our meal he had basically cleaned off the entire table of plates and debris and only left our glasses we were still drinking out of. He even replaced our coasters and crumbed the table, using his “special tool” which we all had a good laugh about. We will be back and will be requesting Alfred for any future visits.

August 2024 Happy Hour visit. We came to Pappasito many times, this is our first review on happy hours. We came here after picking up our daughter from school. We aimed to try the happy hour menu. The shrimp brocheette is a tasting favorite on Pappas menu. My guests enjoyed the Ceviche Stuffed Avocado tremendously. Pappas Family restaurants never disappointed the guests. Great job keeping the standard after all these years. My rating as 5 is very satisfied Taste 5/5 Temperature 5/5 Speed of service 5/5 very good job by the bartender Edwin. Absolutely amazing Tex-Mex. The sour cream sauce here is the best I’ve ever tasted. The enchiladas 🌯 were so delicious and the chicken 🐓 flautas my wife had were delectable. Highly recommended to one and all. Our service was exceptional and the atmosphere was festive and cozy.

I’ve never had a takeout experience as exceptional as this one—truly unmatched. After some delays on my end, I arrived at Pappasito’s to pick up my order, only to find out they had remade the entire order because the original had gotten cold. That level of dedication to customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. The food was warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The chips were crisp, and the guacamole was outstanding, elevating the whole meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Edwin was a spectacular waiter today, he never let the glasses or chips get empty which is a plus for us as we drive a hour one way to eat at here. He was very very polite and had a great table side manner. We will request his service next time we come to this location. Great food, great service, hands down the best fajitas money can buy. Waiter was friendly and excellent at keeping chips fresh, waters full, plates picked up. He never wrote a thing down and remembered all our orders. Our table was a little cold so if you are prone to the shivers, ask for a table away from a fan or air vent. The first basket of chips were a little salty but the second was much better. When I have more money, I’ll be returning.

I know what you’re thinking another Tex-Mex spot but Pappasito’s Cantina absolutely knocks it out out of the park. Service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Lunch @ Pappasito's was a good choice! Nice vibe w/a variety of food & drink options to choose from. Ordered the Peach Sangria & Shrimp Fajitas. The food arrived in under 15 mins. & was served hot. The Server was Great, very personable.

Today was a great dining experience for the most part. I was out checking on projects on the area so decided to have a lunch stop. I came a little before 12, there were quite a few people standing around at the hostess stand. One hostess was on the phone, the other was just standing there staring off into space doing nothing. I asked the ladies being in front of me if they had been helped yet and they gave me a rolled eye and snicker and said no. A manager swooped in and started giving everyone situated which I appreciated. The interior of the restaurant was colorful and pretty similar to the other locations with the Matador decor. I like the stained glass hanging light features in the main dining room. I was quickly waited on by a server who is training a young lady. They were both very friendly and stayed on top of everything efficiently. The iced tea glasses were packed with ice so they seem to have to stop by more frequently than I need to do to refill. The chip basket was overflowing, they probably could have put a little bit less in there considering it was just me eating. Salsa was delicious and had a really nice roasted tomato flavor. I worked at pappasito's a very long time ago in Austin and was surprised to see how much the prices have gone up since then. Even the lunch specials were on the higher end of price. An iced tea for $3.25 seems pretty excessive. I got the chicken tinga enchilada with Verde sauce and a beef taco for $14.95. The enchilada was delicious and the taco is as big as my hand, the meat had a very spicy flavor. The beans and rice we're a little too firm for my liking. Needed a little bit more time to cook. Considering the price and the slight wait time at the hostess stand I gave this four stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My time at Pappasitos was truly delightful. The team was attentive, warm, and efficient, while the ambiance catered to a diverse range of preferences. They provided a family-friendly dining section, an inviting outdoor seating space, a cozy area near the windows suitable for private gatherings or romantic occasions, as well as a well-stocked bar. Recommendations: Family Platter #3: Grilled Lamb Chops, Shrimp Fajita, Beef Fajita & Grilled Chicken. We were a party of four and it filled us up since it came with rice, beans, and fajita wraps. Queso Fundido: Melted Jack cheese, roasted mushrooms, poblano peppers & grilled onions. Tastes as good as it sounds. We added beef to ours which made it even more delicious. You can never go wrong with any of their margaritas as well :)

Great spot for Mexican food. The dining room inside is actually very big and well laid out. Our server was new (first day on the job) but he had good training and was doing just great. Food was quite delicious and beer was cold. I’d definitely return again.

As always Sitos provides a excellent Mexican dining experience The location is ok. Seems a bit dated with limited parking. A nice patio would add a lot to this restaurant. They need to renovate this restaurant badly. The food is outstanding. Great Tex-mex. We always order the Del Mar. Highly recommended. Service was really good. Our server was attentive and checked on us often. Good job.

The food hear was GREAT! The fajitas were cooked to perfection, juicy with a good char to it. The shrimp, delicious. All you can eat chips and salsa. The queso and guacamole are also 9/10. Over the food was delicious and will not disappoint. The staff was great, the seated us quickly and our waitress was a real delightful person. She was very attentive and kept checking in on our table with refills and making sure ever was going good. Now this place is on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

Great food. I'm told it's made from scratch. We decided on the beef and chicken fajitas. They were incredible. The beef was very tender and perfectly seasoned. It came with garlic butter. That took it a notch up. Yum. Everything was very good. The fajitas were awesome. I repeat. The cheese quesadilla was good, too. The queso dip was the best one ever. The dessert that we had was the orbs of ice cream with shreds of coconut and some chocolate drizzled on it. Get the queso. Get the fajitas. Get the coconut ice cream. You really can't go wrong here. The service was awesome.

Good food but the prices are ridiculous. I had the beef fajitas ($50 for 1 person). The salsa and queso for the chips were sub-par. Servers were great. All in all a good experience, just extremely pricey.

Party of 18+, please!!! Thank you so much for accommodating our large party. There was a mix-up with where our party was going to sit at but I'm glad they fixed it and moved us to the right spot. We originally sat in a private room which was actually reserved for another party. Chris assisted and moved us to the area we were assigned to be sat. Thanks, Chris ( I hope that was his name, and if it's not, it is the handsome, tall young man who is the manager on duty for the complimentary queso. We all enjoyed it. We ordered a few fajitas with beef, shrimp, and chicken. In addition, a few in our party ordered their own separate dishes. The beef was so tender, and the guacamole was delcious. The service was good, and I think his name was Tino. Thank you again for the great service and declious food.

Huge restaurant, with big bar and a giant menu with all sorts of Mexican dishes enchiladas, fajita platters and tex-mex entrees. Lots of different alcoholic drinks and beer served here too. I thoroughly enjoyed the lobster, shrimp, beef platter, where I got to make some delicious taco rolls with ingredients served on the side like sour cream, avocados, onions, lemon and beans. The lobsters were huge, shrimps cooked well, beef was tender. But no one touched the grilled chicken as it appeared really dry. But we all loved the dessert items, the puffy doughs and the yummy cake. The restaurant also seemed aged with its gloomy lighting and dark carpets. The AC vent on top of our table was dripping rain drops on me occasionally. It was very annoying. I hope the place gets a fresh look soon. Service was good. Our server was very friendly. Brought us lots of chips and side items. Made sure we had enough drinks around us all the time.

food is always top notch. service is mixed depending on the visit. never terrible just sometimes not timely or once i had pick up order and waited to just be checked on at the bar a solid 15 mins. bartender said call in order person would be out in a sec but it took a while. other waiters fabulous. it’s a great restraint good food. solid tastes. pretty good drinks.

I love Mexican food, and I can say that the place has great food. Customer service was excellent & it's a fun ambiance inside the restaurant. The frozen Margarita is a must-try, and the meats are all tasty! Our team had an amazing dinner in this place! Going to Texas? You shouldn't miss stopping by!

Our server Jshawn S went above and beyond great service. Outer drinks stayed full, our chips stayed full and he was very service oriented. I give him a solid 5. Most of the food was great but my shrimp tacos came with a dry lime to squeeze over to food, no juice, and the tortillas were a little dry as well. Overall a great experience.

Had not been there since it opened 35 yrs ago. The portions then were so huge that 2 ppl could split a meal. Revisited just recently and the food is still great and was glad to see they reduced the portion sizes somewhat but the servings were still very ample. The waitstaff were pleasant and efficient. The only negative is that the tables are waaaay too small and the 4 of us had to struggle with rearranging items on the table to accommodate the large plates. Overall, it's a good place for Texmex.

Upon arrival i was informed that it was a 30 minute wait due to them being shorthanded. The hostess was very polite and professional plus she smiled and spoke to everyone that came in. 15 minutes later the server informed me that the table was ready and she escorted me. After being seated, Austin my server introduced himself and asked how was my day and asked was i ready to order and i stated yes. After ordering he forgot to ask what I was drinking or if I wanted a drink. He then proceeded to bring some fresh chips and salsa which was very delicious. When the salsa was gone, he delivered more without asking, he was on it. He also gave me some fresh chips because the other chips were broken up. He then noticed my tea was almost gone, he refilled it without asking. When the other employees bought the food out, which didn't take long, the sizzling juice popped in my eye lol but the food was great and on point. Austin gave great service and you should definitely visit. Besides for the grease popping in my eye, our was great

Nice presentation of the food. We ordered the Pappasito’s grill and chicken soup which were a little salty, but still tasty. I forgot the dessert’s name, it would taste better if they could server when it was still hot and warm. Our server is just “ok”, water not filled and slow.

Overpriced, non-authentic Mexican food. Margaritas we're really good and the queso appetizer was good. Hubby ordered flautas and the waitress came back and said they were out. Food was very salty and just didn't taste like the authentic recipes I'm used to. Bill was $80 for 2 ppl (with a First Responders discount!). Not worth it. I do not plan on another visit, very disappointing.

I was very curious to try this Tex Mex style restaurant Pappasito's Cantina in the Richardson, TX area. We finally stopped by to see how the place was. The interior was clean with an retro feel, low lighting with multiple seating options. Our waitress was nice and attentive, not over done nor under. The appetizer, which was chips and salsa lacked taste, even after adding some salt n pepper. The food we ordered looked good, but still missed the mark of taste we were looking for. The prices were definitely on the expensive side, when you take in consideration the cuisine type and what you get. Overall my experience was okay. Nothing more nor less.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch and we ordered burritos and also the queso and was not impressed with the food, the queso had a strong onion, we did like the fresh chips that was brought to the table, the service was great though I would recommend that the light fixtures above the tables be cleaned properly we was not impressed with looking above us and seeing dead bugs in the light fixtures, will not be back to this location

EDWIN provided slow service. He would constantly check on tables nearby but failed to take a few extra steps an ask if my coworker and I needed anything. I had to constantly get up to ask for our own items, it being a refill, tortillas etc. Food was on point, everything tasted perfect.

I came here with my family. As a family who eats straight Mexican food, I would say it was alright for a Tex-Mex. The price is very pricy for dishes you could get authentic Mexican restaurant. The rice has no flavor at all which is upsetting. The fajita was alright with flavor. My husband dish was pretty good overall with his enchilada and fish taco. My niece had a pretty big plate from the kid’s menu which is a plus! Overall I just wouldn’t really come here again since I could get authentic food for less of the price somewhere else.

Good, but not great, Tex-Mex with a few added twists and fanfair in some dishes presentation. ALWAYS VERY NOISY - and packed. So many must disagree with us that it's not great. And the fact the place is always packed allows for premium pricing - especially for tex-mex. $35 for tacos al carbon?? Yikes? $28 for CHEESE enchiladas? Woe!

Took my son who is 11 to dinner after baseball tournament. It's been over 15 years since I have been to a Pappasito's. I prefer Uncle Julio's or Lupe Tortillas but this was on our way home so I decided to stop and eat here. First thing my son said was it had a funny smell and I agreed. Couldn't put my finger on it but was almost like soiled towels. I ordered a water and my son gt Dr. Pepper and started off with the guacamole and it was good. My son wanted crispy tacos but was told the kids tacos were soft tacos. I ordered him the crispy tacos and I got the nachos. Food was good not great. Waitress was good. She brought my son another Dr Pepper before it was finished and my water was never empty. My experience turned sour when I got my bill. Was charged for the refill of the soda. If I knew they were not free refills I would of passed but again was never asked or told that we would be charged for it unless she charged me for my water. Bought fell out of my chair when I saw they charged $15 for a little bowl of guacamole...wasn't even table side or a large portion...that is ridiculous! Then noticed they charged me $18 for 2 beef tacos, rice and beans when a kids meal is like $8. Come on!!! $67 for 2 tacos, nachos, guacamole and a sot drink. I felt violated in more ways than 1. Will jot be returning to this chain until the stop raking their customers over the coals.

Went for my Birthday on a Thursday. The food was decent. My grievances are they sat us by the door on a chilly night and the main restaurant had plenty of room. The table that we sat at was broken. Also the spot we sat at was people sitting at their cars shining headlights on on the almost entire time. Kinda a disappointment

Pappasito’s was fine. Went for a work lunch that ended up lasting nearly two hours. Food was slow to come out. The food was nothing to write home about, but was certainly expensive for what it was. I know these restaurants have a long history in Dallas, and because of that I think I had higher expectations. Overall, it was loud, service was slow, and food was mediocre.

Food was great, but the staff was very inattentive! We were there for my husband's birthday lunch, which I informed our waiter and the manager both, but he never got his birthday desert... As we were leaving and waiting for my daughter to come back from the restroom, we were asked again by the same hostess that seated us about how many people were in our party while grabbing the menus.

I haven't been here in many many years, so I don't really remember what the food was supposed to taste like, but I went last week for a company event and the food was disgusting. I ordered chicken flautas, and I don't know how to explain it, but the chicken has sort of a vomit aftertaste. The same with the salsa. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. They overly tried to upsell their special which was like $135. We were clearly ordering from a lunch menu, but they offered the special four or five times which was a little aggressive. I was very disappointed and glad that I didn't have to spend my own money.

The kids’ chicken enchiladas were surprisingly spicy and not suitable for children. Overall, the food was not impressive and felt extremely overpriced for what it was. The atmosphere also left a lot to be desired — the dining area was very dark, and the carpet looked dirty. With so many better options nearby, we don’t plan on returning.

Not as good as it used to be. $36 combo fajitas for two looked like the portions for one. No cheese or green peppers and a tiny plop of guacamole. $16 frozen Rita’s were too sweet and hard to drink. And my order was messed up 2x so I told them to keep it. But if you have to go get the pork sinks with queso - that was the level of quality taste they used to be known for… #WNBB

My husband and I went in at 3:30 on a Saturday 9.27. We were seated right away but without menus and no server greeted us in 10 minutes so we left. Besides the lack of service, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell. Almost like a cheap detergent smell. Or maybe it was the old carpets, but it was very musty inside. I’m sure the food is great and maybe that makes up for the dim atmosphere but we didn’t get to try it.

I do NOT ever leave negative reviews but this I could not pass on. This restaurant has the most horrific smell right when you walk in. If we weren’t meeting a group of people we definitely would have left. I tried the entire time to get past it but every time someone would walk by you got a swift of it. The smell actually got worst when they brought more chips to the table. This smell is a between west sour carpet, stale dirty vents or a fish market. We will NEVER be back to this location. I’m disappointed that “Pappasitos”allows their name to be affiliated with this building.

I was a believer in the quality and service of Papoasito's for decades. This last visit changed everything. The service was bad and the food was the worst I ever experienced at this location. O ordered a well-done beef fajitas. Got chicken! Returned the chicken and got bleeding beef with cold core - that is rare. Asked for a manager, and here's come Ms. Manger ready for a fight instead of apologetic, she said "that's how my employer - the one who pays me told me to served it - medium-rare. So, I asked " and what is the temperature at which medium-rare should be. She stated "I don't know, but I can ask the cook" The question here " how could Papoasito's employee a manager who: besides being ill-mannered and sick in attitude doesn't know the proper cooking temperature of the food they serve?

I had been craving papacitos all day so I decided to take my family there today. I am honestly shocked by how bad our experience at Papacito’s was today. From the moment we got there, they put us in a corner by the window, which we were freezingthe whole time. After waiting forever to place our order, we waited an extremely long time for our food, over 45 minutes, when we arrived there was hardly anyone there so for us to have to wait that long— this was excessive. We were sitting there so long with no updates that we were on the verge of walking out. At one point, we genuinely debated leaving because it didn’t seem like our food was ever coming. When the food finally arrived, it was shocking how poor the quality was. The portions were noticeably small, we ordered the same thing before and had a great amount of food in the past, we ordered fajas for two. It looked like they brought us fajitas for one! Even worse, the food was cold — not slightly cooled off, but clearly cold, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time before being brought to us. There was no steam, no warmth — nothing that suggested it had just been prepared. After finishing the food we were still so hungry because of the small portion we had received. The most concerning part was the fries my young daughter had ordered. They had a distinct soapy, chemical-like taste that was impossible to ignore. It honestly made me question whether the cooking oil was old or if there was some kind of cleaning residue involved. It was so unpleasant that we couldn’t eat them at all. That’s not just a quality issue — that’s concerning. Throughout the entire meal, no one came by to check on us. No one asked how the food was, no one refilled drinks, and no one seemed to notice (or care) that we were clearly unhappy. The lack of attentiveness made an already bad situation feel even worse. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely alarming. Between the extremely long wait, cold and undersized portions, fries that tasted like soap, and completely inattentive service, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I truly hope management looks into what’s going on, because something is seriously wrong.

Goodness. The manager is a selfish piece of work. He managed his time so.poorly that he set up an interview for a man, then actually forgot about the man! I sat alone in the bar, choosing a sport for privacy while I ate and read the news. A man came in who was shown to have a seat on a bench across from me, in the corner of the bar. I was there just over an hour and the manager made him sit there the whole time!! The manager was rude to me as I didnt bargain for a man sitting across from me awkwardly with nothing to do for a whole.hour! What an abuse of the man's time! An abuse of my experience as ambiance is important enough for any restaurant to.pour huge salaries and expenses into. He didn't even offer him a soda, water, or anything while he waited. If this is what he does when he's in the public eye, what abuses happen when no one can see? Where does the manager begin ro respect others' time? It was a big damper to my meal. I don't appreciate the manager, "Ryan" being so selfish and aloof to others when its responsibility to be aware of diner experiences and manage his time in a professional and respectful manner relative to others.
