I’ve been to Zaxby’s a few times, and I have to give this location credit for freshly made food, a clean restaurant, and great customer service! Guadalupe and Ronnie were exceptional, showing patience with our order and ensuring that everyone in our party of seven had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. The only thing I’d say is that the fry portion could’ve been bigger and had a little less salt. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!

The restaurant was clean and ready for business! The food was SOOOO hot and fresh! The ingredients are great as usual! I love the coke machine and mixing my own drink concoctions! I highly recommend the nuclear sauce!!!!! I always get the kickin' chicken sandwich meal with nuclear sauce.

Completely depends on who is working there. Sometimes the food is great and made quickly. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes and you wonder what they are doing in there. The staff is polite and I’m sure it’s not on purpose, but someone needs to figure out what’s going on here.

Super nice people amazing management looks like corporate’s not taking care of the store though to be quiet Frank. Ice machine didn’t work inside, or the drinks. The staff was super helpful and very kind. Definitely a clean place though there’s no doubt about that. I think the manager is doing the best he possibly can with what he’s been given.

I usually order from here through Uber Eats between 2 am and 4 am. I really enjoy eating the Supreme Croissant with Curly Fries and a Large Coca-Cola, just like today. However, what truly disappoints me is when I take my drink and it’s more ice than Coca-Cola. I’m so sad because JnB is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, but I hate it when they put a lot of ice in my drink. I even struggled to get the straw down because of all the ice. Please add an option where we can choose how much ice we want on our drinks. Thanks.

It's alright. My only issue is that the soda machine seemed watered down and there was absolutely no ice there.

My first time coming here, I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip, I got 4. It was the saddest chickens too, so thin, I felt bamboozled. It didn't even taste good, the sauce didn't even help with the flavoring.

went here on a saturday around lunch time with my wife and daughter. Honestly this is nothing special in my opinion. very comparable to raining canes however the fries and bread are not as good. the chicken fingers are about the same. Also was a little salty for my liking.

The food was really not worth the price. This was my very first time having lunch at a Zaxbys. Stick with Canes. My drink was spilling out all over as the guy was handing it to me. I had to ask him for napkins. They didn’t have tap for payment. Had the Big Zax Snack Meal. Chicken was rubbery, but had some flavor. Probably won’t go back.

Ice coffee taste like chocolate milk now. Please go back to what it use to be at all locations

The workers are amazing. You can tell they are paid well. The food is very over priced for what we had. Would have posted a picture but completely forgot to with how irritated we were with the small sized tenders. They were more like nuggets than tenders. Very much overpriced for the portion given. Taste of the small pieces that were given were amazing. Won't be back unless Im really just in a mood for a taste of their seasoning.

I was super excited to go there, thinking it would be la Zaxbys from Dalton, Georgia. But the chicken strips was just to salty, mozzarella bites cheese was cold. The fries had no flavor & the bread way to much butter.

First time here probably the last honestly. Saw commercials so we decided to drive 20+ min to check it out. Came inside and immediately noticed lack of attention to customers from staff seeing as we were the only ones inside and they looked dead. Lots of dust on ac vents and light fixtures, seats were dirty or torn covered with tape. Tables were sticky. Lack of attention to detail. Food was subpar at best. Wings were meh and tenders were smaller and had no flavor. The BBQ sauce for the wings tasted weird. The best part was the bread really good. Would rather go elsewhere for better tenders and service like slim chickens. Sorry do not recommend. Subpar service and food.

Stopped at this location on Sunday evening with the hubs and some friends. Walked up to counter and stood there for a while before we got some help. Told the cashier it would be 2 different orders. He took mine and husbands and then walked away. Friends just stood there waiting. After about 15 min I asked if he was going to take our friend’s order to which his response was “in a minute”. While continuing to wait I looked over at one of the cooks and he was handling all the food with his bare hands. To make matters worse we had walked out of the restroom right as we walked in to order. After about another 15 min cashier comes back with our food and proceeds to finally take the order for the rest of our party. At that point I requested a refund for what we ordered. Cook came up to the register bother and asked what the problem was (still not wearing gloves and with his hands in his sweater pockets). Told him I wanted a refund and just made a face. I asked for his manager and said they had quit 2 weeks before. Proceeded with the refund for which I asked a copy of the receipt and he said they don’t provide that for refunds. Needless to say I would never return to this location.

We USED to love this location and would swing by a few times a month on busy weeknights or for a quick lunch. Food was always good and service was always great UNTIL TODAY! For reference, this is the Jack in the Box in Richardson, TX on Arapaho Road - Store #4818. Highly recommend avoiding before you spend $23 on dinner for two and consequently feel guilty about the money thrown away on subpar food and the worst drive-thru attitude ever! We ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with meat, cheese and bread ONLY. This was repeated when CHRISTE barked "what did you say!". You can see in the picture below that after repeating our order a 2nd time, we received a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mayo much to my daughter's dismay but not surprise after the ordeal we went through at the drive-thru. She also ordered a large cherry coke but received a large vanilla coke instead. She ordered a large curly fry and did receive a large bottom of the barrel over-fried "curly fries". I ordered a Chicken Fajita Pita because the picture on the drive-thru menu looked so appetizing. I will say this is the most accurate representation of false advertising I've ever seen! The picture on the menu depicts a cold over stuffed pita with grilled chicken. I expected a cold pita but instead received sauteed chicken with sauteed onions and maybe two very tiny strips of green bell pepper. Maybe 1/2 a tablespoon of cheese, a leaf of lettuce, one slice of tomato quartered in a pita. The chicken shown separately amounted to 1/2 of a thin chicken breast. I also ordered a large curly fry and a large coke zero. I was given a medium regular fry and a medium coke zero. There was another large curly fry in the bag that I was charged separately for by CHRISTE. CHRISTE hates her job and hates people which is why I suppose they put her on drive-thru. She was aggressive over the speaker and cut me off every single time I spoke. Likely this is why she never heard my order correctly but I wager to say she just didn't care. I couldn't fully see my order on the screen b/c there was a computer error message hovering in the center blocking the full order and my total. When I pulled around to the window, she took my card and handed me our drinks. I questioned which one was which and she said the large is cherry coke (it was not. it was vanilla) and the medium is coke zero. I told her I ordered a large and she informed me that I did not. She proceeded to tell me that I ordered what she gave me. WOW! Because I didn't want her to spit in my food, I held my tongue until she brought the bag to the window. I also asked for a receipt to which she let out a big huff and sigh and walked off to a register. I suppose it was out of line to ask for a receipt or beyond the scope her job to give me one. When CHRISTE returned with our food, I showed her the receipt I had just studied and pointed out where the problem was with the order. She barked that she did not get the order wrong. I asked how could you know b/c you spoke over me, stepped on every word I said by barking "is that it". She then with a very annoyed tone of voice said, "what do you want, you're money back?" I said no, I want to speak with a manager. She left for a few minutes and when she returned she said, managers do not work at night. I can come back tomorrow if I want to. We left at that point only to come home and unbox this ridiculousness.

A truly horrific location, appalling experience. There are leaks and dirty floors that have not been fixed. There was no soap in any of the restrooms (which raises sanitary concerns) and they apparently do not have any sanitizer or any replacement, which also raises sanitary concerns for the crew handling our food! The drink machine has been down for over a month with no end in sight. The food (chicken strips) I had was overcooked, fries were cold. I've been to this location a few times over the past year (I am a fan of second chances) and every time it has ranged from bad to truly atrocious. I would never recommend this Jack in the Box location to anybody. The owner needs to start caring.

The staff didn't hear my order properly and overcharged me and when asked couldn't cancel and return my my money. So got spicy popcorn chicken which had a stale smell to it. Never going back to this branch again.

I wanted to star with how disappointed I’m about this place I will never go back! Customers service is awful the girl that was taking the order completely rude!!!😡 Also my hamburger had a HAIR IN THE HAMBURGER PATTY ITS WAS SO 🤮!!!!!

Didn't have dr. Pepper or coke asked for sweet tea he poured it forgot about it and then said they didn't have that. I paidfor a meal should have got my money back for the drink at least. Worst place.

8am The guy in the front window was with an attitude and didn’t care to be there. I order a cheesecake and didn’t gave me a spoon or napkins with my order, I was really being patience because I knew he was working and from a customer service stand point, this is really unnecessary. I ate my food and dessert with no fork or napkins or ketchup, just because he was feeling mad doesn’t mean I have to be mad with him too,

This is a shame, to have it this close to home and have so many disappointing visits. They always have something incorrect in my order. What should I do expect it’s jack in the box …. The clown. Me as a fool always coming praying for a complete correct order. Nope …..

They are so rude and when u try to call they don’t answer and the food was wrong they seem not to care to help us customers. This place in the morning is the worst

Honestly amusing. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal with toast and fries. Didn’t receive toast or the 4th tender and the fries are bigger than the chicken 😂😂😂 do not waste your money here

Went at 10:11 pm food was cold waited till the next morning called and let them know I had the food still can I get it fresh they tell me No unless I have the receipt even though I have the food from that night it was the manager (TONYA) after my wife found the receipt she said I recommend you come back tomorrow because she said I had a attitude I never cared enough to have one I was completely nice explaining to her what happened and through the whole process so I went there today brought the cashier a large strawberry shake and gave her a 5$ tip to show I am no threat I just wanted my food fresh (by the way I told her I found a receipt on the bag she still said come back when her GM IS ON DUTY ) ……..TONYA IS NOT FIT TO BE A MOD u don’t interrogate a Customer over cold food I EVEN TRYED TO EAT IT AND CALL IT A DAY IT WAS TO COLD

No idea how to even explain that this whole thing started off technically as my fault. People were hungry but didn't know what to eat and I suggested Zaxbys becuase it's new to the people I was buying the food for and I eneded up using the app to order for pick up, I saw it said ASAP and would be ready in a minutes so I confirmed my order. We got through the drive through to find out that the order was placed for the following day basically around the same time and they still served me but I was missing half the order. On me for not checking my food before I drove home but even coming back to explain the items I was missing at the time it's like they didn't belive me and once again I was served but my salad was obviously rushed and very light. I dont know what happened on the app to be honest but also this paper they gave me was not even the full receipt it was sut a paper print out of half the order and it even said 4 items but only the two orders where on there. They came through in the end but seems reluctant to do so. Just saying. So I just ate the food and OMG frozen fries, everything extremely salty.....man what a waste $43....

Yesterday I ordered 2 wing and things combos and this is what received.was not worth $25 at all. Shut the place down if you ask me. The chicken tenders look like one was cut in half to make a few. I guess this what they do when they don’t have enough tenders. JT charge for the whole thing anyway. You can literally see how small the tenders are that’s them sitting in my hand , lol no way right ? What a joke , this is how they play with our hard earned money

PLEASE, I mean please don’t eat here. I bought loaded fries and I found earring backs in my food. I threw up all of my food and headed back to the restaurant to address the issue. The manager stated that there was no one in the back that wore earrings. I proceeded to ask for a refund, she stated that they don’t give refunds. She reached out to the location owner and they stated that there was nothing that they could do and they can not give a refund. I stated that their response and customer service was terrible. My ears aren’t even pierced.

Being from Atlanta, where Zaxby’s are as common to find as a McDonald’s, this is a POOR example for a Zaxby’s. I drove about 20 minutes to this location from downtown Dallas on a craving. I could have drove maybe 5 minutes to my closest Raising Canes, but tbh I prefer Zaxby’s SEASONED fingers and fries. The drive-thru wait time here is ridiculous, but since I drove out of my way to come here I waited the 20 minutes in line. I ordered a wings and things and I substituted the cole slaw out for EXTRA fries. I also paid for 2 additional Zax sauces. When I made it back home (20 minutes drive) back to downtown Dallas to find out that I didn’t get the Zax sauce that I paid for, but instead an additional 2 ranch sauces. If you were out of Zax sauce just say that! Next, are you selling chicken fingers or chicken nuggets?! I paid almost $15 for my meal and I expected to be stuffed! Also, I couldn’t tell if I got the extra French fries or not tbh smh. This same meal in Atlanta the bag would have been HEAVY for the amount of food you’re SUPPOSED to get. Also, this experience WAS NOT isolated. I’ve been to this location a handful of times since moving to Dallas last year and it’s always like this. Idk if you guys are cutting the tenders in half to save/cut costs or what, but I’m almost positive this isn’t up to Zaxby’s quality. The wings were good and a nice size. Also the girl (with the eyes) in the drive-thru is always rude! Maybe fast food isn’t for you or perhaps a role in the kitchen would be more suitable. Hopefully corporate will address the quality control issues and the customer service experience at this location.
