The best smoothies in Dallas! The ingredients are so fresh and you can taste the difference. I love the ability to walk in and ask for a custom smoothie not on the menu and they know how to portion it and make it taste so perfect. No offense, smoothie king is good, but it's no match for smoothie factory; come here and you'll taste the difference. If you dont come here, your missing out! ;)

My favorite thing to get is the Hawaiian Bowl, substitute the pineapples for extra bananas. Hands down best thing you could ever eat for breakfast! & if you like Nutella, tell them to add a scoop, Tracy does an amazing job at this location! She doesn’t only run the Smoothie Factory, but the other 2 companies as well! An amazing job & an amazing snack! Thank you Tracy & thank you Smoothie Factory! Please build one in south Dallas so that I do not have to drive 45 min to an hour to get the Hawaiian Bowl please.

Every worker here is amazing but ELLA is the STAR of the show! The line was long and she managed to make multiple açaí bowls in a quick and efficient way and they were amazing. I love this spot. Their smoothies are great...fresh and smooth consistency. Not like other places I've tried where you end up with chunks of fruit. Its always clean and I've never had any issues with my order.

Hidden behind the scaffolding on State St is a sweet place for a cool treat. Stop in for smoothie to cool off in the afternoon heat or to power up your day with a protein or meal replacement shake. And if you need a quick treat for the office, who can say no to cookies?

Smoothie Factory in Richardson is a bit hard to find, unless you know where to look, inside Cafe Red Mango and Great American Cookies. 3-in-one shop. I love Smoothie Factory!! Very clean interior and great smoothies.

I can only speak for the smoothie process but it was a very slow one. It was completely empty, and waited close to 10 min for my smoothie to be made. I wasn’t in a hurry so not upset by it at all. I know I would have felt some frustration if I was in a hurry. Smoothie was pretty good. Nothing special but met standards.

It was only 3 people in there ordering smoothies and it took 17 minutes for me to get mines… a little slow service on a Friday…

I was asked to do a review before my order was even complete, I was one of two customers in the store and my smoothie bowl took 15 minutes to get. I have been here three times now always in between transferring trains for the DART commute and only the first time I was able to make it to my next train on time. I will give the place one more try using online ordering ahead so maybe if I order at 7:20 I can pick it up at 7:45 and actually make it to my 8 am train. The smoothie is good and people are always kind but I recommend maybe multi-tasking a little more if my order had started being made concurrently with the person ahead of me I think I would’ve made it on time.

The place is mislabeled. Outside it says Red Mango not Smoothie Factory. When you walk in, there’s 3 restaurants in 1. A cookie place, yogurt place, and smoothie place. Can’t comment on the smoothie because she asked that I leave a review while she makes the smoothie. So hopefully it’s good?

I have NEVER had a worse experience. I was the only one in the store and the llady took 15 minutes to make a 5 minute smoothie. I kept begging her to hurry and she just looked at me and SLOWED DOWN. When I got back to work I got in trouble for taking a 25 minute break. Then I tasted it. It was supposed to be a fruit smoothie but I swear I tasted some kind of bitter veggie in it. Never going back

I was robbed in broad daylight by this place. I was charged roughly $4 for sauce ONLY. When I asked for a bigger container of sauce, employee stated that this is all they can give for $4. See photo

i ordered a build your own bowl. the base was okay but why were there chunky bananas? and it melts in 2 seconds like it’s soup. it was just not good and not worth the money
