My first time paying this restaurant fast food place. Friendly staff who took my order and she was all smiles and not uptight when it comes to interaction with the customers. The location I thought, was just perfect because for convenience, a fuel station is across the way and also a cannabis club a couple doors down as a business neighbor to A&W makes a perfect visit right after eating.

Came by during lunch for a quiet visit. Not crowded at all. Nice to have the option to order from both KFC and A&W we did both! Food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The root beer float was a classic touch. Overall, a solid experience.

I love this place. Who doesn't love a rootbeer float? There Pappas burgers are really good. They also have a KFC .It's a classic and reminds me of being a kid again. Great for a meal on the go.

Food was good. Me and my friend got two cheeseburgers, onion rings, cheese curds, root beers, a little chocolate cake thingy, and of course, the pickles on the burgers. The pickles were perfectly crunchy, moist, and had a great pickley flavor. 5/5 pickles 🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒. The soda did taste a little off though. The service was great and the food came out fast and hot. The tables were clean, but the seats were a bit dirty, and one of the ceiling tiles was messed up. Overall, a solid restaurant with some good pickles. 4/5.

Got the all-American root beer float, size Large - but felt like I got a medium. Can't go wrong, except the person only filled up 3/4 cup due to the foam/bubbles from the root beer. Was probably a rookie making root beer floats. 🤷‍♂️

Food was good. Me and my friend got two cheeseburgers, onion rings, cheese curds, root beers, a little chocolate cake thingy, and of course, the pickles on the burgers. The pickles were perfectly crunchy, moist, and had a great pickley flavor. 5/5 pickles 🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒. The soda did taste a little off though. The service was great and the food came out fast and hot. I love this place. Who doesn't love a rootbeer float? There Pappas burgers are really good. They also have a KFC .It's a classic and reminds me of being a kid again. Great for a meal on the go.

One of the best crispy Kentucky Fried Chicken I've ever had and their coleslaw is just awesome Fresh. Because of that experience I'd recommend this outlet to anyone.

No late night meal after work. They turned off all the lights for the drive thru and locked the front door. The drive thru hours say open until 10pm and dining area is open until 9pm. I tried the drive thru at 9:45pm, therefore, bad review because your store hours printed on the front door is a lie.

I don't know what it is about they're Root beer floats but this young generation is missing out. 🍔 Hamburgers are classic and delicious, it's a pleasure to eat real beef for once. The Atmosphere took a hit because of the aggressive panhandling homeless guy I've seen their on several occasions, it's a Bay Area problem.

I just want to say that the restaurant was not terrible the service was less than impressive. But my main poi t as to why it was not good is because a time ago A&W was amazing original cut fries floats served with a smile and well minded service as a customer and employee. From the original memories​ of A&W that will be remembered. The now is has laced a damper on the total and pride.

I've only been to the drive thru in this one, and I wanna say one thing: nasty as hell. Mac and cheese tasted like melted plastic. Biscuits tasted like they were a week old, the salad had a huge/ridiculous amount of sauce in it, and the chicken was more grace than meat. Total for that whole bucket menu? More than 30 dollars, please and thank you

If you got food allergies make sure to asked because the fried fish and fries in the same fryer. It was my first time gat a bacon cheese burger combo and eat some fries and later my body was itching. Because I have fish and shrimp allergy.

First of all, I never write reviews and I hate to do so but unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I don’t normally come here and when I did, it was awful first of all when I grabbed the food and the plate and sat down there was a little baby spider crawling on the plate my daughter got scared and i got rid of the spider, and then i ignored it, as i was eating i ate a piece of hair and took it out of my mouth! there was a piece of hair in my chicken burger! And i had to spit it out and throw it in the trash, but before I threw it, I told the lady in the front about it and she went to tell another working lady, and they both ignored the situation, and when I told the ladie again for the second time at the counter, they didn’t believe me and they dug the garbage was looking for the hair that little piece and wouldn’t help me and instead, she started saying the person that made my sandwich doesn’t have hair like why would I lie about something like this? It’s really disgusting. I will never come again to this place is just dirty poor customer service, But I did make a case report about this because I’m not gonna stay quiet to rude service + bad experience with no help. For the food part the only decent thing they have was fries other than that chicken is dry and has a weird taste, specially the tenders and the nuggets were awful even the kids wouldn’t finish them. And mini hotdog went to the trash it tasted bad.

When the food was handed out to us, we started to ask if they had included the requested condiments in the bag but were interrupted by a curt "yes." However, not everything was there. We'd pulled around and parked in front of the restaurant to check the order. Since the dining room was closed at the time, the only way we could request the missing condiments was to wait through the drive-thru line again, which we did not do. My partner had the classic chicken sandwich with onion rings, which he said had an aftertaste as if the breaded chicken and onion rings had been friend in oil that had been used to fry something fishy. And my burger tasted weird and sour, like something on there had gone bad. Neither of us could even eat our meals. And when we got out of the car to discard the inedible meals, we found no trash can in front of the restaurant. So after spending nearly $30 for drive-thru dinner, we had to carry it to a trashcan at the nearby AMPM where we bought some nuts and a bag of chips to tide us over until we could cook a late dinner at home.
