Good quality sandwich at Ike's and good options for vegetarians.

LOVE IKES the employees are always so helpful with such a large menu! With the help of the staff I enjoyed a sandwich I would’ve never tried before, a young gentleman named Miguel helped me out to pick my sandwich. I can not get over how good the dirty sauce is and he recommended i get it EXTRA dirty and it was DELICIOUS!!!! Also the seating area was nice and clean including the floor! This is the best Ike’s in the Bay!

I only order on the app so I can't speak for the dine in experience. But my sandwich is always made perfect, including any notes that I type. I appreciate their attention to detail. Staff is always friendly and greets you as soon as you get in.

Always liked Ike's sandwiches so I'm happy this location is now open. Dutch Crunch is my go to bread. The sandwiches tend to be a little over sauced and messy. I forgot to order easy sauce so my Marshawn Lynch was a bit soggier than I would have liked. It was still good though. Prices are higher like everything else so it feels like less of a value. Good service.

The food here is always great however the staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. My last visit was on a Wednesday afternoon with no one else in the shop. I was just picking up the sandwich I ordered online but stood in front of the register for 3 minutes before one of the 3 employees even acknowledged me.

It was ok. The food we ordered was actually quite delicious. But I'm afraid not worth the amount of purchase. No matter how you do it, a sandwich is just that, a sandwich. The shop was very clean and sanitary and the workers were quite nice. There just seems to be something missing. Perhaps if we sat outside at the provided tables and chairs I might have got a different perspective of the shop. That said, it is sandwich shop with a huge menu and should satisfy anyone. Still, a bit pricey for me.

Delicious sandwiches with plenty of vegan options. Their website however is absolutely atrocious. I always want to make a pick up order and then I forget their website doesn't work. It takes over 20 minutes just to input an order because it glitches out and continues to ask you for info that is already present. Its so frustrating I end up eating somewhere else. Like today. Please invest in a better website that actually works.

A woman who appears to be the manager here is very rude, but she really is rude, and I believe that if she is not happy with her job, she can resign and do something that does not involve dealing with people. That is the reason for my review. Because I will never come back here again and I do not recommend anyone to come here, because if she is not capable of dealing politely with people, she should find another job.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager and waitress. Lived our entire lives in the area, have never experienced rude or racist behavior. And when my brother inlaw spoke with the manager, the manager replied, do you still want to place an order? My family left the establishment, as they didn't feel safe and this was in full view of their children. Unless there is some sort of investigation as to why the restaurant has employed such deplorable and unprofessional workers, I would advise everyone to not go there, especially with your kids.

I had to throw the sandwich away because I am unable to eat Dutch crunch. I paid for extra meat and sauce. There was neither. I’m so upset. I reached out twice for them to make it right. At first, my husband and I brushed it off and ignored it because we thought maybe we misheard the female. Then a male worker comes up and my husband was asking him a question, the worker had a hard time hearing and probably didn't understand my husband, so the male worker just walks off. Then the female worker comes back and says she'll take over. We felt so uncomfortable at the situation. The workers were being rude and disrespectful, not at all welcoming and treating customers with good service. My husband asked to speak to the manager. The manager comes to speak to us, but we were even more shocked that the manager himself didn't care about what we had to say. We felt discriminated based on our religion. Do NOT go to this Ike's Love & Sandwiches location until corporate deals with it's workers.

Gotta remind myself not to come back on Fridays They messed up my sandwich aka bullying most likely (maybe they need a raise and not depend on clients to tip aka pay the deficiency in their salary for their boss. I didn't even eat it all and my stomach feels sick now Burp burp

I ordered 3 sandwiches today and the “vegan” one, pirates . Gave me diarrhea wasn’t able to finish it. One no tomato came with tomato, the last one no American cheese, came with American cheese. Will never eat there again. Only my second and last time since the opened. For the price I would expect better.
