Got some takeout from here the other week. I needed to grab something close to Innsbrook. What an awesome find! Everything tasted so good & fresh. I got the Coconut Shrimp Curry (Cari Tom), a vegetarian Bahn Mi, a fried taro cake appetizer (Bot Chien), and Vietnamese Pad Thai (Pho Xao). Was very pleased with all of these- but the Bahn Mi takes the gold medal! I'll be back!

While RVA has a number a good Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Saigon has a number of Offerings you don't see everywhere. The Banh Xeo (Rice Crepe with Shrimp + Pork + Bean Sprouts, eaten with lettuce leaves, pickled veg and herbs) was a total knockout. Chicken cabbage salad, Pork Belly bahn mi and sticky rice dessert were also very good. Service and decor were good as well. Worth making the effort to get here, no matter where in RVA you live.

Nice place in the Innsbrook area. The interior is nice but the food is better. My wife had the Grilled Shrimp Bun, #26 Lots of fresh vegetables. Nicely cooked shrimp. Good portion size. I had the Stir Fried Ginger Chicken, #36. The sauce had a nice, mild spice. The ginger had a nice presence but not overpowering. Vegetable was cut to bit size. The service was OK. However, the quality of the food was super so I'll be coming back.

I always order Bun Vermicelli when going to Vietnamese restaurants. The one here was ample, service was prompt and the ingredients all fresh and good quality. The sauce was a bit bland but condiments on the table let you adjust flavor to your liking. I'd go here again next time. Parking was a breeze and convenient location.

Totally enjoyed my meal with friends. We had a great lunch of various menu items. I'm definitely returning for lunch, dinner, and to try out Happy Hour!! The server was very polite and provided good service. The restaurant for lunch had seating and a few patrons. We ordered and was served meals quickly.

Really nice Pho joint. Friendly waitress. They are continuously bussing tables to make sure not to leave them in poor state for next guest. Menu had some nice variety and options that I've not seen at some other Pho places. This suggests that they are authentic and interested in more than serving soup.

Been craving pho for a while now so when the opportunity struck today, I ended up here because of the reviews. I was waiting to be seated for a while but no big deal because once seated, my waiter was at my table in no time to get my order. I ordered vegetable spring rolls for the appetizers and green tea for my drink (today was a cold snowy day) and when they arrived and I tried them, I was in spring roll heaven. They were hot and crunchy and i enjoyed every bite I took. The pho was nice and hot as well and with every bite i took, i wished my sisters were here to enjoy with me(that just tells u how good it was.) Will definitely be going back and if you are ever on this area, give them a try, u won't regret it. Check was less than $20

I have to say this is the worst Pho restaurant I have eaten at! The mango tea smoothie tasted THE WORST!!...it tasted like corn. And the server, and I guess it was the owner said they must not have put in enough Mango syrup👀(ewwww)...,the 2nd batch made didn't taste any better, but my son said "just drink it!, it's not gonna get any better"..I'm sorry, I thought, like at a certain Pho restaurant I go to. ..they actually use mango! And now my order for the soup. Everything that I requested not to have in my Pho soup (meatball, tendon)...was what I had in it, when it came to me at the table! The fried calamari was too chewy! If it wasn't for my regular spot being closed, I would have not wasted my money!

Terrible service. The staff was consistently rude, and a 20% tip was added to our bill without being disclosed, despite our party being under five people. Completely unacceptable and very misleading. There is so many better pho places!!!!

Love this place good food I bring in my family for dinner always twice at week . But this time my girlfriend and I walked in 20 minutes before they close and was limited to the menu service was bad they came to the table and just throwing plates at our table . And being rude . And then didnt tip and and there was the service running after us at the parking lot yelling for her tip . Very disappointing. As they being very rude and expecting tip .. as you should earned ,it’s not a gif … not to mention last time we walked in and they took an hour to bring my food out and they messed up my food and took it to a different table and they brought it back to us after it was on someone else hands . And I was polite because it was understandable that they were busy. Did not came After then . And yelling . Not coming back unless they talk to this rude lady .. . Tip it’s not a gif u should Earned
