I chose this place because it was the midpoint for a meeting and I liked the name. So often meetings are scheduled without regard to the quality of the coffee served. In this case it should be a chosen place BECAUSE of the coffee. I ordered a decaf Americano with Moon milk and it was deliciously smooth with a subtle oak note. The interior decor was pleasant and calming and it was easy to hold a conversation. They also have a drive through. I wish there was a location closer to my home.

A friend of mine recommended this location so I figured I would give it a try. I ordered the Iced Quarter Winter Moon. It was a great balance, nice coffee aroma without being too sweet. The overall ambience was warm and inviting. Would definitely return again!

I love their coffee! I’m not a huge fan of the blueberry muffin I had. It had a hint of lemon. That’s other people’s favorite but not mine. I would still recommend trying this place out. It’s my go to place when my internet goes out during the workday.

Coffee is pretty standard. Nothing unique about the brewing methods, prices are fair. A very straight forward menu. But their pastries are really delicious and generous. Service is quick..

When I first saw this establishment, I thought what a great idea. They’re directly across from Travis Williams high school they are open very early in the morning. Great for parents and students. I went there for the first time today and I ordered a coffee and a refresher. It took them quite a while to get my coffee ready which was just a brewed coffee with nothing in it, which was a little surprising and then when I got it, I ordered and paid for a 16 ounce but I only got a 12 ounce. The coffee was OK. It wasn’t great. Unfortunately, since this was my first experience, the fact that I had to wait so long and the fact that they got my order wrong means that I will not be back. Feedback: move quicker for drinks that don’t require a lot of time especially when you don’t have a lot of people waiting. Ask the customer if they want cream or sugar. It’s the small things that go very far.

And when I read the recent reviews I was not surprised… I saw that they recently had a sign posted in the store saying that if you write a 5 star review you will receive a free 5$ reward… I don’t get why instead of buying out reviews the establishment could at least have them wear name tags so customers can report those who have been being rude to customers. I would love to be a consistent customer at this place but the customer service is making it hard for me to even want to come back… I never get this weird treatment at the nearby Black Rock or Dutch Bros

I kid you not, it was so cold in this location that my breath was showing. I thought I was hallucinating seeing fog in front of my eyes, but no, the person who I came with confirmed it. Other customers were studying with their coats on so maybe it’s a normal thing? They play the music so, so loud at this location. I had to ask twice for them to turn it down (loud rock music) and each time they looked at me like I was insane— didn’t apologize, just said “yea” and then gave eachother looks before swiftly turning their backs and turning it down, like, one notch. A bunch of friends (?) came in but maybe they were starting their shift because I saw them go behind the counter. They entered quite literally hooting and hollering: “YOOOO WHATS UP DUUUUDE AYO IS THAT MY GUY AHAAA” kind of yelling. Everyone in the cafe was just staring at them. I love a culture that promotes a fun work shift. But have respect for the fact that you work at a cafe, not a club. Turn the music down. Also, retrain your employees on the recipes because the other Summer Moons actually taste right :/

We wanted a little time to look at the menu one worker was polite and gave us time then the guy came over and rudely asked “y’all ready” At that point we were still deciding and we wanted to get out. Not POC friendly should of looked at the reviews before seems like a recurring problem. POC are not welcomed here so please spend your money elsewhere. For reference my boyfriend is black and I am Hispanic. This was just not it.

I got the moon matcha and it was very very very light green and essentially just milk. For $7, I expected better and for the matcha to be decent quality at least. The drink was also very light in ice so it was essentially room temperature. I also found the staff to be rude and unwelcoming. The interior is cute, but my overall experience was pretty poor. I wouldn’t come back.

I got a 1/4 moon latte and 2 iced matchas the 1/4 moon was watered down and not sweet enough when I called back to let them know no one answered twice and when I went back to advise I needed my drink remade they said go back home bring us the old drink and also said you need to hurry with your order even though we advised we called earlier and we’re requesting a drink remade. Server was Ryan. And when remade- the drink was still not strong, watered down. I wouldn’t recommend.

Definitely never coming back and recommending anyone else who visits to reconsider especially if you get anything for your children to consume. — fyi the only people who consumed anything out of the ordinary that day who got sick were my son and I, so yes it was the hot chocolate.

Stopped by Summer Moon this morning to try out a new coffee spot, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The quality did not match the price we paid for two 20oz simple cold brews. The flavor options were not listed anywhere on the menu. When we asked the barista about a specific flavor, the response made us feel as though we shouldn’t have asked in the first place. After that awkward interaction, we asked for recommendations, but the guidance we received wasn’t very helpful. To make matters worse, customers who ordered food and drinks after us received their orders before we did. There didn’t seem to be any communication about the delay until they called the order out: “sorry for the wait”, which added to the frustration.

Rude Friday morning staff. Other negative reviews about the atmosphere and staff attitudes are accurate. I ordered the carrot cake and asked the cashier not to give me the piece on top. He acknowledged. I paid and went to pick up area to wait for my food. I turned around and see a girl (another reviewer posted a picture of a girl that looks like her) warming the carrot cake and the cashier asking her if it was the top piece. She responded and he responded with a “oh well” hand gesture. When the girl gave me my order i looked in the bag and asked her was it the top piece. She first said idk and then said yes. I informed her that I asked the cashier not to give me the top piece. She says it’s no big deal and that it’s all the same. I said it’s not all the same and if I’m paying for something I should be able to get what I want. Then she puts her hands up saying it’s no big deal again trying to portray that I’m overreacting and causing a scene when I’m simply telling her I want to get what I requested and paid for. Then the cashier gives me the piece I asked for and say sorry i forgot to tell her. I did not bother to tell him that I literally saw the whole interaction that he had with that girl when he saw it wasn’t the piece I wanted. I doubt that they “pride [themselves] on exceptional customer service”. Based on other reviews, it’s a consistently rude staff, and they obviously do not address anything.
