Their foods can be pricey, but it is definitely worth the price! I went there twice on different days with my family. Their philly steaks tasted amazing. The fries were perfectly fried. I highly recommend people who visit Tanger Outlet to try one of their jalapeño philly cheese steaks from Charleys Philly Steaks.

The peach lemonade was excellent. I will be going back for more of those. Someone gave me their cheesesteak sandwich and I heated it up and ate it the next day. It was delicious. Charleys philly steak is now on my go to list!!!

To start off, I think the food is pretty good. No matter what I have gotten, it’s been at least decent. My main things are the fact they don’t answer the phone EVER, and that it is priced very high. I understand it’s in a mall food court but there’s no reason I should be spending $20 on a sandwich, fries and drink.

It was horrible it all fell apart and was hard to eat and they shouldn't cut it they should leave it as one long burger or whatever it is. Overall not good at all. Will never go back. Extremely frustrated

Terrible. The grill where they are making the food, was very dirty. Food was burnt. I wouldn't have ordered if i saw the grill before. Too bad

Will never get near this place if you want a cold ( very) French fries sandwich with no meat and by the way I have to remind them my lemonade I paid for, just forget about this place

Between 4 locations on the island I don’t think they have 1 English speaking employee. What a joke

I ordered a small chicken California and I had 5 ubereats cancel on me because a man working in the restaurant kept denying t the order I was supposed to get and I was really hungry so I'm really upset I didn't get my food

Terrible service! The guy making my sandwich was truly the worst, he not only messed up my order but made a HUGE fuss because he needed to make a new one and when he finally was able to fulfill my order he threw the sandwich across the counter and proceeded to stare me down while I ate my meal! I really wish I would’ve grabbed his name. DO NOT GO THERE, you’ll thank me later.

today they did not have the white American cheese they only had the yellow American cheese they always have the white American cheese. I had to put my own cheese on the steak sandwich when I got home next time I will just make my own cheese steak at home

Ordered on DoorDash, they literally put NO CHICKEN on the sandwiches… never ordering from here again.
